The community is top notch and every one are complete professionals. The only thing I would like to see an improvement on, is the security of the facility. Often times, people hold doors open for vendors and or delivery people. I want to ensure everyone has the convenience of these services, but not at the risk of allowing undesirables into our homes. Additionally, the loading dock door is often propped open for hours on end. If it is not being actively used it should be secured .

It has been mostly good. However, I do not like that people smoke outside my window. People often smoke outside the door to the Reserved Parking lot. Please do something about it. I also don't like that I have to have heat now instead of A/C. The days have been very warm and I would like to switch between A/C and heat when needed.

Could do better job with COVID-19 crises. Office not often available. Payments and fees continues to increase in rental payments. While all where not able to be used, or have limited use. Dose not seem to be understanding as we are all all effected. Cares more about money.

AAR is such a classy community with a hotel-like quality. I am so happy living in here. The utilities and the neighborhood is top notch. Close to DC, Old Town, and Springfield which is all I could ask for. The management team is so professional and hard working.

Love it here!! The office staff have always been very helpful even calling me back right after I get no answer. This place really feels like a home to me. Im very glad that I chose here instead of he dozen or so places that I viewed before moving from Oklahoma.

The staff has been very responsive so far! understanding its an older building and that there will be issues from time to time I think theyve done a nice job of renovating. The location has been ideal but the noise from helicopters and renovation crews has been a bit distracting. That being said most of the time I wouldnt be here during the day so those items would not be an issue, just the times were loving through.

The building's air conditioning rarely works and the water/air conditioning is often shut off for an entire day. The leasing staff is great but that is the only good thing about this apartment building. I had issues with this place before even moving in (my apartment was not ready for the date of my signed lease. I had to move twice). Also, the renovations to the apartment I eventually moved into were pretty bad. The floor is uneven, bad paint job, and there were nails and plaster all over the top shelf of the bedroom closet when I moved in. Every time I open the closet door, my clothes get a nice sprinkle of plaster because the door tracks rubs against the ceiling of the closet. I do not recommend living here.

Staff is friendly but the constant maintenance at the most inconvenient times is my biggest complaint. Cutting off air and water from 8am-4p during the summer is crazy! Nothing is made convenient for the residents.

Given the location, this is a wonderful deal! Especially the "studios" that are laid out so well. Even though they're studios, they still have a sense of privacy because the bedroom is separated from the living room. Because of COVID, I understandably haven't been able to use the pool or gym but they look really nice. The staff and maintenance are also very nice and resolved any issues I have super fast. As other have said in reviews, the AC works..but not super well, so that's my only complaint.

Great experience living at Alister Arlington Ridge so far! Staff is responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. They make the tenants needs a priority, which is so appreciated. Grounds are clean, neighbors are courteous, apartment is quiet and that, alone, earns an A++ rating for this apartment complex!

U should oppoint MBA people for betterment of ur business. So that they know how to attract people towards ur apartment. U should low ur rent bcoz ur rent is high thats y people cant live here. Fix the pet floors .in every floor pet create bad smell .thats not good for us specially for children. Everyone cant pay rent on 6th of every month but after 6th u charge lot. U should b flexible n give time at least full that month to pay his rent.

Staffers a very experience very helpful have always served issues Ive had in the future fast and effective. Im so happy that I moved there and also happy that the staff was so helpful in assisting me with the application and everything else I needed to know about staying there great staff.

Really hard to find anything bad to say about this place. Clean, spacious, and unlike many apartments in a similar price range -- it's quiet! Barely any sound between floors and walls from my apartment.

Great community with good amenities at a fair price. The management team goes out of their way to engage with everyone! I love the pool, group activities, the gym and my apartment layout. I use public transportation every day and it is easy to hop on the bus and get into D.C.

Very friendly staff and a beautiful lobby and all areas!!! I think this appartment complex stood out from ll the rest!!!! I looked at about 15 complexs and knew I wanted to live there instantly!!!!!!!!

Really great friendly and attentive staff. The application process is clear and easy to follow and can conveniently be done completely online. It is a very pet-friendly community and having a pet is celebrated. The common areas are well-kept and clean. Overall, a great experience!

Place is really nice inside, the staff is great to work with, and I feel someone from the leasing or management is always there to help out. The living conditions are really nice for someone my age. People in the community have the normal 9-5 schedule.

Affordable, roomy, safe, and great staff/services. Completely pest-free. The dishwasher is a little small but the kitchen is overall very nice for a studio. The plumbing is a bit dated, but the maintenance staff is very prompt if there is any issue. The immediate neighborhood is predominantly Black but feels safe. The building is mostly young professionals of diverse backgrounds. There is a gated pool for residents. There is shopping/movies/pubs on Columbia Pike to the north and the Village at Shirlington to the west and biking/jogging along Four Mile Run. Definitely recommended!

I have enjoyed living near the city in a quiet neighborhood The busses are fairly convenient although the commute is longer than I would like. I particularly enjoy that we live next to a a bike trail that goes into the city.

The Alister has been very helpful and understanding. I'm glad that we have occasional events and celebrated mini holidays to keep spirits up! The maintenance staff is quick to respond and handle any situation you bring up to them. I hope to stay here for a while :)

My experience at Alister Arlington Ridge has been nothing but exceptional. I love the location. The office and maintenance staff are amazing. I'm looking forward to renewing my lease agreement this year.

Its a very hot building and even if you blast your AC its still hot. Management is friendly but thats doesnt change how hot the building is and how horrible my toilet looks after it was scratched by maintenance. Its quite embarrassing having guest over with a toilet like that after all the money we pay to live there.

The staff are amazing they seriously make this one of the best places I have ever lived. The apartments are pretty big and the apliances in my unit are really nice...there is garage parking and storage on site. Laundry in all of the units I hear is in the works.

Poor execution. A/c did not switch until the end up April. My apt temps read 91. They did not provide anything to help cool the building off. They provided boxes fan the day BEFORE the A/C was due to be turn on. Parking is a nightmare... youll be forced to pay for the higher parking selection. Im overall unhappy with my move and am looking to move within my 30days of moving in. Waste of time and tons of money.

It is perfectly functional, but that is all. The parking is incredibly difficult if you do not have a saved space and guest parking is particularly difficult. The walls between apartments are thin, my neighbor and I could have conversations at normal volume level and the other person could hear every word. The building seems to be having serious maintence problems with water and heat being randomly shut off for days at a time the last few months and elevators constantly broken.
