It has been very nice place to live for the past few years. Peaceful, very clean and well kept area with great and friendly neighbors. Convenient location to access local restaurants and Tyson's Corner mall.

Offering same apartment to a new tenant for $127.00 a month less is not going to work My last renewal with this place. Nice area, but yearly increases are not going to work. Wish it was a different outcome.

So far I am happy living here it nice and quiet. The environment is clean and no parking problems. I do wish that instructions for allowing a delivery person through the front entrance is more clear and easier to navigate.

The leasing department was extremely helpful. Apartments got taken QUICK so they kept us notified and helped us find one we liked. Move in was good too. So far so good. It's an older home so there's some excess paint, loose carpet, etc, but overall beautiful.

My family and I love our neighborhood. It is quiet, clean, neat and people are nice and friendly with each other. The staff in the leasing office are really helpful. Maintenance staff are a,so professional and responsible.

Very incompetent leasing staff, I was misguided by leasing staff regarding rent and fees. They have kept me waiting for more than a week for final decision. And there was not a single call from their side.

I have enjoyed my two years in Tyson's Glen! The community offers a nice balance between downtown convenience and space from the noise and bustle of traffic. The amenities are nice and on the few occasions I have needed any maintenance or front office help, I have received help promptly and had great interactions with everyone who works here.

We've lived here for 5 years, rent is higher than we'd like and the power goes out at least once a year. Other than that it's pretty good, quiet community overall, although we have had our cars broken into along with our neighbors vehicles a couple of times.

My family moved here as a way to be close to the high school across the street. We have found it to be conveniently located and surprisingly quiet. The rooms are a decent size, although there could be more storage space in the closets and pantry. The maintenance services are excellent. In the 4 years I have lived here, I have had no issues getting quick responses (usually within a couple of hours) to maintenance requests.

The office staff are often difficult to reach and when you do get in touch they are dismissive or defensive. They don't ever see anything for the residents' point of view; very "corporate vampire" vibes.

I hate this place. The neighbors all have dogs and dog poop. The upstairs neighbors have solid hardwood floors and a child who drops stuff. And they play music loudly from 10pm until midnight every night.

Very conveniently located to a lot of stuff and the rent is reasonable for the area. It's also conveniently located near multiple Metro Subway stations and I-495 and I-66. Considering how close it is to I-495 it's surprisingly quiet place to live.
