Tyson's Glen has been a welcoming and open community. The community pool and fitness center are great, as arethe regular community events. Office staff is helpful and responsive. The free shuttle to the metro, along with open parking are also great. The apartments themselves are also large and comfortable for the value/rent paid.

Maintenance do not inform residents when they are at their residence. This makes residents feel their privacy has been invaded. In this day and age where privacy is very critical and sensitive, you should be informed when someone is st your apartment, Especially if it is a high end Apartment like Tyson Glen.

Leasing process was simple, and the staff was pleasant to communicate with. Offered multiple layouts/options in the price range I was looking in. Being a pet owner, having lots of resources for my furry friend is convenient. There are poop bags and trash cans for almost every building, a dog run, and the community is well lit at night. Common areas in the apartment buildings are cleaned several times a week and the grounds are well maintained. Any issues I have had regarding maintenance have been resolved quickly and completely. Overall great community with a lot to offer.

Overall, I am very satisfied with our community and townhome. Neighbors are great, our townhome is nice and new, and there is plenty of parking. The dog park is looking very decrepit. I'm hoping they fix it up soon, because it is very popular- and lots of residents have dogs and need a place for the dogs to play.

Great community, fast service and the neighbors are all nice. Fantastic place to take an afternoon stroll, not far from the grocery store (Trader Joes and Wholefoods) and Safeway is a 5 minute drive away.. Not to mention Tysons Corner Mall is not far.

Move in condition was excellent (my apt is 2014 refurbished, looks SO NEW)! I'm approaching my 4th month here. Excellent property management team, fun activities (bingo nights etc). The community is safe, clean, quiet, family and dog-friendly (I am single with no pets). Maintenance team is quick and responds in a timely manner. Beautiful pool. One thing - there is a school by us. Take note of that as 7.40am-8.00am is definitely rush hour trying to get to the main street.

The community is super clean, quiet,and safe and the employee at the leasing office are super nice and very helpful . When I came to rent it. They have answer for all my questions and they're doing the best to give me good service. Everything I'm looking for it's available in this Residence

I give this place a 8 out of 10 really good place to live most people very friendly the staff is really good very good community if you have pets like I do pool area and workout area very up to date would recommend to anyone with pets or looking for a good living experience

This complex has been amazing! I have been surprised with their care and professionalism which I have not experienced in other apartment communities. This is by far the best living community I have lived in. The leasing office and maintenance staff are the best I have encountered in the 3 different communities I have lived in.

I have been leaving here since 2015 with no problems from neighbors, very quite community, Close to everything. Great staff . Staff is friendly, polite and take care of problems right a way. I recommend this community.

My apartment had been completely renovated just before I moved in, so there was still some tweaking that needed to be done. The maintenance people seek to fix things promptly and perfectly. They are also very pleasant to have around. I also give them permission to work when I am not there since I trust them. The unit has all new kitchen appliances and cabinetry, plus very nice new carpeting. Because my unit is located within a very large garden apartment complex, the one negative is that I have to drive my car with my bags of garbage to dumpsters. However, this negative is offset by the fact that the rent is lower than that of brand new high rises.

Im not sure about the other buildings but mine has roaches. Cant seem to ever get in contact with the leasing office and when you do, you essentially get standard scripted answers. very little actual help. The exterior door to my patio hasnt locked since I moved in. Its been "fixed" four times but still doesnt function. I basically can never lock my doors Desperately wishing I could just leave tomorrow.

Peaceful community with a lot of greenery, very helpful staff and neighbors. Close to the interstates, shopping malls and parks. Nice play area for the kids to play and also nice sidewalks to walk on during evenings.

I am living in this community almost 3 years. Staff is really good and helpful, receiving and response was real quick. Awesome! neighbors are very friendly. I like the kids play area, it's really friendly environment. I love the car wash and vacuum options in the community itself. Overall it's really good community

License tags recently expired on my car (I am paying tenant with a valid parking pass), I didn't notice, and they towed me from the parking lot overnight with no warning or indication after the fact. I had to call the local police to figure out what happened to my car because I honestly thought it was stolen and management wouldn't answer my call. A single phone call letting me know about my tags would have been sufficient, but I guess they care about immediate money more than the longevity of their tenants. Definitely will not renew and will always recommend against this place.

I haven't lived here long, but with a dog it is nice to have a park and such a dog-friendly community. It is also really convenient in my opinion to have the in-unit washer and dryers. Overall spacious apartments as well.

This community had great rental prices and the leasing office has wonderful representatives who explain everything for you. I'v contacted them by e-mail multiple times after moving in and I've received a response in the same day. This is a high quality community, with good amenities, at a reasonable cost considering it's great location. I'm very happy to be renting here and would recommend it to anyone!

Great location, close to metro and grocery stores. Right in between Falls Church and Tysons Corner, it's got the best of both worlds. What can I say? When you can pick up craft beer and awesome tacos on the way home from work, then pass kids playing under a canopy of tall oak trees as you drive through the neighborhood -- the place starts to feel like home.

I like this place, I've lived here for several years without issue, other than the occasional loud neighbor. It's in a great location, close to metro and the beltway and Tysons, (I use the shuttle service to metro often) but still set back far enough that it's quiet. I like that its pet friendly, because you see people out and about with their animals, and I love that it is a great place for families and that you always see kids playing. I always feel safe walking here, even at night (it's very well lit) One of the things that brought us here was that we did not want to live in a high rise or really dense urban community, We like all the green spaces and mature trees.

Great price and amenities. The community feel is welcoming. I also appreciate having one of the best pet policies in the area (very welcoming, overall). My only issue is with noisy neighbors (children, in particular), but that's not the apartment complex's issue. I'd recommend this community.

Very safe, clean, quiet community! Great for kids and pets. Location is convenient to grocery stores, freeways, shopping mall, and public transportation. A courtest shuttle is provided to and from the West Falls Church Metro station. The pool is clean and a lifeguard is provided. We love it here!

Tysons Glen is a great community. The residents are open, warm, and friendly. The office staff is welcoming and on top of everything you need them to be. The grounds are beautiful and the plethora of dogs in the neighborhood is pretty calming (They're all friendly). It's central to everything you need, too with ample parking.

Great location! A rated schools. Location!! The access to highways, Tyson's corner facilities. The location is the most attractive advantage of this community. I would love to see a better landscaping and parking area.

It's a great residential area with many facilities. Located in good area that is closer to Tysons Corner. There is a shuttle bus to West Falls Church. I live here more than one year and very sarisfied with it. It's very quiet and clean.
