The apartment is good, I like the environment and the community here. It's quiet and also convenient to shop because it is near tysons corner. The outdoor equipments in the community are not well cleaned, thats the the only disappointment I have.

The move in process here was great. Very quick and simple, my application was approved within just a few days and when I showed up to move in, Diana had everything ready to go for me. The manager, Josh, also made a point to introduce himself and make sure that the apartment met our expectations on move-in day as well, which was greatly appreciated. The entire office and maintenance staff at Tysons Glen have been nothing but helpful throughout the application and move-in process and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.

Tysons Glen is a nice community in a great neighborhood. There have been a lot of recent changes in the office staff, and I believe unfortunately it has affected things in a negative way. The previous landlords were much more helpful and reliable.

Great community, fast repair work and friendly and accommodating manager. Only critique I have is that rent is comparable to a mortgage in this area and sometimes parking is limited. Overall I would recommend this community to a friend in the future.

Great community environment where residents actually want to take place in sponsored events. It is a safe complex with nice layouts of both apartments and townhomes. Area is convenient with a few walkable restaurants and grocery stores.

Quiet neighborhood with great leasing staff, neighbors, and location. Located right off 495 and down the street from 66. Every issue or concern I've had has been addressed promptly unlike other complexes where it's a headache to get anything done. No complaints.

This is a welcoming international community that loves children and dogs. The price is quite good for the proximity to the metro, highways, as well as the amenities (business center, pool, fitness room) provided. They had some issues with landscaping and snow removal contracts last year, but I'm hopeful that they will have that taken care of prior to this fall/winter.

The community has always felt safe and like home. There are many families who live there and being right behind a school as a great neighborhood feel. The value for the apartments is fantastic and the staff are great! This is a great find and I plan to stay as long as it fits my lifestyle!

This apartment company is predatory. If you have the slightest of financial issues, I would not recommend living here. The staff at the leasing office is not very helpful. I've lived here for a year and a half and my washer broke within two weeks, which they replaced but they ripped off the laundry room door to install it. Also, living on the ground floor, there is a pest problem in the winter time. Lots of millipedes :(. Service requests are timely, however if you need to contact them urgently via phone it is difficult to reach them. Overall, displeased with this apartment community. W/d in unit and the gym are probably the only reasons worth staying. Security system has been broken for several months, and when I asked if it would be fixed they said someone would come out "soon". It's been three months since I asked. As a single female, the security was one reason why I chose this complex opposed to one down the street. I'm so excited to leave this place!

The grounds are great, the staff is great. The only drawback is that there is a lot of sound transference from the upstairs apartments (squeaking, shaking, thumping), and it doesn't help that the upstairs has small children. It makes it hard to enjoy the apartment.

Tyson Glen has been a wonderful apartment complex; it offers a great community, a sense of safety, and a feeling of home. The office staff are always accommodating and professional, and the grounds are always well-maintained. I've gotten many comments about how nice the apartment complex is from visiting guests. I'm happy to call Tyson's Glen home.

This community is great. The rent is expensive and the maintenance is not very responsive. Having a carwash is very nice and the ease of having a dog park. The dog park should be completely redone. The drainage is not adequate and needs to be fixed.

Surrounding area dictates the value for this apartment. Overall, it is a good community. Could be better if kitchen is renovated and new appliances are installed. Parking situation also needs to improve. All in all, an average community. Could do a lot worse in some other apartment communities.

We have been very satisfied with living at Tyson's Glen. We especially appreciate the open spaces and affordable price. The complex is certainly older, but when things have gone wrong inside our apartment the staff has always responded promptly and fixed the problem.

Moving to Tysons Glen was one of the best decisions I've made since moving to Northern Virginia. The location is great, the staff is responsive, and the value is unbeatable. One added perk is having the shuttle bus available when I need to go to the West Falls Church Metro.

This community is such a gem in Falls Church! We're right between I495 and Rt. 66- the perfect location for getting into MD or downtown quickly. Falls Church city isn't far away either and has the best local restaurants, community events (farmer's markets, holiday gatherings, etc.), and watering holes; it's a fun small-town feel right next to the bustling Tysons area. Tysons Glen allows for free parking for guests and residents, in addition to offering affordable reserved parking spots. The pool and fitness center is GREAT to have on-site, and with guest passes available, it's easy to bring friends and family along for summer fun! There are also two lounge areas with gas grills- perfect for impromptu neighbor meetups or barbecue celebrations. We love living here and definitely feel like we have the best of all worlds in this neighborhood!

Great community, value, and convenience in the Tysons Corner area! Amenities abound. The pool is great, the grounds are lovely, and the management is helpful and cooperative. Free shuttle service to the West Falls Church metro station is available during rush hour periods during the week.

Generally satisfied with my experiences in the community. The location is the main draw to living gin this neighborhood. I have never had a poor experience with the staff, personally. The landscaping leaves some to be desired. The floors and appliances in my unit require upgrading.

Conveniently located. Safe area with plenty of visitor parking. Gym is mediocre but sufficient. Not as expensive as newer apartments. Poor dog park conditioning. Carpeted sometimes. Apartments at different levels of updating.

My apartment itself is good. It's a two-bedroom, one-bathroom with a decent amount of space and storage. I like being on the ground level and having the option of walking right out to my car. The maintenance staff are very friendly and attentive. The leasing office staff has unfortunately not been very good in the three years I've lived here currently and two years I lived in the community in the past. There have been a number of errors on their part, and they have not been responsive. On the good side, it is nice to have the shuttle bus to the Metro; although it would be helpful if it ran more than every 30 minutes. Almost all the residents I've met or interacted with have been friendly. The community is also very dog-friendly, which I appreciate.

Unit features need upgrades so they can at least somewhat hang with the modernization of Tyson's Corner. Some neighbors don't respect quiet hours, playing loud music. Location is convenient, but it'd be nice if we were able to cut through the bank's parking lot so we could make left turns easier. Wish there was more parking. Positive: the stairwells are cleaned everyday.
