Everyone is very friendly. There are a lot of children so the neighborhood is very much alive on the weekends. There are plenty of beautiful dogs who would love nothing more than some attention. The staff bend over backwards to make sure that every person is taken care of. The towing company is very strict (which I like) so the parking is strictly for people who have a permit. Maintanence employees are some of the most clean and friendly people I have ever met. I have lived here for almost 2 years and I gurantee I will stay longer.

Great community, the best customer service. Very friendly staff, the lady in charge of engineering she,s great. beautiful wooded views set a quiet and peaceful tone for this community located in historic Prince William County. convenient advantages of our onsite sauna, swimming pool, and 24-hour fitness center. perfectly situated, just a mile off I-66 and within minutes of shopping, dining and entertainment, including Dudley Manor Square Shopping Center, Manassas Mall, Bull Run Park, and Old Town Manassas.

I have lived here now for almost 2 years and I am not a fan of this property. When we first moved in, it wasn't too bad then got worse as the months went on when new management came in. We had a bad mold problem in our HVAC unit that the property management kept denying and saying it was just mildew "which is also mold" that we were starting to get affected health wise by this. There is also mold growing around the windows, and sliding door that they said they were unable to fix. They also said after removing the mold from the HVAC unit, they were unable to do a duct cleaning for our type of unit. Little did they know we were already aware that you can, they were just being lazy. The property manager at this community is you can tell very sexist against women. Multiple women in the neighborhood have said the exact same thing, that it seems he talks down to women or like they're children. This area is definitely not the safest place as well. We recently had 2 cars broken into, we had decorations stolen from the front of our door including our neighbors were stolen as well. We had the US marshals tackle a suspect right in front of our building a few months back, just a lot of issues in the area. I truly do not recommend this property to anyone!

My wife and I have been living in Amberton for just under 1 year and we love it. Great apartments for the price point and awesome layouts (we have windows on both sides of our unit). The office staff has great customer service and knows us by first name. The appliances are somewhat dated, but in good working order. However, if you do have issues with an appliance Amberton is quick as lightning fixing or replacing it. Last month our AC went out (in August of all months) and they showed up the same day with a temporary unit to keep us comfortable while the unit was replaced. The next morning, our apartment was still rather hot so I requested an additional temporary unit and they had it set up within hours. The full HVAC unit was replaced in less then 3 days and we were comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend this complex. Even though the surrounding area isn't the best, Amberton is tucked into the back of Coverstone Dr. and we've never had any issues. Besides, when you're this close to 234 and i-66 it's an ideal location for me who has to commute into DC frequently.

I love the community here at Amberton! The office staff is super friendly and they really do care about their residents. I feel like they really take the time to get to know you. Every time I walk in the office they always ask me how my job is going and if I need anything. The complex is clean and well kept. It's pretty close to everything you need and I really like that it's a short commute to where I work. Very happy here at Amberton!

The neighborhood itself is decent enough a far as cleanliness. It is right beside Coverstone which is a notoriously bad Manassas neighborhood. A few months ago the neighborhood was surrounded by police searching for men that had committed a crime and ran over here to hide. There is no privacy as far as sound, I can hear my neighbors having sex, having conversations and showering (they aren't particularly loud the walls and floors are ridiculously thin) which makes having visitors awkward. The staff here was once pleasant BRING EDWARD BACK but SUCKS now. They are annoyingly naggy, They can be sometimes rude and I swear I've never experienced a place that finds reasons to enter our homes so much (not just me personally the entire neighborhood). I would NOT recommend this place just because of management. They make living here extremely unpleasant.

The office manager/leasing manager was extremely helpful. I was receiving no help from any other communities and they made it pain free and simple. I love my new space and it is a very nice new community to call home. I think it is a little expensive for what they are lacking but overall it is a great race for.

Quiet...staff professional..residents courteous and most working. Have live here for 2 years and no problems. Convenient location to stores and malls. Community very quiet and neighbors appear to be working people. You can tell there is selection regarding who is approved for residence which is comforting. Pool kept clean and grounds are maintained. Would recommend to family and friends. When repair is needed always fast and professional as well as clean after completion.

We've lived in this community for five years, and don't see ourselves leaving soon. The staff is so friendly, the maintenance team is quick and efficient, and the amenities are perfect: 24-hr gym, a dog park, and a pool! It's a quiet area and we can walk to any store nearby if necessary; everything is close. Any time we have an issue the staff addresses it within just a couple of hours and it's always fixed within a few days. Love it here, and so does my dog.

I have lived in three apartments in this complex over the past four years, this winter was the worst experience because snow cleanup was nonexistent. Trish and Luis did the best they could but that job should have been done by a contractor. Hopefully next winter will be a little easier. Thank you Trish and Luis for all your hard work.

I have lived at Amberton for 6 months now and the new property manager, Francisco is wonderful! He always answers emails quickly and cares about the residents. He organized coffee and breakfast for residents one morning before work and it was awesome. The maintenance workers are also friendly and quick to respond to any needs. Although the surrounding area and complexes aren't the greatest, Amberton is safe and quiet. I moved here sight unseen from another state and they sent me detailed pictures of my apartment beforehand which was super helpful. The transition was smooth as I drove right to the complex from my previous state and moved right in. The location is right by 66 so it's easy to jump on the highway to start my commute to work or DC, etc. There's also a Dunkin Donuts at the end of the street which is a selling point right there for me. It's also near a lot of groceries, stores, restaurants, and a mall. It's also right by Battlefield National Park which is great for hikes. Amberton is definitely worth checking out if you're moving to the Manassas area! DC/NoVa housing in general is way overpriced but for the apartment size and upgraded appliances in my apartment, I did not find a better deal elsewhere in the area and there are a ton of different lease lengths so it fits all needs. I never pay extreme rates for air or heating which other complexes had negative reviews about so that's an important thing to mention as other complexes in the area were newer but had reviews about outrageous electric bills. Not at Amberton. The care and concern for residents here makes it a great place to live. The only bad thing I have to say is where I am in the neighborhood, parking is hard to find near my actual unit but other areas of the neighborhood have ample amounts.

The online lease and rental process was perfect for our search since we were moving long distance. The pet policy allows our two best friends to live with us. The property is a jewel hidden in the back and very close to major roads, interstates, shopping and of course, Starbucks! It is so quiet even on a Saturday night. Very glad we chose Amberton!
