Very satisfied with the maintenance team who take great effort to keep the community neat. I should appreciate the response time of the maintenance team. Last but not the least Richard and other associates at the leasing office. Great Job and keep up your good work. Thank you all !!!

A great community with decent apartments. The rent is pretty well priced for location and amenities that you receive. The leasing staff is really nice and accommodating. Some of the appliances are a little outdated but most work really well. The appearance inside is nice but a little outdated.

Tysons Glenn is a safe and pet-friendly community that has everything a small family would be looking for. The Pool, Playground, and Dog park are perfect for any and all ages of children and pets alike! I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is looking for a affordable, safe, and pet-friendly community in the Northern Virginia area.

You'll experience a very peaceful and convenient life here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only comment will be my apartment's few cabinets in the kitchen and a small bathroom. Bathroom and shower and tube all together in a very small area.

So far, so good. I just moved in, but the apartment's nice (I'm pretty sure the washer/dryer combo is brand new), and the staff were helpful with the leasing process. Haven't met my neighbors yet, but they seem quiet. (Note that these are my first impressions, as I'm doing this rating as part of a move-in survey. I'll re-rate if it turns out this place is secretly awful.)

We have been residents of Tysons for two years and jumped over to Devonshire this year for more space. Both locations are comparable. Devonshire is slightly newer and has concrete between the floors so it is nice a quiet. Tysons is a bit more dated so if you are on the ground floor you do hear neighbors upstairs, and the windows are quite drafty. On the plus, maintenance has been doing a block of units each year to improve the insulation. My fiance uses the shuttle to get to the metro and absolutely loves it. The property as a whole is well maintained year round. There are two gyms and dog parks (one at each community). Recent updated BBQ/picnic areas are quite cozy. The price is good for what you get, especially because of the location. Overall we have had few bad experiences. Only issue we have had is with their online auto pay...sometimes that can be glitchy, but if you catch it and call the leasing office they fix and reassure you that you are okay ASAP. Again, they are working hard and fast to correct it.

It's a pet friendly apartment complex. For me, the highlight is the active and welcoming dog park community. It's been easy to make friends and get to know people who live nearby. The dog park is the reason I moved back here again after leaving four years ago.

We have moved to this community less than a month ago. We were excited by the location and the apartment's features. However, one of the major disadvantages of the Tysons Glen is the thin walls/ceilings, which results in much noise coming from the neighbors. Thus, we practically hear what the neighbors do, speak, walk, watch TV, just everything... especially from the apartment above. We were lucky to have a neighbor above, whom we hear all the time, every single step. We have contacted the property management to resolve the situation, we even considered to transfer to another apartment. At the moment we are waiting for the decision of the management.

At the very beginning the staff tread my family and I friendly. They responded all the questions about the new apartment. We were very satisfied with its condition and cleanness. I thought that this place will be noisy one because there is a main avenue but it is a quite place.

I love my new apartment! The community is clean, safe and the location has the feel of a residential neighborhood. Not on the main roads, but close to highways, shopping, and restaurants. The perfect location in a conveinent and quiet area.

Richard was very helpful from when we first considered the apartment through to setting our move in date. The move in process was simple and the apartment was in good condition when we arrived. The community is very clean and in a good location.

Great staff - really helpful, quiet place to live. No noise due to the stone walls. Really convenient location. There's a shuttle to the metro that is really convenient, and the driver is friendly and waits for you. Very organized, good pricing.

I was sadden to live Tyson's Glen, lived there for many years and my experience was pleasant in many ways, liked the community, my apartment, the green, and the professionalism of the staff in solving all my issues and making sure I was happy with the service. Always felt safe and happy.

We love the atmosphere, there are a lot of young couples and families. We moved because they allow puppies (2 months and up) that can reach 100 lbs, unlike the last place we rented. We enjoy having our own patio, but wish that we could have kept our charcoal grill. I also wish that we had a deeper bathtub, since I enjoy taking baths, and that there was more light in the apartment. Also, a hookup for a ceiling fan in the bedroom (or any recessed lighting) would be nice. The only real negative we have is that the tenants above us can be quite rowdy, especially later at night, so having more sound-proofing between upper and lower tenants would be great.

I've lived in my apartment for three years. The neighborhood is safe, the neighbors are quiet, the apartment is clean, and maintenance is pretty responsive. If you drive, it's perfect. If you commute by train into DC, the shuttle is great, but the local nightlife leaves a bit to be desired for the younger crowd without a car.

The appt Staff is very friendly. The Appt is at a very good location, close to West fall Church & Tysons Corner Metro Station, Tysons Mall, Hywy(495,66 and 267). The Community is so peaceful even though it?s very close to the city. Good Amenities like Gym, Pool and Shuttle Services.

My experience with Tysons Glen has been positive so far. I love the convenience to and from work in Tysons Corner. My initial reaction to the apartment availability was surprising because I had been looking for available, and affordable apartments for a couple months until I found Tysons Glen. The recently renovated, spacious room for rent was something I couldn't pass up -- not to mention it comes with a washer and dryer!

maintenance always gets the job done (even if it takes longer than 2 days--better late than never, i guess), parking is difficult (especially for people work late at night), and i wish each apartment could get a permanent visitors decal instead of us having to go to the office to pick up a temporary one each time, units are spacious and of great value (especially for location).

We have been pleased with our experience at Tyson's Glen. The staff is helpful. The community is clean and kept up nicely. Situated in a nice/safe neighborhood. Convenient location close to 495 and 66. I would suggest to a friend/co-worker.

I've been here 3 years. The office staff are friendly, and often host events. The library, high school, Trader Joe's, and Whole Foods are in easy walking distance, and Tyson's Corner mall is close enough that we sometimes walk there too. There's a shuttle bus to the Orange line Metro, or it's close enough to bike (or about a 20 minute walk). The W&OD bike trail is not too far away. The local elementary school is great.
