Rent is high compared to the value. But overall it's a nice community and the staff is nice. I wish there was a jacuzzi and the gym had better equipment. Also I would feel safer if we were a gated community like the neighboring one. I like the events that you guys so. Glass painting was fun!

This community is a wonderful place to live in with spacious units, good amenities, very well maintained ground. It feels like a quiet refuge in the midst of a busy city. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to assist with any issues.

This is a nice community with a reasonable rent price. I have been living here for 2 years. I live on the top floor, it is nice, clean, relatively quiet, and bug-free. The staff here in the leasing office and maintenance are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this community to my friends.

Tyson's Glen has been a very fun and affordable (as far as this area is concerned) place to live and start a family. We've gotten to know great neighbors and spend time at community based events. Our apartment is spacious and efficient, and we've never had any issues with noise from neighbors.

This community is a wonderful place to live- the apartments are spacious, amenities are good, and the grounds are very well kept. It feels like a small oasis in a busy area. The staff are extremely friendly and always willing to assist with any issues.

It is a nice community, nice ammenities, close to a metro and to shopping centers, relatively clean, with a nice front office staff, and good value for the cost of rent in the area. That being said, some issues including maintenance requests and miscommunication between residents and front-office staff can be frustrating, but usually if you call enough times they eventually sort it out. Overall, if you work in DC/NOVA but don't want to live in DC/NOVA, its a pretty good option for living.

I love my appartment, the way it looks , the hard wood floor, bigger den, wide living Area and balcony. I have a few complaints, the kitchen is small and not the best and the bathroom is not accesible from bedroom. Ac/ heating system is poorly designed, no ac in bathroom period

It's a very good value in the area. Our apartment is spacious and newly renovated. The leasing staff was very good, but seems to have a high turnover rate. It was hard to get to know anyone. Every time we had a need, it was taken care of in a timely manner.

The community here is great! The neighbors are friendly, apartment grounds are well kept, the amenities are ideal and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great apartment in the Northern Virginia area!

Devonshire square apartments are greatly located near Tysons and easily accessible via I-66, I-495, Route 7 and the Dulles toll road. With metro bus access in front of the complex, getting around is no problem at all. A great value for the cost.

It has overall been good. We have found it a safe, secure, and friendly place. I have never had anyone break into my car or felt like that would ever happen. The neighbors around me have been good, and the grounds well kept.

MY husband and I have been very happy living here at Tysons Glen Apartments. There is plenty of parking available, the pool is well maintained, work orders are addressed very quickly, and the neighborhood is very safe. I enjoy living close to Tysons Corner Mall, West Falls Church Metro, and places to eat/shop in Idyllwood Plaza.

Good Office staff, quick maintenance Services, and location is very good! Apartment unit is clean. Electric devices are mostly new. View is great. Gym is small but good. Community is quiet. Pet friendly.

Typical nova community. Expensive but plenty of parking. Shuttle runs to metro, 5 min walk to bus stop. Thin floors I can hear my downstairs neighbors snore though not loudly. Nice people with lots of dogs. Quiet neighborhood all together. Great staff, always quick to fulfill maintenance requests.

Overall, I have had a great experience. The staff is friendly and the property is maintained very well. We have had our fair share of problems within our apartment but they were all handled well. The location is great and very close to the metro and several main roads.

Nice, quiet, and solid value for cost. The staff here are friendly and are willing to work through most issues. The parking is better than most in the area and I've never had to walk more than 100 feet to my car. I like the wooded area and most people here are genuinely nice people. 4/5

The townhouses in this community are in a very unusual design that there is somebody living below the townhouse. However, the office never disclose this drawback before you moving in. If I knew this in advance, I will never choose this community.

I have enjoyed living at Tysons Glen for the past two years. I have found the amenities offered to be very good, and I especially enjoy some of the community events that are offered. In particular my fianc? and I enjoyed the wine glass decorating that was offered at the office, and some of the movie nights.

Good community. Friendly staff. Great prices for a well maintained garden style apartment. It is in a high traffic area, so you have to drive for amenities. But it isn't loud or dirty, and I think well suited for professionals and families looking for a home.

It has really great thus far, looking forward to my whole lease term. My Fiance andI haven't lived here too long but have enjoyed the ease of parking, the pool and overall appearance of the community. I like the convenience of the fitness center but wished it was a little bit bigger.

This is a great place to live. It's nice and quiet, and it's very family friendly. Not that I have a family, but families means there are little to no parties, and loud events. Nothing disruptive. I am a 24 year old male and would love to get to know more people in the community, but I there aren't many community events that are geared towards my demographic. Some specific examples of what I would want: Casual sports league - Kickball, wiffleball Community organized trips - Skiing, hiking, kayaking, museum visits Cookouts Just more face to face interactions would be great. I would love for a person to come to my door to tell me about an event going on next week. It would make it much more likely for me to attend.

I have lived here for almost four years and generally have a positive attitude towards this community. The parking is ample, and free, and it is very conveniently located to major roads, and is close to plenty places to eat and shop. I have only one major problem, and that is the fitness center. It does not have much equipment, and that equipment is typically only marginally working. Even worse is that the whole gym is unusable during the day in the summer because of heat. Overall I would recommend this place, but not if a usable fitness center is important to you.

The community is great, especially for dog owners. Everyone is friendly and laid back. The pool is awesome and the big grass area behind the building is amazing to play a long game of fetch with an active dog. I would suggest putting in bike racks.

The move in was easy, and the application for approval was great. I love my walk out backyard, the pool is huge and the fitness center is just enough to get things done. The shuttle seems convenient even though I don't use it. The amenities and the social events really create a community, and being able to voice your opinion at Mocktail hour is awesome.
