I love this community. Staff is kind and maintenance is quick and helpful! Highly recommend! The house is big and nice! Community is quiet and everyone is nice. The pool is great, fitness center could be better.

Extremely peaceful and clean environment. Neighbors have been wonderful to live around. A sense of community with those that seek that. Buildings go through regular improvements to make things better and more efficient.

Great overall place to live. Apartments are in great shape and the outside looks like a resort to me! Love having the gym and pool right outside in the summer time. And we love feeling safe in this area.

This community is great. The location is awesome with easy access to 495, Tysons, 270, and 95. Lots of choices in grocery shopping and nearby restaurants. The pool, open grass area, and dog park are great amenities.

The stage was very responsive with it came to us having any issues with the unit. Even though the apartment that was rented to us was the wrong one. They were very quick to resolve the issue within a couple days. Any issues with the apartment were very quickly resolved. And there was only two mistakes. Other than that the community is in a great location and the price was very reasonable. Especially in Tyson's corner.

Neutral - nothing exciting to report. Good place to save money while waiting to buy a home. Some maintenance issues and communication problems; but every place has those. Apartment could be updated; but is nice enough. Safe neighborhood, friendly.

The apartment cosy, renovated, has beautiful kitchen and clean. The location is so decent, quite and convenient to go any where in metro. The maintenance people are responsible and responsive. Leasing office are very helpful I love this apartment. Thank you for making our stay wonderful !

This community is safe and clean. The amenities are great to enjoy . They have a pool, playground for children, fitness. There is a large stadium with tennis and others sports field next to the community. I highly recommended anyone who want a nice place to raise kids and enjoy calmness to join.

My wife and I moved into Tyson's Glen in April of this year after we got married. We loved it until around 3 months in, at which point the condo above us had a major leak from the toilet hose which caused water to leak from multiple points in our bathroom and hallway ceiling, drenching our hallway carpets. Although our personal items were for the most part okay, the leak was going for almost an hour and caused such damage that it took four full days to repair our ceilings, baseboards, etc. After all of this we were "offered" a $25 gift card, after I argued that our electrical bill was higher than normal for that month (which probably didn't even cover the full difference). They did provide a full condo cleaning, which was appreciated. We were never told why the leak occurred other than that it wasn't negligence on behalf of management. We hope this is the last issue we will have as tenants because we love the condo and community otherwise.

Staff is very friendly and helpful! Apartment was clean upon move-In. Great location right next to Tysons and major highways. However, kitchen is small and appliances not renewed. Some bugs on the first floor.

We have great experience at this community. Very accessible to DMV And very close to the CD if you are young you can work in this real location without no transportation issue! The most I like about this community is very quiet community and no parking issue!

Office staff is great - super friendly and helpful! The apartment size is perfect and it's in a great community. The only issues I've had revolve around the maintenance staff. I have had several issues that are never properly resolved and this has been ongoing for months.

It's a very convenient location being right next to 495, 7, and 66. The staff is usually helpful and kind. The maintenance workers are timely, respectful, and nice. However, we have had some banking issues with the rent system and also some insect problems. Both were addressed eventually, but some were still an issue afterwards.

It's been great living here with the exception of a few small things. 1. Initial internet install is a pain because there is no Ethernet port built into a wall jack. Verizon had to come drill holes. 2. You can't install a ring doorbell to watch your packages. Not sure why that's an issue but I was told I can't have a doorbell camera. 3. There are times where you can hear the apartment next door. Usually only when you are completely silent and they are not.

Everything starting from rental office staff was just perfect. At firs i doubted as the price was little bit higher than i was looking for, but i just loved the apartment. Washing machine, drying machine, all kitchen are new, carpets are clean, walls are fresh. Nice smelling unit. So I decided that i'd better not go out 2 times to restaurant but will live here. Neighborhood is safe, location is great. Wholefoods, trader joe's in 5 minutes drive. Love it.

It's a great community. I really love the maintenance team and leasing office staff. It's close to so many stores and the mall is a five minute drive. Love the dog park. I have to give credit to the people who clean our hallways too.

I've lived at Tysons Glen for about a year now. Overall I enjoy living here. If it wasn't for a 15% monthly rent increase with no option to negotiate, I would renew in a heartbeat. There's been a few plumbing problems living here, but the maintenance staff here is awesome and has almost always been able to fix stuff with in a day or two depending on the urgency. For example, they were able to completely replace my hot water heater the same day it burst (it burst in the early morning to be fair). Great location and barely any bugs (I live on second floor). Amenities like pool and fitness center are nice but nothing fancy. I'm enjoying my time here, but can't recommend it for anyone looking to stay longer than a year. With their specials and fair amount of current availability, Tysons Glen is significantly cheaper for new residents than current ones renewing. Hope in the future they will show more care toward their current tenants.

The community is in a phenomenal location!! You are in a great school district with many walkable destinations. It's close to the interstate ramps and metro stations for work commute. It's safe and the staff work hard to respond to maintenance or any other issues. However, the townhomes are on the older side. Apartments are turned around from old to new residents quick. Thus, many repairs are superficial with unfixed causes. I know we can find a better value for our rent as far as the building. However, the convince of the location and the community is keeping us here for now.

I've loved living here. The community is very safe and secure. Our apartment was newly renovated and looks amazing-even better than the photos! A big thing for me was the parking and how they don't charge.
