When I went on a tour of the apartment community, I noticed that the apartments were very clean and well kept. Renters had furniture on their porches and balcony which signaled to me that the neighborhood is safe and respectful. I also think that staff in the leasing office was very friendly and on our side!

Tysons Glen and Devonshire Square are the best kept secrets in the area! Location is amazing and prices cannot be matched for the level of service you receive. Great customer service from the leasing team and a very qualified maintenance team keep all the resident's happy.

The staff here is beyond accommodating! Whenever I have an issue they contact me within an hour. Grounds are kept very nice, neighbors are friendly, room is spacious. The back yard is full of beautiful, large trees. Great place to live.

Leasing staff was helpful and offered us a good deal. Staff was responsive during time leading up to move-in and signing the lease and getting our keys was easy. I only wish they had blocked off parking spots for our moving truck - a neighbor complained that we were blocking their reserved spot!

The best part about this community is the proximity to all the important areas - DC is about 20 mins away, Dulles Airport is 30 mins away, there's an interstate right next to the apartment, Tysons Corner mall is at walkable distance. The staff is very professional and friendly. The only downside I can think of is, the buildings are old, walls are thin and there can be a problem of loud neighbors.

The apartments are n great shape and the community is clean and has some friendly people. The only thing that I can suggest is relaying that some spots in the open parking are actually reserved and not all are well marked. I came in after dark on the first night that I moved in and got towed and had to pay $185 to get my car back. Other that that the staff is very friendly and responsive. I like the renovated product and the location. Edgar in the leasing office is a great asset to this community.

Tysons Glen is a beautiful apartment complex, and made moving in very easy from tour to move! Their leasing agents are wonderful, and the apartments are renovated and unbeatable in the area. I'm so happy I chose to live here after touring 9 other complexes!

I have been living here for a year. Great place to live and love the management. Maintenance staff is extremely fast and helpful. Apartments are nice and so far I haven't had any issues. I rented this apartment after looking at online reviews, no regrets so far. This is a pretty good diverse community, I see lots of Indian families moved here in the last 6-9 months. Few perks like Computer room with free printing option, free water wash for cars, Air filling machine etc. make our living easy

The only reason we stay here is because they have a great pet policy since only a few apartments allow dogs over 50 lb+. The people working at the leasing office are rude, have ZERO empathy, ZERO customer service, and an arrogant attitude. They never recognize their mistakes. Every time we have a problem, it's a nightmare going to that office. They do not care about the tenants. Additionally: Since we moved in they told us that the gym will be "upgraded", a year and a half later that hasn't happened yet. The dog park receives ZERO maintenance, it's more deteriorated with every season. We can hear loud noises from the neighbor living above us, in the middle of the night or at 3 am. This past summer the pool wasn't cleaned properly, it was dirty all the season. Plus, we have experienced many power outages. NEVER use their website for automatic payment, for us it didn't work once, and they didn't let us know until we got a lawyer letter for eviction, they don't manage those issues properly. Positive side: beautiful people live here, it's a very friendly neighborhood with a strong dog community. The green areas are regularly taken care of by contractors, and cleaning service cleans the building every other day. The layout of the apartment is fair and the price of the rent is similar to others in the area. In summary, many people are living here because there is no other choice at the moment or they are thinking to move in the next opportunity they can. A recommendation would be to change the management of this place, they are ruining this complex. It could be a wonderful place to live.

I love this place, very near to all the facilities, library, tysons mall , whole foods and also most of the IT companies are there within 10 minutes of distance by car. Great community. Decent price for the location. Great schools and the office and maintenance staff are pretty friendly. The gym could be upgraded, one side of the community is nice and quiet but experiences a lack of parking. The other side isn't bad, more parking however you have to deal with the traffic of being on the backside of the high school

I moved here in May 2018 and have been very happy so far. It is a safe neighborhood in a convenient location, close to Tysons and they have a complimentary metro shuttle. The office and maintenance staff have been great, quick and responsive.

Good experience living here. The pool is big, the parking is nice for visitors, and the rent is reasonable. The neighbors are friendly and same with the staff. If you need maintenance, they are quick to come to your house.

Community location is ideal bc near both 66 and 495, shuttle to west falls church metro, and is next to Tysons. Community has beautiful landscaping, is off a low traffic road so very quiet and calm, and is very safe. Rent is reasonable and townhome is spacious. Really love living here.
