It has really great thus far, looking forward to my whole lease term. My Fiance andI haven't lived here too long but have enjoyed the ease of parking, the pool and overall appearance of the community. I like the convenience of the fitness center but wished it was a little bit bigger.

This is a great place to live. It's nice and quiet, and it's very family friendly. Not that I have a family, but families means there are little to no parties, and loud events. Nothing disruptive. I am a 24 year old male and would love to get to know more people in the community, but I there aren't many community events that are geared towards my demographic. Some specific examples of what I would want: Casual sports league - Kickball, wiffleball Community organized trips - Skiing, hiking, kayaking, museum visits Cookouts Just more face to face interactions would be great. I would love for a person to come to my door to tell me about an event going on next week. It would make it much more likely for me to attend.

I have lived here for almost four years and generally have a positive attitude towards this community. The parking is ample, and free, and it is very conveniently located to major roads, and is close to plenty places to eat and shop. I have only one major problem, and that is the fitness center. It does not have much equipment, and that equipment is typically only marginally working. Even worse is that the whole gym is unusable during the day in the summer because of heat. Overall I would recommend this place, but not if a usable fitness center is important to you.

The community is great, especially for dog owners. Everyone is friendly and laid back. The pool is awesome and the big grass area behind the building is amazing to play a long game of fetch with an active dog. I would suggest putting in bike racks.

The move in was easy, and the application for approval was great. I love my walk out backyard, the pool is huge and the fitness center is just enough to get things done. The shuttle seems convenient even though I don't use it. The amenities and the social events really create a community, and being able to voice your opinion at Mocktail hour is awesome.

We have lived here for 4 years now in two different units. First we lived in an apartment, and then we moved into one of the townhomes. We love Tysons Glen and probably won't leave until we finally buy a home.

Safe community, and very pet friendly. The grounds are well maintained. The pool is good quality and has new furniture. Fitness center is satisfactory, but could be bigger. Great location near Tyson's Corner and Falls Church. Grocery stores very close. Close to Beltway and 66.

We have loved living at Tyson's Glen. We love the area and the value we get for our rent cost. If we do not resign our lease, it is because we are leaving the area or buying a home. Our only minor complaint would be the handling of maintenance issues. There have been a few instances where our requests were not completed properly the first time. Other than that, we thoroughly have enjoyed living at Tyson's Glen and have recommended the complex to several friends.

It is the best apartment complex I have lived in my only complaint is that a maintenance request took awhile and left me without a useable sink for a week. I love how pet friendly the place is and the other pet owners do try and make everyone they meet feel welcomed to the community.

Great community. It's dog friendly and has a nice playground for young kids. The apartment complex has green areas and beautiful trees. It's a great place to get away from the feel of the city at the end of the day while still having access to the beltway, Rt 66, and Rt 7.

Office staff is incompetent, absent-minded, and/or rude. Maintenance staff has always been friendly and professional, though, so that's a plus. Concerns regarding community problems such as video surveillance and lighting were slow to be attended to, yet they immediately send out emails and flyers if people's dogs' poop aren't collected. Dog ---- is literally more important to them than their residents' safety and comfort. OK value. OK location. Thin walls and ceilings/floors. Can hear the highway if I open my window. A few rowdy neighbors who are either beating their kids or throwing ragers to be expected (and of course, there are some great neighbors too. Take the good with the bad). Landscaping is nice. Parking lot is on a hill, and the asphalt is clearly starting to crack. Office staff doesn't seem to know their own parking rules, so people get towed for things that we're told they wouldn't get towed for. "Fitness Center" and "Business Center" are lacking in decent equipment/supplies.

Once I saw Tysons Glen I knew it was the right place for me - beautiful landscaping, mature trees, lovely apartments, gracious staff, location, and I could probably go on. The staff has bent over backwards to meet my needs and I appreciate not only their efforts, but, there attitude as well. I look forward to being a part of this special place. After owning a home for many years, it is an adventure to be renting.

I love this community! They are located close to where I work and I do not have to commute. The management staff are very nice and professional. I am so amazed at the grounds upkeep and the friendly environment. The office staff are always eager to assist you when you walk in the door, and the maintenance staff are very professional, polite and respectful. I am so glad that I found Tysons Glen as a place to live. God was looking out for me, as this is the first place I looked when I moved into the area and it has been a great experience. I am getting to know my neighbors and participate in social activities that are offered onsite.

I have lived in this complex for more than three years, the customer service has degraded over the years. The apartments are nice, but don't expect quality customer service when it comes to issues with your apartment home from upper management.

This apartment complex has a significant noise problem. I have complained repeatedly about my next door neighbor blasting their music and the issue has not ceased. Neighbors are also outside after ten p.m. yelling, talking on the phone loudly, or blasting music from their car. One group of neighbors stayed outside from ten p.m. to about three in the morning. I have been woken up repeatedly by these issues. Other than the noise issues at this apartment complex, I do love the property. The three bedroom town homes are of great size for their price. Overall, the price is one of the best in this location for what is supplied with these apartments. I wish the noise issue wasn't so persistent and wasn't so seemingly ignored.

Relocation is a headache, moving here is one of best decision I made. Apartment staff are helpful and professional. So far every work order I placed have been addressed within 24 hours. Community is in a very convenient location and close to Interstate, shopping mall, gas station, grocery store and pharmacy. This apartment has everything I need, a washer/dryer which was important to me.

Other than the maintenance this is a really great place. The dog park is a great addition and it is in a safe area right off of the beltway. Maintenance has been extremely slow to respond if at all. There is a lack of communication between the office that logs the requests and the technicians who actually complete them because the office has no idea what is going on out in the field.

Nice, clean, quiet and courteous apartment community. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Grounds around apartment building are clean and well kept. All maintenance issue were handled promptly. Plenty of parking. Apartment units are a bit dated, specifically the kitchen appliances, but all work well. The location to the belt way and Tyson's corner is unbeatable for the price. This apartment community is a great find for anyone looking for a quiet and yet convenient location.

It's a good location and nice view. Condition of apartment is also good. In our apartment , all appliances were new when we moved. the only drawback is that their roof of outer door leaks during snowfall or rain. so it really make difficult to go out with babies.

The on-site management and maintenance team are extremely professional and responsive. Marce is a fun and energetic leader with a great team. Elisa, Ben, Diana, Richard, Carlos, and the maintenance staff are all fantastic. I wish more management teams were this good. The problem, however, lies with the corporate level management. Unfortunately, their offices appear to be overseen by ruthless employees from the top-down who have no clue what the term "customer service" implies. They live and die by a set of severe draconian rules with no regard for reality. They don't exercise the slightest bit of rational and/or logical thinking in their day-to-day work and it's embarrassing that they call themselves professionals. Don't be late with your rent even ONE dollar because they will collect their $0.10 penalty. Is there a leak in your apartment because the building is 60 years old? Well, that's your fault, file with your insurance! Can you hear everything from your upstairs neighbors including their dog barking, doors shutting, toilet flushing? Again, YOUR FAULT, you should have thought about that before you moved in. Your winter heating bill was over $400 because your single-pane windows aren't energy efficient? Buy a space heater!! This is the way the corporate office will make you feel the moment something goes wrong in your apartment. It may not have happened yet but trust me it will. Good luck...
