"I've been really satisfied with my apartment?it's a comfortable and well-maintained space that truly feels like home. The price is also reasonable, especially considering the quality of the amenities and the convenient location. Overall, I feel like I'm getting great value for my money, and I would highly recommend this place to others looking for a good balance of cost and quality."

So far it's really great here! Everyone I have interacted in the office has been very nice, friendly just welcoming. Duncan is great and has no problem taking all the time it needs to answer questions and explain things. Community is clean and feels safe. Pet friendly too which is a perk.

Safe and quiet with easy access to the metro train via Metro Bus station. Silver line and Orange line is accessible from right in front of the apartment. The management is courteous and handles the matters in a professional way.

If you love Water Damage and Fraud, Tysons Glen is the place for you
Tysons Glen might seem like a good deal in an expensive area but you get what you pay for. There are major plumbing issues throughout these apartments. The units were built as cheaply as possible, they are getting old, and the plumbing issues are only going to get worse. Our kitchen flooded from backflow out of our garbage disposal / washing machine. The ceilings on both floors would periodically leak and we would frequently lose hot water. All things considered, compared to our neighbors, we considered ourselves lucky. Our neighbors hot water heater exploded, flooding their apartment and forcing them to temporarily move into a hotel. Flooding from backflow is a common occurrence and frequently causes property damage. You should be particularly wary of apartments located below the townhouses. These units flood regularly and with particular gusto. Also the trees on the property have been left to rot and have become a hazard. Tysons Glen stay does not want to pay an prunning service to remove rotting branches and trees and they are putting their residents in danger. The front windows on both of our cars were smashed by falling branches. On multiple occasions entire trees come down and totaled parked cars. Finally there was a series of bizarre and capricious charges we were hit with when we left Tysons Glen after four and a half years: -$288 for water. This is despite the fact that we moved out three months early and obviously were not using any water. If you are considering an apartment here you should google -yes energy management-. You will find nothing but complaints from tenants and former employees about the company conspiring with apartment complexes to charge unreasonable prices. - $145 or general cleaning. When I asked for documentation the business manager sent us pictures of the kitchen we had left spotless. Despite repeated requests she was unable to describe any actual work that had been done. However, she still sent all of these charges to collections. - $200 for carpet replacement. Honestly the our carpet did need to be replaced but we stayed there over four and a half years and according to Tyson Glens own documents the carpets only had a lifespan of 5 years. -$200 for dog odor treatment. This is somehow in addition to the charge for carpet replacement. Again, despite repeated requests the business manager was unable to explain this charge. Did they somehow manage to spend $200 on febreeze? Also, we paid $100 in pet rent for four and a half years (totaling about $5k). Everywhere else I have lived it was understood that pet rent covers any additional cleaning fees related to your pets.

The leasing agents and maintenance staff are quick to respond and will do everything that can to assist you. The community feels safe. If you are at Devonshire, the one downside is that whenever you have a guest come to visit you, they need to drive to the leasing office (about 4 minutes away), and get a signed parking pass that staff will only make good for a maximum of one week. They take towing very seriously here, so its better if you don't have visitors if you want to live here.

This is a Great location. The rent is high, so I'm not sure if I can afford to renew. The office staff and maintenance staff are always prompt and helpful. I wish the renovated apartments were completely renovated vs leaving some things untouched. Like the baseboards along the stairs

Our smoke detector died out. We sent a message to Tysons to come and fix the problem. They came by quickly and replaced the smoke detector. The work was done quickly and clean. We were very happy to have the work done.

Average enough community rent is rising significantly ever leasee renewal, the office staff is mediocre at best, they will send random emails with significant policy change and wont enforce any policy unless you harp on them

Living in this community has had its ups and downs. It was a blessing to not have a rent increase during COVID but now the increases have been very hard to handle, especially since everything has gone up in cost. And I have a 2 bedroom apartment that I think is small for the price. My amenities aren't that updated, and some of the utilities costs are shared, which affects your budget because you don't know how much it might end up being. But, I have felt very safe, the maintenance team is always efficient and polite. The girls in the leasing office are always so sweet, and I appreciate that too. Overall, my experience has been appropriate for the location and my need.

I'm very happy with AJ Dwoskin. The staff is very friendly and helpful. What I'd really like is to equip the gym better. It's not good to have broken devices out there for years, that serve no purpose.

Not a friendly neighborhood. Buildings are run down. The non updated townhouses have old appliances. Staff is friendly but lack inter office communication with one another. Pet friendly is a plus and the enclosed dog run is neat.

Tysons Glen apartments are conveniently located and the community is quiet and homey. There are few downsides to living in this complex. The initial process to sign a lease and the renewal process can be difficult due to inconsistent communication with office staff, but throughout the lease period, all of our concerns were addressed promptly and kindly. Overall I recommend renting at Tysons Glen.
