It's been a great experience. It's tucked in a nice lil secluded area. The neighbors are pretty friendly and the staff does a great job. The property is kept well considering it being an older property. I would recommend this place to live.

Amberton

Amberton is a lovely community with a good vibe. Manager Kim and assistant Masiel are helpful, attentive and friendly. We’re new to the area and we are very happy with our choice to live here. All good.

A Comfy Spot

I appreciate after a hard day's work I get to come home to my apartment in a clean safe neighborhood with a pool, a gym, and a place to call home. For me it's important that I feel safe where I live, and I feel that here at Amberton.

My experience with this community has been excellent when there is something to be done as far as maintenance and any other issues as far as rent They are very helpful and supportive The people here are very knowledgeable and they care about their tenets maintenance is right on time whenever you submit a request for maintenance through the app they do respond in a very quick time

Old apartments and two stories. The toilets are small, the air conditioning system is very noisy, carpets are not very well washed, so I washed it again. No microwave was in the kitchen. Parkings are not covered.

Amberton Apartments

Amberton offers decent value for the square footage you get and the quality of the interior. The complex also has a quaint look from the outside with the blue siding and red door contrast. There is also a tall metal fence surrounds the complex which gives tenants a sense of security. The area is very convenient as well as you're surrounded by most of what you need store-wise due to this complex being so close to Manassas City. Flaws include very strict towing enforcement the fact that Amberton is right next to Summertree Condominiums which is visibly quite rundown and is unfortunately the first thing visitors see before getting to Amberton's complex.

Amberton is a great place to live, the community is great, clean and everyone is super friendly. There are monthly events that keep us having fun and constantly meeting new neighbors. Food trucks and the pool are super awesome and convenient!!

My children and I have truly enjoyed living here for the past year! The property is quiet and very well maintained! Kim, the property manager always goes above and beyond for this community! Always so welcoming and communicative! We are really looking forward to another summer here at the pool! Would absolutely recommend this community for your family!

I just moved to back to the Manassas area. I was amazed and really impressed on how the ladies in the office showed me around and explained the process. Both ladies really went out her way to find the prefect floorplan for me. I highly recommend moving to Amberton in Manassas. Great community very friendly staff.

Sound issues vary a lot, but the buildings themselves are middling. Neighbors can cover a range. Management seems responsive to complaints but sample size is low. Still haven't figured out how the valet trash is supposed to work. Instructions were unnecessarily vague. Toilets are small and very low, which might be relevant to those with mobility issues.

Mix of good and bad. The people are nice but disengaged from solving problems for programs initiated by the parent company. The trees are all dying and several have fallen damaging property, pet waste is a problem, temperature control in the apartments can be difficult, but the leasing office tries to provide a lot of opportunities for the community to gather and get to know each other.

It's been great living here. Previously I rented a 2 bedroom apartment here and when I needed to downgrade to a 1 bedroom I had no trouble at all. Maintenance issues are promptly taken care of which is greatly appreciated.

Good community overall. It's quiet and well-maintained. I love having the Amazon Locker on-site as well as a maintenance crew on call who actually know what they're doing. Parking is fine, but the towing company partner is too aggressive and were extremely short and ill-mannered when I politely called them and explained a situation. I would have appreciated at least a one-time warning. The garbage cleanup on this property is amazing, and the units are very clean and pretty inside. The only other comment I can think of is that I wish there were more movie nights instead of just the annual Halloween flick.

It is a nice quiet community ,management is good. The apartment is partially upgrade but ne eds to be full upgraded...toilets , sink in the bathroom and the apt ?was not painted before moving in, now there is a bunch of cracks in the paint.

I moved in early Feb/2021. My experience with the staff & maintenance crew has always been a pleasant experience. They are very attentive and the turnaround on maintenance issues is extremely fast. The upkeep of the property grounds and apartments is great and appealing to the eyes. One of my favorite things about this place is surprisingly how quiet it is...I was a little worried being across from Coverstone Apartments, but I can honestly say, I don't think I have ever lived in a apartment complex that is SO quiet and peaceful, no neighborhood, you honestly could mistake this property for a Senior Living facilities. :-) I highly recommend these apartments. RP

This is a A+ community that has everything you need within a reasonable distance. It is a quiet apartment complex with staff that attends to your needs in a timely manner. I am hoping to stay with Amberton for the foreseeable future.

The community is quiet even with many dog owners. I often forget I have neighbors sharing a wall or two. The office staff are very friendly, the maintenance crew is outstanding, and the location is overall very well kept and cozy. Parking is very simple, trash valet (a required monthly fee but they physically walk up the steps to grab your trash bags) is a convenient feature. I must say the only minor downsides are the basic locks, awkward outlet placements in my style unit (720sqft 1B1Ba) and a steep pet fee which is already similar to the entire NOVA area. Overall, a solid experience, a little pricey, but honestly worth it if your budget allows for it. -Trevor M
