Lived here for almost 2 years at this point and have had a fantastic experience overall. Some obvious benefits are the amazing location, large roof-top and pool, nearby restaurants, and decent fitness center. We've had very good dealings with property management so far. They've been very kind and attentive and service requests have been answered very promptly (often someone comes by the next day after we submit a request). We renewed our lease after the first term and were pleasantly surprised that the rent increase was moderate and reasonable.

We love this neighborhood and community! Highly recommend! The entire staff is excellent and we've been extremely pleased with our decision to rent here. The grounds are well maintained and we're happy to have our daughter here.

2001 Clarendon is a beautiful apartment building with a stunning rooftop pool. It is clean and quiet, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. This is a great place to live, and I recommend it.

The team goes out of their way to engage with the tenants. They try to create a sense of community which helps when you are dealing the size of the facility. They are responsive to our needs and address in a timely manner.

We enjoy living here. Friendly people, good location, clean and modern apartment. Apartment staff are helpful, courteous and responsive. Dog friendly neighbourhood - except that there isn't much community space for dogs to toilet.

Fantastic and friendly community, in a very convenient location. The leasing office are very accommodating and easy to deal with, and the building and facilities are great quality. I've already recommended the building to a colleague, and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone else looking for a place to live in Arlington or a short commute to DC

We have been living here for a few years now and experience has been great so far. We love the area, the apartment, and it's location. The amenities are great as well. Being right in the heart of Arlington is also a plus!

The community is great, but beware of leasing an apartment with lots of floor to ceiling windows. The HVAC system in these units cannot properly cool off or heat up the rooms, and the outside temperature greatly impacts the apartment's temperature. The street noise on the Clarendon Blvd. side is fairly loud, and noise from other apartments can be heard easily.

We really enjoy living here. The staff was great during our apartment hunting and moving in, especially during the pandemic. The building is half of a block away from the Courthouse metro. Grocery stores, restaurants and bars are very close and walkable.

This place is deceptively nice. Much of it is for show and the quality behind it is awful. There are a lot of latent issues lurking right behind the obvious. The below is a list of problems: - When we moved in, we weren't told that the shop below our apartment had concerts on Sundays during Summer. It was enraging and the building management knew about it. Thankfully they went out of business. - The window screens aren't even properly sized/fitted to seal the windows properly: bugs can get in as long as your windows are open. - The Washer/Dryer are garbage. The dryer takes forever to dry. - The Dryer airs out INTO THE APARTMENT VIA THE BATHROOMS. This means we have to turn on both bathroom fans AND open our windows to air out the apartment, otherwise the dyer must sits in the bathrooms and makes the apartment smell. So during winter/summer, we have to suffer the weather when we want to put in a load of laundry. - Our dish washer, apart from being low quality, simply disconnected from where it was glued on to the counter. We can see it wasn't actually properly attached and was just glued on. - The lightbulbs the place came with are of the lowest quality and aren't even effective at lighting up the place. - One day we just started hearing water drops. Turns out that if it rains and there is wind, the vents in the building are easily exposed to water and it drips into the vents. - Water quality: Don't know if it's just Arlington, but the water quality of the building is horrendous. Our sinks, tubs, toilets, showers, etc. Have build up and grime constantly because the water is so dirty. - AC Unit: The reader doesn't make sense and it's difficult to find a good balance. There are times where it will read say 72, and we switch it down to 70, and nothing happens, but the reader suddenly says 70. Seems like much of the time the temperature is arbitrary and inconsistent. - There's an unenforceable non-disparagement agreement in the lease, which we alerted the management about, and they said they were still going to leave it in to scare those ignorant of the law. - The refrigerator is terribly designed. The low cabinet-style freezer means a lot of freezer space is used up by the mechanism to pull out the drawer, making it so that there's little room for actual food. - Severe condensation during winter times, leading to mildew around the windows. - The paint seems like a layer of white out. It just sticks to furniture with no problem. The Good: - Location is a amazing - The management team is friendly - Price/deal for apartment size was good - Gym is good - Roof is good - Business center is good

Great looking new building. The leasing office and maintenance staff is very helpful and responsive to all requests. Very close to the Court House metro and various restaurants and bars in a relatively quiet and clean area of Arlington.

2001 Clarendon is a rare gem in the DC area's normally uninspiring group of property management companies. Glenn Parisi and the rest of the office staff do a fantastic job ensuring the residents have a positive experience. The building feels premium, and the leasing experience has been exemplary.

A solid apartment with good management in a excellent central area. Great amenities and service. Rent is a little on the higher end but you get what you pay for. I enjoy being here overall and would recommend the apartment as being worth it.

This is the best apartment I've ever lived in. It's clean, the staff are friendly, the building is in a convenient location for restaurants, grocery stores, access to transportation. The amenities are great too - pool, business center, community room.

2001 Clarendon Blvd is a very well managed and built apartment building. We have enjoyed living here for the past year and hope to continue our residency. Good location for Metro, shopping and dining. Only downside is all the surrounding construction happening and scheduled.

Outstanding location. Walkability rating can't be higher. Staff is friendly and responsive. You won't find a better apartment for the money. Metro is one block away. Local bus stop across the street. Post office, Ace Hardware, restaurants, nightlife...this place has it all.

We looked at several other apartments when making our choice and nothing compared to the quality of finishes in our apartment. The staff here are very personable and make every effort to ensure that your needs are met.

Appliances in apartments are run down. Don't even think about doing laundry while trying to watch Tv or god forbid work- it's the loudest washing machine on the planet. You can hear it from the hallway. We have had so many issues with AC, refrigerator and more.

2001 Clarendon has the best staff, great apartments, and awesome location. I love living in the Courthouse neighborhood, and this apartment is right in the action. The spaces are large and modern. We rarely hear any noise from our neighbors, and are always greeted with friendly faces at concierge. This place has been awesome to live at!

Nice staff, though turnover in 2019-20 not awesome. Noisy apartments due to construction, and new neighbors with unsupervised teens. Apartment adequate, though strangely built without closets (or even a food pantry)
