A nice neighborhood for the locality that is close to Tysons corner and accessible via multiple highways. The apartment community offered plenty of promotional offers at the sign up and the move-in process was easy. The initial background check may take some time since they run a history via third party agency. However, there were no issues moving in and no reservations were needed to block a spot for the move-in. The apartment maintenance staff is friendly and timely addresses the concerns.

The location is central to a lot of different areas which is quite nice. The community is well kept and friendly. The only downside (in my opinion) is the price of rent. There are amenities and designated parking, but as with a lot of areas in Falls Church the rent is a little high.

Great place to live, very centrally located to both I66 and 495. Parking is not difficult (including for guests) and the community is nice. The only thing I wish we had was a shortcut to get over to the Whole Foods parking lot. The community is super dog friendly and the apartments are pretty sizeable. I enjoy living here.

The apartment meets my needs in general. The worst experience I had was that the lease office revoked the renewal deal it offered for unacceptable excuses -- the staff could not find the paper work that I summitted in person.

We really enjoy our community. There is ample parking, a very nicely maintained pool, a nice workout area, a nice sized dog park, and it's plenty quiet. Our apartment is nice with nice upgrades. We do wish our kitchen was a tiny bit bigger but the overall size of the apartment makes up for it. We rent a two-bedroom one-bath and it has he washer dryer in unit which we cannot live without! The maintenance staff are quick to respond and always courteous and the front desk staff are very kind.

So far it's been pretty good. Move in was easy. Staff was very helpful and amicable. The apartment was nice and ready to move into. Even had the added benefit of having an apartment with a walk up, so it's so much easier to move compared to other places. Only downside was that there were a few things that could've been done differently. I have a blind that doesn't work in both directions. There were a few carpet stains and there were a couple dead bugs on the floor

It's good place to live and good location. The apartment is clean and safe. friendly staff and good management property. I like to the environment and the quiet place to live. It is really nice and especially near the shopping mall.

Nice multi-family community with very spacious units. I moved into a newly renovated unit with new appliances and fixtures. The location is perfect, right off of 66 and 495. You have Whole Foods and TJ's nearby and the mall is less than a mile away.

Apartment of very low quality, dishwasher wasn't properly installed, toilet flood twice, sink was backed up within a week of being at the apartment. Carpet poorly installed where walking barefoot you will step on nails and feels unsafe to do so, painting job was done very poorly (paint on light fixtures). Everything about the apartment feels extremely cheap. Asked about reserved parking spaces, and was told no way to know if it is already reserved, then magically get two months free parking in reserved spot. Leasing office agents are never able to help.

This is a very dog and family friendly community. I have been very happy here, have great neighbors and great staff. The amenities and landscaping are well kept and I feel both comfortable and safe here.

Love the area and cleanliness of this location. The landscaping is beautiful. Very family friendly. The only con is thin walls but overall really like the apartment and community. Enjoy the amenities and pool too.

Quiet and pleasant community located close to a LOT of entertainment options. The maintenance staff is quick, professional, and thorough with all requests. Dog-friendly. Great parking. Helpful and friendly staff.

The maintenance crew I feel is very incompetent. Be ready to receive half finished service when you need something fixed. The office crew is great, very nice and professional. It's a very nice and quiet community, it's just the maintenance crew can be very frustrating.

Honestly the leasing staff did an amazing job getting me approved quickly. Love the space, layout and additional space. Maintenance let me down at the beginning but the office staff stepped up and they were able to correct all my concerns with follows with pending issues. Overall 5 stars

We just moved in this weekend and so far we are very happy with our experience. Our neighbors seem friendly, we see a lot of activity in the community. The pool was clean and fun way to spend our Sunday afternoon. Looking forward to being here.

Do to the Global Pandemic, apartment hunting has been non-conventional, but the staff at Tysons Glen has done an exceptional job of adjusting during these trying times. I actually had to lease site-unseen. Tysons Glen has been extremely busy due to uncertainty in the housing market. This was one of the few leading experiences that I've had that I can say has been exceptional from start to finish.

I like the community. I feel like the office staff and the property company by extension doesn't care much about existing tenants. I continue to live here because it is convenient. I don't even know who works in the leasing office anymore, but my emails to "customer care" and posts on the bulletin board go unanswered.

Great move in experience, love our unit, so close to so many things such as grocery, mall shopping, hiking trails, restaurants, etc ! I also love that they accept dogs! Overall very satisfied with Tyson's Glen

Great Community. Friendly people. Haven't had any bad experience through out my stay. 100% for the maintenance team. Attend promptly on maintenance requests. Good schools. Close to all main highways. Enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

My wife and I have only been living here for about four days, but so far it seems like a great community. I'm not sure I've ever lived in such a friendly place. Our neighbors are extremely nice! Overall, it just seems like a very happy and relaxed community, looking forward to the next year!

I've had a good experience living at Tysons Glen. Rent is comparable to other places in the area and it's close to major highways, metro, schools, library and Tysons Corner. Don't have any major noise complaints, will occasionally hear the neighbors, dogs barking or children playing but not a big deal unless you require absolute silence.
