We have had a lovely experience at 2001 Clarendon Blvd. It feels like home here. We love the amenities and location. The only negative thing I can think of is the lack of closet space in our one bedroom w/den apartment. We need to have a storage unit on the 5th floor to keep most of our holiday decor, suitcases, golf clubs and other storage. Overall we have really enjoyed our time being here.

I really enjoy this community. I feel that the apartment itself is very nice for the value and comes with a very welcoming community. The tenure of residents speaks volumes to the condition and offerings of the complex.

Top notch management staff sets the gold standard. This group beautifully maintains 2001 Clarendon inside and out. Managers and Staff are very courteous and helpful. 24 hour concierge services and pool amenities are great.

This building is very well maintained, clean, friendly staff and great lighting in the hallways and common areas. Great value for large apartments, beautiful roof top pool, well-earned high walk score to restaurants, post office, bike trails, hardware store, exercise places of all kinds for all levels.

This is a great building. Everything is well maintained, and the staff are super friendly. It's right near the metro stop for the orange and silver lines, so it's easy to get out to VA or into DC quickly. The amenities are solid (decent sized gym and pool and hangout spaces on the roof level), and the units and building are new and clean. It's a great place to live.

Building is clean, secure, has peaceful and courteous residents, very efficient management and maintenance, and great amenities. Everything in the community "works" as it should which is great, and it is all done for a price that is comparable or better than nearby buildings. We really love living here.

I love living at 2001 Clarendon. The staff is friendly, the apartments are clean and modern, and the location is the best part! The community is peaceful, everyone is very nice, and the pet friendly apartments are a huge plus. I would definitely recommend living here!

Great community - very nice apartments, nice facilities, fair price. The convenience factor is great - right by the metro and close to restaurants / grocery stores / bars. Super nice staff and never had any issues with anything here.

We moved into the building in 2016 expecting to stay for a year and then buy something and we have never left. The staff and amenities are wonderful and the residents are as well. We have thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This community is quiet, clean, and absolutely dog friendly (there seem to be lots living here). The other residents are kind and respectful. Concierge is constant and helpful, while maintenance staff is courteous and quick.

We have loved living at 2001. The apartment is great, the staff is helpful, and maintenance is super on top of it. The location in Courthouse and being near the metro is great. There's a lot of stuff to walk to. And love that it is pet friendly!

Very happy here! The people are great. The location is great - we are steps from the metro, an AMC, CVS, multiple great restaurants. The building is always clean and well kept. The staff are nice and make it feel like home.

It's a well maintained, peaceful community. Neighbors are generally quiet. Trash is picked up frequently in the dedicated trash rooms. Management is responsive. My favorite feature is the rooftop pool and seating areas.

Great location. Very convenient to the Metro, restaurants, and activities in the area. The pool is great, outdoor community patio with grills are very convenient. 2001 Clarendon is a great place to call home. The staff is absolutely the best. They are professional along with caring. The staff, Petra in particular, is extremely helpful and great! The move-in process was seamless and the staff was very attentive. The apartment and amenities are top-notch and location is great.
