Been overall satisfied with the amenities and quality of the apartments. Parking is not bad, there is a sense of security inside the premise, although not gated. Camera installations on parking lots is recommended, helps curb vandalism.

    Tysons Glen is a great place to live, they are pet friendly, they have a park for the dogs and a park for kids they also have a fairly large pool and a gym, its also a very clean community and I feel very safe walking in my neighborhood even in the nighttime.

      After moving away, I returned to this community. The location, staff, amenities, and other residents make this a fantastic place to live. The staff is courteous and helpful at all times of the year from deLi g with snow fall in the winter to keeping a refreshing pool in the summer, Tysons Glen is a great place to live.

        Great location and exterior layout. Large big trees at lots of places. Well kept pool. Buildings are not in great condition. The neighbors vary widely - Children ends up playing in parking lots which is dangerous at night time and I don't think Management is enforcing anything for safety.

          Apartment design needs to be improved. Kitchen is too small and inadequate. Also, recreational facilities need to be added. Overall good experience. Good management, answer requests promptly. Appearance of buildings can be improved further.

            Overall, pretty good experience. Affordability is very good for the accessibility to activities in Tysons or other shopping/downtown areas. Some level of noise due to neighbor's kids playing directly outside home. Maintenance has been pretty good and responsive overall, other than squirrel in roof issue. Staff seems to be good (lot of turnover so not sure), especially Ben who has been very reliable.

              The location is great. There are many routes that you can take in the morning going to work. The beltway 495 is just two blocks away/route 66 is less than 4 minutes away by car, route 50 approx. 10 minutes. Shopping center Tysons Corner is just 5 minutes away. The shuttle service to the metro station is great, and schools are too.

                  It's great experience, excellent support, the apartment is clean and in good shape, the appliance work properly, the maintenance personnel work inmediately when it requires, the comunity is very convenient to drive washington D.C. and is near to shopping area.

                    Devonshire Square is a great community, it's location is ideal, on Rt. 7 near highways and shopping centers. I love how pet friendly it is and enjoy the access to a pool and fitness centers. The apartments are a good size with good closet space and big balconies.

                        Difficult, burocratic process to get a place. Very Friendly staff, but NOT a MILITARY FRIENDLY business. Requires Background investigations, and cashiers checks to move in. I was in need of a place, otherwise would have walked away, due to the bureaocratic process....the Apartment nice and clean, but very small for the price paid. A big box in closet, blocking the already little CLOSET SPACE. Small bathrooms. No HOT WATER available as of now.

                          The location is perfect, the staff is very knowledgable and friendly, and the maintenance staff has top notch technicians that know what they are doing. The community is very quiet and safe. Also the prices at the property are very resonable.                               First off don't come to ------. Worst customer services ever, after signing the lease, they treat you like strangers and neglect all of your requests. I don't want to even give them a star. * 1st incident* : we got promised from ------------ (our leasing consultant) that we could see the house one more time to get our measurement ( for us to buy the furniture) before moving in but when we came in (with appointment) ------ was not there, and nobody knew what's going on. We couldn't see the house because ----- ( one of the leasing consultant) said its not ready to be view yet. We were a little annoyed at first, but we let it slide. We didn't receive any apologize email or phone call from ------ for that incident. *2nd incident*: 1 week had past, nobody from the office contacted us, so we call in and stated that we want to see the house before signing the lease, again ------ set the time, (we came in and supposedly to sign the lease that day)she was not there,( again no notice) ---( assistant manager) helped us out, checked the house, there were a lot of things need to be done still,( good thing that we still decided to see it even though it too late to measure stuff). --- made promised that things would be taking care of before our moving day ( which is only about 36 hours till moving in). *3rd incident*: The communication is terrible, we made appointment with --- ------- to come in to get the keys, when we came there at 3pm ( I had to leave in mid-working day) ------ ------ said she could not release the keys until tomorrow. Then again ------ made thing hard for us. She didn't give the keys, nor apologize. All she said was " --- supposed to call you". ->> what a nice statement. How in the world you got commission but the other have to take it for you? I don't know what was going on between them, but at least someone should give me a call or something. I feel like since we are ----- girls, so they can do that to us, specially that ------. Too bad we have to stick with them for 17 months

                                        I just moved in 2 weeks ago and am extremely satisfied. The complex is convenient to restaurants, shopping, commuting to and from the metro and major interstates. The grounds are pretty with the plants and flowers and also well kept. For a large complex it is very quiet.

                                            Nice place to live, if you don't mind old windows, old appliances, and feeling like you are paying too much for your rent. There seems to be some very unfair selling going on, when you find out someone else's paying at lot less for the same house - it's frustrating!!!

                                              The community is great. It is quiet and kept up well. Maintenance is quick when you have an issue. The staff is great and extremely helpful. It is so close to Tysons and other great restaurants and shopping. The apartments have a good layout with lots of space. They are a great price for what you get.

                                                Tysons Glen is a fantastic community; well maintained, clean and quite comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance staff are prompt and thorough. In 5+ years I've never had any issue that they couldn't resolve for me (and I have had VERY few issues). Would gladly recommend the community to anyone.

                                                  No complaints at all. Can't hear neighbors at all from inside the apartment. Any and all maintenance issues are taken care of quickly and completely. The office staff is extremely nice and easy to talk to and work with. The amenities are also a great bonus - fitness center, grilling spaces, and pool!
