The people, the office, the events, and the grounds have been fantastic. Neighbors are friendly, office is warm and open, and the apartments are well laid out. Upgrades to the buildings provide a good look but are a bit awkwardly planned...

I loved Living here!!! Josh and the front office staff could not be kinder and more helpful. The staff works hard to make the residents happy. The Apartments are also extremely dog friendly, and the dog park is a great place to meet the Neighbors

I just moved in this complex 10 days ago. So far, I think I like this place because of it cleanliness, quietness, and good resident services. The free shuttle bus service to and from the metro station is a really nice add-on. The office staff are professional and friendly as well.

I am overall very pleased with my new apartment. The move in process was very accommodating. I appreciate the solid construction of the building and the quiet atmosphere it provides. I would highly recommend this community to others. The shuttle to the metro is quite convenient.

I have lived in the community for 3 months now, and I can say that, for the area? It would be hard to find a community with better value that Tysons Glen offers. I was able to check everything that I needed off of my list. In-unit washer/dryer? Check! Patio that allows for grilling? Check! Huge walk-in closet? Check! Natural sunlight? Check! Apartment with a private entrance? BONUS! The building exteriors are a bit dated and old, but do not let that fool you, because the interiors are more modern and are great condition, especially the cabinetry. Are the walls a little thin sometimes? Only slightly, but I understand that it is apartment livng and it does not bother me. And honestly, I have not been a part of a more friendly community. Neighbors and the staff will actually say "hi" or wave to you when you walk past them. In my last community, literally nobody ever made eye contact with each other. I would refer my friends here.

So far so good. One problem is that my apt is extremely cold. It's on the first floor and it hides in shadow all the time. I think the office staff should inform me about this situation. All other stuffs are OK now. The staffs in renting office are helpful.

Overall, we've had a fantastic experience at Devonshire apartments. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous and the apartments are quite affordable. The exterior of the building is deceiving, as the interior is well kept and extremely clean. Devonshire is also pet friendly which can be a plus for those with pets.

Tysons Glen Community is very very quiet, peace and friendly place for family. The location is very convenient, less half mile away to I 495 and half away to I 66, half away to. Tysons corner center, and Whole food is just on the corner. Everything is good

I have lived at Tysons Glen for two years. I have had a million problems since the day I went to move in. According to the office I have really bad luck and more problems than anyone else in the community. From no one telling me my apartment wasn't ready to the concrete guys splashing concrete all over my car when it was a far distance from the work area. For the most part the office people have been helpful and reasonable. I'm not 100% sure the maintenance guys and the outside guys they hire are as qualified as they should be. I don't mind living at Tysons Glen, but I have had multiple maintenance problems including heating/ac that lasted months and super high bills. I was reimbursed some money, but not as much as I should have been and all the hassle I had to go through.

I have never had any issues in the neighborhood. Staff is great, maintenance is great, fitness center, dog run, and metro shuttle are great perks, and you cannot beat the location! I would recommend Tysons Glen to anyone looking for an apartment in the DMV area.

This community is a very good place for working around Tysons Corner. The common areas are well kept, and maintenance requests are mostly promptly answered. Our only concern was that our water heater issue was never resolved, even though we were told it would be.

Great community. The property management takes their job seriously, and make sure everything is neat and clean. Any maintenance requests get completed within a day or so. The property manager is very friendly, and takes care of any odd requests as well.

I would not recommend a family to move in here. Our family moved in spring 2013. The first week we realized that the walls were very thin. We could hear our neighbors and especially when they dragged a table, which was in the morning and evenings. It isn't a problem when we are at work, but when we are off and trying to sleep late or take a nap it is disturbing. This winter has been the WORST experience. During freezing temperatures our 1st floor can feel the cold breeze. Our electrical bill has sky rocketed since I have to keep a heater on the whole day. Come to find out it is because ALL the windows let in the cold air. Maintenance only place some foam tape vertically where the windows lock. It did not help much. I was told to purchase inexpensive window insulation to help. If I could not do it maintenance could install it for me. This absolutely ridiculous! I have a 3 year old that can not enjoy in the house because we have to stay under blankets to stay warm. We have also had our pedestal sink leak when in use and a pretty bad toilet leak that damaged a few items. They were fixed, but now it seems there is always an issue. By the way we decided on the renovated town house to prevent these types of issues.

The staff are friendly yet harried, so requests get dropped frequently. Maintenance has always been subpar. The units are old, but little sound leaks through, and electricity costs are minimal. Access to surrounding areas are great, but car thefts are rather frequent as the management has ignored requests for additional lighting to be put in place to discourage such activity.

I have really loved living here. It's one of the most affordable and pet-friendly communities in the area with the added bonus of free parking for you and guests. It's got all of the amenities of a big high rise (business center, pool, 2 gyms, dog park, private shuttle to the metro), without some of the hassle of the elevator, doorman, parking garage, etc. Plus they host seasonal happy hours, pool parties, Halloween activities throughout the year. Would definitely recommend this neighborhood to friends!

We found this apartment listing by seeing a bill board on Devonshire apartments. The staff were very knowledgeable and seemed devoted to make the resident happy. Since I was planning on getting a dog, the no breed restrictions and dog park within the community helped my decision a lot.

I've only ever lived in houses and my friends who live in apartments would always complain about the noise levels. I took a chance and moved into this apartment 6 months ago. They are extremely dog friendly and people are always out walking their dog. It's such a great way to meet neighbors. There is a dog park which makes life much easier. The community is tucked away so there is not much traffic noise and is very close to 495, 66, tysons, and the metro. I moved here mainly because of the location. I haven't had any issues with noise and any kind of maintenance is done promptly.

Great community, friendly staff. The community is very dog-friendly, which is great because I have a dog myself. However, one issue I have relating to this is that many residents like to let their dogs of all sizes roam around with a leash on. This is illegal and unsafe, and I hope the property managers will remind residents of this. I also frequently encounter dog waste that has been left on the ground, even though there are plenty of designated bins with bags provided. Residents should be reminded that it is illegal to leave dog waste on the ground. Otherwise, I've had a great experience.
