So far we enjoy living in 2001 Clarendon. Wish the exercise facilities were given more attention by staff (it can get Very hot in there, not ideal place to exercise when its so warm) and there are some maintenance issues that don't get fixed. Also wish they would start community events. We were told on signing the lease that they do events in the complex so people can get to know each other, but there hasn't been any since we moved in 3 months ago.

This is a great place to live, a great location. The apartment is convenient to the Metro buses and the Courthouse subway, restaurants, and businesses. The apartment staff is very pleasant and friendly. The fellow residents are cordial and friendly.

Great apartment and location. Amenities in the apartment and community were the best in the area. Helpful and friendly staff. Brand new building with easy access to Metro and local shopping. Easy access to freeway without the noise level.

The overall experience here at 2001 is Awesome! I really appreciate the team taking time to properly welcome me into my new home. I look forward to my stay here. The concierge staff is very polite, and helpful when it comes to being serviced!!

Highly satisfied. experience thus far has been great in the building. The staff on site has been great. They are very helpful and cheerful. It is nice to have 24 hr staff on site which makes the building feel very safe when I come and go. Security on site is very pleasant as well.

This is an extremely nice apartment complex. It is kept up very nice and the staff is very professional and helpful. I almost feel spoiled living here. I looked at a lot of places and I'm so happy I chose this one. I would recommend this all day long!

I have only been a resident about one full week and already love everything about 2001. The location and amenities made it an easy choice when looking for a new place to live. It is very clean and modern, not to mention the staff has been incredibly helpful and fast whenever I have needed assistance with anything.

It has been great! The staff couldn't be friendlier. While everything works great, when we needed help installing a fan, it happened immediately from the great maintenance staff. The neighborhood combined with the amazing building and staff make for a perfect place to live.

Overall a great apartment with amazing amenities (pool, fitness center, electronic package pickup system) and fantastic, friendly front desk attendants. The only issues I have are that the "service" elevator is on occasion not marked that it's reserved for another resident to move in, so when I go to use the elevator it's out of service and cannot be used. In addition, it seems as though the parking gate that separate the resident parking in the garage is broken at least once a week.

Our experience at 2001 Clarendon has been absolutely wonderful. We love the apartment. Having halved the size of our previous home, the apartment is still so easy to live in probably because of the great high ceilings and the expansive windows. And such a great part of Arlington!

I have lived here since February and I believe the staff and amenities are the best I've ever encountered in the rental market. The apartments themselves have the most up to date features. Plus, the building is fully concrete, even between adjacent apartments on the same floor minimizing noise.

Moving here from Atlanta was a bit of culture shock for me but the staff and residents of 2001 Clarendon have been so nice. I have enjoyed getting to know them and I love living in Arlington! Convenient to the Metro and tons of restaurants and shops close by.

2001 is a beautiful new building that is in a great location. The apartments are finished beautifully and the building is very well maintained. It's great to have the concierge great you when you come home. Three minutes to Courthouse Metro. A great place to live!

Brand new apartment building with excellent interior spacing, quality finishing touches and appliances, great residents, convenient location, and high-quality amenities. Friendly staff and neighbors. Pet-friendly. Lots of young professionals and plenty to do in the area.

The property manager did an amazing job addressing the unprofessional behavior of the leasing agent. The leasing agents require more training on the urgency of professional behavior and assisting prospects from initial visit up through move in.

I am completely satisfied with my experience living at Clarendon 2001. Ample parking, quiet halls, friendly front door attendants, etc. The location is close to places I like to visit and walk to. I look forward to using the outdoor rooftop pool in the summer.

I was the "first lady" and second tenant to move into 2001 Clarendon. From the very first meeting and tour, it was clear that this would become a true home--and not just another apartment building experience. Vijil, my consultant, was and has been lovely and helpful, and I'm so glad I met her on my first visit! The entire family are lovely--Carol, Frank, Dwayne, Nancy, Elizabeth, Craig and all. The building is great---open, bright, and fab amenities. I love the club room and roof / pool deck. I can't wait for the summer yoga sessions by the pool! Thanks to all for making my move to DC welcoming!

My husband and I recently moved from NYC to Arlington and we are so happy to have found 2001 Clarendon to be our new home! The building is beautifully designed with great amenities. The apartments are spacious, clean, well built, dog friendly, in a safe neighborhood, and conveniently located to a metro station. Neighbors are professionals of all ages and respectful. There is a pool on the rooftop with an amazing view. We found the leasing agents and staff to be very friendly and so responsive! They really go out of their way to make everyone comfortable in the building. Our move-in seemed like such a breeze because of them. Overall, we have had a very positive experience and would recommend anyone to check out 2001 Clarendon as an option. You won't regret it!

Signed a lease in December. Bumped up my move-in date last minute and the staff did a great job accommodating our change in plans. Vijil, the leasing consultant who helped us, has been extremely helpful from start to finish. She is detailed oriented and very responsive - emailing back after-hours and coordinating with other members of her team to make things happen. She even had a nice little care package in the apartment for our dogs! The building is beautiful and the apartment layout looks great. Will report back in a few months after we settle into our new digs!!!
