In general, I am very happy to live here, it is a very quiet place and with everything close by, the administration and cleaning of the common areas is very good, if all is well with the job we will continue here for a few years.

I like the area a lot. It's in a good location where you're close to everything but separated enough that you don't feel overwhelmed. The price for the apartments as well is great and affordable and the apartments are clean and spacious.

I enjoy the location of these townhouses. I'm close to shopping outlets, grocery stores, and metro stations. I feel safe when walking around this community and adjacent communities. Overall the grounds a clean and feel safe. Only complaint is not being able to get in contact with the front office staff.

Great community with a great location. Beautiful grounds as well. Apartments can be a little older with some maintenance issues, but overall it is ok for the good price point. Staff is kind but also have to contact them frequently if there are any issues.

I've been very pleased with my experience at Tyson's Glen. The office and maintenance staff are always very quick to respond, answer questions, or make repairs if needed. The walls are a bit thin, so it's easy to hear noises from the units on either side, but other than that I've been really happy with the quality of the townhouse. It had fresh carpet and pain and recently-updated appliances and fixtures when I moved in. The community is quiet and beautifully maintained. The location is extremely convenient to the Beltway and 66, groceries, parks, etc., while at the same time it's a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood tucked away from the major roads.

it is quiet and feel very luxurious compared to other apartments. I would highly recommend someone to come here, except the swimming pool is not opened this year, and I have seen other pools opened in the are.

Convenient location, friendly staff, quiet, and just near everything! Grocery stores, restaurants, the mall, and schools within 5-10 minutes of driving. That might be the biggest perk of this place. Great environment for kids as well!

Very well situated/centrally located, affordable, very responsive front office/maintenance staff and a great community of friendly people. Because it is so close to a major road(advantage) it gets a lot of noise from the passing cars(disadvantage).

Love it here. Great staff. Great maintenance. Would not move for any reason. They always handle any issues with grace and speed. Tell your friends to live here! Surprised that there is plenty of parking and room to move.

I've been living here since December 2019 and any maintenance concerns I've had have been addressed promptly. There are always events even virtually during the pandemic which is nice to build a sense of community. Alanna helped my with my application and has been very helpful with any questions I have, as well as the property manager, Jeenea Innis.

The application process was quick. But I was not thrilled about the move in day. We had repeatedly asked to get the layout of the apartment we signed the lease for because we did not choose the one we had originally toured. However, we could not see it because the unit was not ready and we never got any pictures (despite multiple requests). On the day of the move, we learned it was not exactly what we wanted. Thankfully, they realized that it was not exactly what we saw and offered to adjust the lease agreement and give us the unit we had seen since it was still available. Lesson from this, tour the exact unit or at least get the pictures of that exact unit. The virtual online tours and not accurate and the staff may not give you the right details. Since the move in, there hasn't been any real problems. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We are on the ground floor, so we can hear the folks from upstairs, but it's not too bad. And again, because we are on the ground floor, we have spotted a few critters here and there. But, it's still a nice place.

So far my experience here, though short, has been pretty great. The space and design are not to cramped, or overbearing. I have so far enjoyed my stay and the complex. Every week i can see the grounds keepers mowing the lawn and then cleaning the sidewalks.

The residents for the most part are very nice Love the dog community The staff is excellent love the atmosphere with the dogs so many stores are so close The grounds are kept up Most dog waste is always picked up

The are is perfect peaceful and clean. The office staff was very helpful and friendly. The parking is great. Maintenance is very good and professional. The picnic area and pool are great. From all the other places I leave this place is the best I highly recommended.

The community is very friendly, the leasing office very helpful, and any maintenance issue I have had has been fixed by the end of the day. I can not recommend living at Tyson's Glen anymore highly. It's the best value you can find

Very nice community. Friendly staff that is very helpful. Very quiet too which is what we like. Very safe place too. The amenities are very good too with a nice workout facility. I would recommend highly to anyone.

Right in the middle of 66, 495, 267, and 7 making it a prime location for almost any commute. Free shuttle also provided to East Falls Church station (orange line) Monday-Friday. They provide special deals if you work for certain business in the area. The price is overall very good for the area and what you get. The building is a little older but everything works well and we haven't had any issues so far.

Haven't moved in yet, but overall it looks like a good place to live. It's close to where I work, and it's close to the city for leisure purposes. The community is clean, quiet, and great location. The apartment is nice and what we were looking for.

Everything has been so easy - from the application process to the moving in process. Everyone working there has been kind and helpful as well. It's also a nice community - and fairly quiet as well. Parking is easy as well - Unreserved parking is free and reserved parking has a small monthly fee. Even with unreserved parking we don't have much trouble finding a spot nearby our apartment.

It is clear that Tysons Glen employees are invested in serving their residents and ensuring that the grounds and apartments are well-main Ted. They are very responsive to maintenance requests and work orders. I also appreciate the efforts that are directed toward developing & offering community events.

Incredibly responsive and friendly sales team. Great location. Convenient for pet owners to walk right out to grass. Convenient to grocery store and shopping, Tysons Corner. Quiet community next to a high school.

Wonderful leasing and move in process. Upgraded apartment is fantastic. I love living in Tyson's but feeling away from the busy life. I also love that they have a gym and pool onsite plus parking has been a breeze
