Just moved to this community about 3-4 months ago and I love it. The property is very well maintained and the office/maintenance staff are very friendly and professional. I have yet to have a complaint/concern and would definitely recommend this community to others.

The apartment is all right. It is a very pet friendly community. The carpet is old and gross. We have had sewage backup a couple of times. Very recently we have noticed roaches, but in the past they have been quick to treat those. Rent prices are reasonable.

Tyson's glen is definitely a great place to live. they have a really chill staff and wonderful community minus a few neighbors. the pool is super nice with a nice grill area, wish the gym was a little bigger with more equipments. also love how it's very close to malls, shopping centers, metros, highways. looking forward to live here much longer.

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff at Tyson's Glen is really great, they make it a fun place to live. We are so happy that we can keep plants on our front porch and that the community around us has dogs. We are very happy to live here, I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great apartment.

I love my apartment complex, and think it is a great value for a working couple. I don't have to drive to work because of the offered shuttle, though it's a little inconvenient outside of commute hours if you don't have a car. The neighborhood is good, and the staff are friendly. Kitchens run small, but not for the price!

I really enjoy the location of this apartment. The staff is extremely friendly. The grounds are kept up very well. There are occasionally noise issues because of the location of my apartment. Overall I am satisfied with this community and will continue to stay as long as I feel the rent remains fair.

The rent at Tyson's Glen was the most competitive pricing (without compromising luxury) when we were apartment hunting. We have successfully referred two friends to move here. When we buy our first house, we will be sad to leave Tyson's Glen. The office staff is awesome.

The management in this apartment is excellent. Whenever we have a service request, they are quick to fix it. Also the many activities going on in the community like movie nights are fun and entertaining, and brings the community together as a whole.

We love it here at Tysons Glen. Its quiet, peaceful and the neighbors also seem to be happy. The management is very good at maintaining the property really well. Its been more than 4 years and we recommend it to our friends all the time.

Pretty good experience overall. The maintenance hotline is non responsive but generally they get the job done. No complaints about the office staff or facilities, thought I barely use them. Kitchen appliances are also a bit old and the bathroom rather small but still a reasonable price for the location.

Overall, Tyson's Glen is great. The townhouses are nice and there's a definite sense of community. The apartments seem difficult to heat and cool and the electric bills are rather high. Pet rent for cats seems high at $50 per cat. We love the pool in the summer.

The complex is tucked away in the woods which is wonderful. It is mostly quiet. You'll see lots of dog walking and exercising throughout. The apartment is decent for what you pay; nothing spectacular. Easy access to highways and transport.

I believe the pet fees are too high but other than that this is a very safe and quite place to live. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff does an excellent job. The apartment manager, Josh does and excellent job of taking care of the residents, like have the street plowed as and just after a snow falls. His people skills are good and takes care of issues quickly. Most of the other staff member solve problems and issues quickly and follow up on any pending issues not addressed. Maintenance staff is always prompt and courteous.

The location is amazing and it's a decent value, the grounds are kept in good condition and most of the apartments have been renovated. However, the renovations are shoddy and I have had several issues with appliances that have just been replaced. Maintenance has not done a satisfactory job on repairing these issues.

Pet Friendly! Has a generous size dog park. Although I don't go often, the pool is also very big! Staff is friendly. The apartment sizes are big. Having a shuttle to the metro is great. Shuttle driver is very punctual and friendly. Being able to pay online is very convenient.

Experience has been great so far. Apartments are very clean, and staff is quick to help. The price is fair for the area, especially considering how easy it is to get almost anywhere you wish to go. Being pet friendly is also huge. I am definitely renewing for next year.

Management is very accomodating to requests to get paperwork done and is all done in a very up and up way. Having come from a complex that was very shady in how it was run, the professionalism shown by the staff was very refreshing. With guidelines that are aimed to make sure everyone is able to co-exist, they also allow a great amount of personal freedom to enjoy yourself on your own terms.

So far I have been pretty happy living in the Devonshire Square Community. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the apartments are maintained and kept clean. I would recommend this area to anyone who is working nearby in Tysons Corner.
