It took more than completely fixed problem due to order part of washer besides that they fixed 2 problem which were leaking water from pipe behind washer due to too short then fixed but then electric hoarder involved controls switch was broken after hooked washer which took more longer than we were expected besides that they fixed all completely after 2 weeks.

It's very nice, quite and good neighborhood, the office support and maintenance are all great, the school are great, all facilities are available by nearby. We enjoy our stay here almost for one year.

Even though I have just moved in, the community is amazing so far. I genuinely have no complaints since moving in. The staff has been fantastic, providing great customer service and accommodation. The community is well kept, and my unit was pretty spotless when I moved in.

The community quality overall is fair. The parking is poor. The cost of a one-bdrm +den is too expensive compared to other locations in the area. The neighbors are very noisy and their marijuana use makes the community seem 'low-rent'.

Have not lived here long enough to provide insight on the living experience. Move in process was easy and the office staff was very communicative and prepared. Seems like a good, convenient area and a nice value for the price.

The Maintenance Team staff are overall very pleasant and efficient. The maintenance portal is an effective way to communicate maintenance needs. The resident portal is an efficient and effective way to pay for one's monthly rent and water bill.

Good community and layout overall of the townhome we're in. Everything is nice and clean; very expensive for the rent though which I understand but also it's a lot of money at the same time. Office staff is nice and pleasant. Walls can be a little thin sometimes but neighbors overall uphold quiet time hours

Horrible experience. The staff including the manager are rude and disrespectful to residents . You will pay too much money to live here the grounds are not well kept up with. Manager also hates dogs so this community states they are dog friendly, they are not!!

A quiet, peaceful and clean community. Easily accessible staff. Available parking, spacious apartment. Nice appliances. Near to high school and Tysons Corner shopping district which is a plus. Walking distance to bus stop as well. Friendly courteous staff and great amenities.

So far it is good. I am enjoying living here. Staff is courteous. Complex is well kept and quiet. Issues are resolved in a timely manner. No loud noise from neighbors. No loitering nor selling at my door. Dog owners are respectful and responsible.

Very disappointed Nothing else to say. You have to check more your maintenance team, they are not working well and pretend to solve residence issues. I'm very very disappointed and it's not acceptable the resident pay for rent and still struggling with appliances!!!!!

The community is conveniently located and close to Tysons. I feel very at home being here. The neighbors are friendly but also respect privacy. I enjoy having access to the gym. The community is always hosting activities to bring people together. I appreciate the thoughtfulness. Thank you!!

Very good location, the staff were very friendly and easy to work with. The apartment and the upgrades were very nice. Brand new carpet. The highway access is less than five minutes. Commuting to work makes it easier.

Great location and service. Maintenance answers and fixes issues in a prompt manner. And the apartment is close to all the freeway entrances and close to all the essentials (Whole Foods, Costco, Traders Joes, Marshall's/TJ Maxx, and LIDL). And don't forget the mall (Tysons Galleria).

in a neighborhood with very comfortable, spacious and safe apartments for the whole family, close to schools. The maintenance service is very effective and fast. Very respectful. The staff is very attentive. Clean green areas, very friendly neighbors. Pet friendly. The hymn service and common areas are always clean and in good condition.

Apartment units are nice and affordable. Location is convenient with highways nearby. Good food nearby and Tesla supercharger very close by as well which is convenient for myself. Layout of unit is very nice as well

Super friendly and understanding management, service is quick, location of the apartment is the most attraction. In addition the community is quiet and accessible to most of the good shopping centers, grocery shopping, bus service and even the metro.

It's good community. Clean and green community. Maintenance is good. Near to all school zones. Security is good. Nothing much to specify more on this community. Everything is good. Good response on request raising in the community for maintenance home. Garbage maintenance is very good.
