The only problem I had was when I was signing my lease and I thought I was going to be living in the tysons glen apartment area, but after I had already paid a few fees, I found out I was living in the devonshire square complexes which I personally think are not as nice and are too close to the roadways. I wish they would have told me exactly where my apartment was going to be located before I signed anything.

It is very convenient and safe community living. We like that it is very close to the main street and also to the metro station and they have free bus shuttle to the station as well. They organize multiple events during summer time one of our favorite events is the out door big screen movie night ( we loved all the movies they brought, kids and family friendly movies).

Love the community. The units at Devonshire are solid and quiet. The amenities, such as the pool and work out facilities, save the cost of monthly memberships. The location next to the Beltway make an easy access to get around.

Tysons Glen was the best option in the entire Falls Church area. Great benefits for the price like speedy maintenance service, great neighbors, clean neighborhood, vast parking, gym, etc. We have no regrets moving in the community is just so welcoming and helpful. All concerns and comments are met with speed and attentiveness. Feels good to call this place home.

The community is great. It's in a good location, quiet place in a prosperous area with shopping malls, grocery stores. Our 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms town house is great and the price is reasonable. The only two things are, our kitchen is too narrow, and the fitness center has few pieces of equipment.

Excellent place! Very prompt maintenance service whenever we've needed something. They even brought us space heaters when they couldn't immediately get a part for our heater during the winter. Office staff is helpful & friendly.

We love this community. We lived here 10 years ago when we had a dog. It was one of the few places that took dogs. When we moved back to the area, this time sans dog, we decided to come back. The rent is a little higher than we wanted, but there are lots of solid amenities. Nothing to flashy, but simple things like a shuttle to the metro. The place is well kept, in good repair, and quiet. We love it here.

Apartments are well taken care of but older. Community is better than other places I have lived. Mostly quiet and very pet friendly. Some of the residents refuse to leash their dogs, but most are very responsible.

Very convenient location, the main office staff is great at responding to and solving problems. I've had issues with parking but I believe they are trying to resolve that. Landscaping is very nice, the community feels lush and cool.

I have enjoyed my brief stay at Tysons Glenn. Overall, it is a lovely community, building, apartment, staff, etc. There are small instances where maintenance could have been improved or the condition of our recently renovated apartment could have been better, but they are small instances that don't overwhelm the greater positives.

Management and maintenance is very reliable and responsive. Mail is delivered either to our mailbox, doorstep or to the front office and I've never had a problem receiving deliveries. It's a quiet comminity with good value for the money.

The community feels like an eddy separate from typical NoVA chaos, but offers immediate access to major thoroughfares, shopping, restaurants, schools and other amenities. It's a best of both worlds situation. Suburban without feeling distant, compact without feeling cramped.

The experience has been frustrating to say the least. Make sure you ask a lot of questions since the staff will not necessarily volunteer much information. You will probably work with several leasing consultants so be sure to get everything in writing (and they will ask if you have it in writing). Maintenance only works 9-5pm so be sure not to schedule cable installation late in the day since the access closet for installation is kept locked.

The first 3 years where great people where nice friendly now there stuck up unfriendly they look at you we say hi most just keep walking by we use to have great neighbors now not so much no one cares people don't clean up after there pets it's ashamed

Overall I am happy but there have definitely been many issues regarding staff not notifying residents of work being done on the apartments etc. There is a major communication gap there. Also the trash and recycling are always over flowing. We need more bins. That being said maitnenance is amazing and the apartment itself is lovely. The community is friendly and convenient to many places.

I've never used apartment ratings online. I found Tysons Glen because a colleague lives here and it was a practical walking distance with safe pathways to and from my place of work. I was able to apply and obtain housing here.

The apartment itself is nice. It can be loud during the school year due to Marshall High School next door. I did feel safe however, due to the cameras and key pad entrance to the building. However, communication about payment changes is not best done via email, it should be in a letter given to the residents.

I love the location and concrete building. It's a quiet community with friendly people. The staff is very responsive. The floor plan is great with a balcony having two glass sliding doors allowing for lots of natural light.

Everyone has been very friendly, but not overly friendly where you feel bombarded. The amenities are great. The pool is awesome and there's plenty of public trash cans to properly dispose of pet waste around. The pet waste bags are never empty either. The only downside is the lack of variety and number of gym equipment.
