Overall, this is a pretty solid community. It's got a nice location around with tysons close and with 495 and 66 within minutes away. Only issue is sometimes the weather can cause issues regarding power but that's it.

    Nice Quiet Community. Apartments are clean and spacious. Office and Maintenance staff work hard and are very friendly. Parking spaces are not tight, where you feel your to close to the next vehicle. The schools in the community are good and offer transportation.

      I would like the employees to do their job in a timely manner - we were not given a sticker for the car (they took the car to the parking lot at night), in general they did not say anything about this sticker, we did not even know about it. I was outraged when, waking up in the morning, I did not find a car in the parking lot, I was depressed about this. We had to pay a large amount to pick up the car from the impound parking lot. Who will reimburse me for this? And so we like everything, great location, swimming pool, gym, and of course, the apartment.

        Even in a non-renovated townhouse, I am in LOVE with the space we have and the community we are apart of. The leasing office always greets me by name when I call in to ask questions, and everyone (neighbors included) has been friendly and respectful. So glad we found this place!

              We're really happy living here. The location is convenient and the community has a nice neighborhood feel with the mix of apartment and townhomes. We see a lot of people with kids and people walking their pets making it inviting. Our apartment was recently upgraded prior to us moving in and we are very pleased with it.

                Tysons Glen Apartments provides excellent value within a short walk of George C. Marshall High School, a top ranked school with an IB program. We have lived in the Falls Church/McLean suburbs of Washington, D.C. for more than 11 years and this was by far the best value for our dollar. Further, the complex provides good amenities, walking distance to grocery stores and Tysons, and a shuttle to the metro. The grounds are well kept with flowers and trees, there is a quiet wooded stream nearby with picnic tables and benches.

                This is a carefully maintained community with wonderful service, kind staff, a beautiful pool, and a fantastic location. I highly recommend this community to families and it is pet friendly. The location is fantastic, and we are happy they accept short term leases.

                  This community is really nice, calm and nice, they need updates for the price, but is comfortable. The people is really nice and there are really pets lovers. They need to update dogs park, have a really good space but the trees are in the middle. Enithing else is ok.

                    Tysons Glen staff are very welcoming and responsive. The overall quality of appliances and hardware fixtures are better than our previous apartments. I enjoy walking my dogs in the evenings and am always greeted kindly by neighbors and staff.

                      Its been okay. My upstairs neighbor has been a pretty big issue by making noise complaints without talking to me directly like an adult. It is not my fault that the walls are thin. When asking about this apartment i specifically asked about the noise/sound proofing through the walls and i was told that you cant hear anyone. Two noise complaints in a little over a month has proven this was false. I have taken the initiative to install acoustic foam to capture the sound. Unfortunately this neighbor isn't mature enough to take the initiative to converse with me and instead throws banging temper tantrums on my ceiling. I have taken the liberty of giving her my phone number to contact me if i am too noisy but i have yet to receive a call or a text. Put some noise cancellation insulation in the walls please.

                        The people who live here are great and the value is pretty good. Location is wanting and the leasing office can be a nightmare. Dog friendly and the newer apartments are pretty nice. Poor sound proofing between floors.

                          I recently moved in and I have been satisfied with the apartment and amenities provided. The move in process was relatively smooth and easy. I have been satisfied with the maintenance, they replaced my washer and dryer quickly when I had problems.

                              This Community is clean, beautiful with a lot of greenery. The management is very responsive and cooperative. Apartments are clean & freshly painted, carpets are clean. Whenever something's wrong, the management takes prompt action. Parking is free and easily available. It's right next to Tysons corner so everything is nearby. The only problem I had so far living in this side of Falls Church is the power outages. Every time there's a hurricane or bad weather, the power goes out in only this specific area. Otherwise I'm really enjoying living here and I don't have any issues with anyone. ( It's been 4 months)

                                I would not recommend living in Tysons Glen. The community management is not helpful, the maintenance staff leaves items incomplete, and the location isn't that close to restaurants or activities. You would be better either in actual Falls Church or Tysons Corner.

                                        My experience here at Tysons Glen has been pretty good. I do like living here for the fact that everything is convenient. The price may be a bit too high but hey you get what you pay for. This community is also pet friendly and everyone is pretty nice around here. They even have the option for reserve parking.

                                          The community is put together very nicely. There are always events and the communication between management and the residents is always clear. The neighbors are respectful and mostly all keep to themselves. I have lived in the area for many years and this is a great location for what you pay for and get. Don't plan on moving anytime soon.

                                              The apartment complex is perfect. The staff is friendly, polite, and always there to help you if you have any issues.
