Apartment is decent and good The Neighborhood is good and the apartment prices are pretty much reasonable and the staff is very helpful. The maintenance requests are pretty much faster and very helpful

    The community feels very safe and comfortable. The staff is very available and quick to respond to help. The move-in process was quick and simple which is always nice. The walls are well insulated so not much noise at all comes through from neighboes.

      Bad service from try to find more caring staff to help people and always ensure quick response so thing as don't fall through the cracks. When everyone just forgets and ignores you that is unacceptable and bad customer service.

        Great community if you have big dogs. Well kept dog park. Big walking closets. Good location next to schools, public transportation and stores. Bad - too many changes in the management team. Changes never communicate with residents.

          Maintenance folks are awesome, Repairs done timely and done well. Recommend a quicker prompt response to fix our bldg. front door. There have been two occasions of when the door would not self lock and was not fixed for several weeks for each repair of the door. Residents depend on a secure front door for security and well being. I don't know how the door fail. I don't know the cause, however our residents and contractors should be advised to use the security code to enter. Thank You. Ed Ortiz

            Very clean apartment, all remodeled when I moved in. Maintenance responds very quickly and is very professional. The grounds outside are kept very clean and everything is kept up with. The staff in the leasing office were very nice and helpful. I love it here!

              The maintenance personnel teams are the most professional, carrying, humble, and technically knowledgeable when performing repairs. In addition, the common areas of cleaning services personnel perform an excellent job keeping all areas excellent conditions.

                  This community offers apartments and townhouses. Quiet and clean neighborhood. One of the few rental communities that offer three bedrooms and in the form of townhouses. Townhouses are roomy, renovated and reasonably priced for this area.

                    Upon moving into this community I was very excited given that my job is relatively close. After moving in I discovered how thin the walls are in this community. I mean so thin that I could hear my neighbor snoring downstairs and not to mention after he moved out I could hear my neighbors love sessions.

                        The apartment is a good size and space and the community seems safe and relatively quiet. Appliances are generally in good working order and the pool would have been nice if they opened it this year. Parking can be in short supply near your apartment if you get home after 6pm and the on-site gym is very small.

                          Older apartments which has it's disadvantages such as small kitchens, older appliances, etc. In the plus side, the concrete walls and metal doors make for a very quiet environment, which is incredibly nice to have when you're concerned about noise. The units have great natural lighting in the living area and there is regular landscaping and cleaning in the common areas. If you don't mind living in an older building, this is a nice place to live.

                              Dishwasher stopped working one month in. Sitting water in the bottom. Smells really bad. Maintenance request has been in for 3 days but no response yet. Other than that, good apartment to live in. Neighbors above are very loud late at night.

                                  Apartment is great, community is great, pricing is great for the area. I love the location. My only complaint (and it's enough for us to not renew our lease) is how thin the walls are. We can hear our next door neighbor snoring at night and we can hear our upstairs neighbors kids running and screaming all day (truly, no exaggeration).

                                      It was good overall. Quiet building with good neighbors. Also had the amenities we were looking for like Internet access and public transportation access. We had lived here in the past and found it to be as good now as it was back in the early 90's.

                                        There is a sense of community in the neighborhood compared to newer communities where it feels segregated to your own space. Plenty of free parking, good amenities, professional and friendly leasing office staff, and maintenance requests are performed within 24hrs by friendly and professionals who also clean up after themselves. I have been recommending this place to my colleagues and friends.

                                          Tyson Glenn is a safe and unassuming apartment complex located down the street from Tyson's. It is minutes from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods Market. It is reasonably priced for its location and compared to other apartment complexes around the area. They offer town homes for a reasonable price. Management has been great at organizing events such as a drive by graduation celebration for those who graduated during COVID-19 and gave goody bags and took photos of those who were unable to celebrate their graduation in the conventional way.

                                                  Tyson's Glenn Apartments is a great diverse community located Just inside Tyson's Corner. It is consider Falls Church so residents with school aged children get to attend Fairfax Public Schools. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a convenient location to DC and a safe environment to raise your kids.
