Nice small urban setting apartment complex with a short drive to all the necessitates of life. The complex is kept well maintained, clean, landscaped. The maintenance staff is superb, always professional, and courteous. The office staff is also always courteous and professional. They are always responsive to your needs and concerns. I would differently recommend this complex to anyone looking for a small cozy apt living.

The staff I've found to be very courteous and professional. Always willing to work with you in any matters that may arise. So far, I've been pleased with living in the community. The only issue I have, which I might add is NOT their fault is the complex across the street.

I love it so far. The staff has been extremely helpful and very prompt at getting back to you. I love the look of it I just wished that they cleared the packing lots a little better after the snow and ice. I have only have one neighbor that plays music loud but they always stop it by 10pm so I don't mind so much.

So far I've had a pleasant experience.I enjoy the amenities that come with the place. I recommend that anyone looking for a place to live definitely should give Amberton a try. It is a nice and very safe community to raise children and bring your family to live.

Amberton is a quiet tucked away neighborhood right off 66. Convenient to everything, I barely have to go far for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The grounds are neat and the apartments are well maintained. Very clean and the space is so/so. I have the biggest unit and I must say I LOVE my bathroom and walk-in closet. Don't hear to much noise outside and I don't have any issues parking. Standard apt issues but maintenance is pretty good with reacting timely. Biggest issue I've had was a squirrel tore a hole in the roof and you can hear the scratching and clawing through the day...BIG ANNOYANCE! Maintenance put a trap up but it didn't really help. Eventually, it went away or died (I think). Overall, it's still a great place to live and the staff is very pleasant and professional. Always a joy to speak with them!

I have lived here for roughly 2 years and have enjoyed the neighborhood area, and residents. It is quiet and enjoyable even during holidays and neighborhood events. When I've asked for a few maintenance issues to be fixed, they've always been efficient and easy to work with, and have gone beyond service hours with a helpful disposition, which is not the average response from my past experiences with communities in other parts of NOVA. The office staff has always been more than helpful any time I had a question or concern. Again, they even went above and beyond to help me during a mixup with a guest parking spot during a lot transition when they could have simply told me it was my own problem. All staff who I have come into contact with are friendly, professional, and display a welcoming demeanor. The apartments are clean, sizable, and comfortable. I would recommend this area (and already have) without a second thought. I've lived in several apartment communities since I move so much for work, and this is easily the best one I've made home.

wonderful ! We are very happy here and would only consider moving if the rent was raised too high. The management, and service staff are always kind and helpful. I do wish the managers would not change so much but I guess moving up is good for them.

Overall a comfortable place to live. Wonderful maintenance crew. The office staff could work on their tact a little. The apartments are far from sound proof. Though located within the city, it feels like we are tucked away back int he woods, which makes for a rustic feel.

From the friendly and accommodating staff , the cleanliness of the community and the desired location I've been searching for I couldn't be any happier. I feel it's a quite and safe neighborhood for any family. My 9 year old boy and I are very comfortable here. We Highly recommend this community !

With the exception of minor issues, which have all been relative to living in an apartment community, I haven't had any major issues. The complex shows its age at times, but is well kept for the age of the property nonetheless. Overall it is a decent place to live.

I am currently a resident of two plus years. Bottom line is you can not find anything in the Manassas area that as affordable, safe, and clean! Amberton is always on top of of all maintenance and the staff is extremely friendly. I simply could ask for a better place to live with such amenities as reserved parking, pool, and a fitness center. The community is also extremely dog friendly. If your looking for a great place to live choose Amberton!

I have to start off saying that I DO NOT like apartments, we moved from a single family home and had complete privacy and was not looking forward to living here at all. BUT after 6 months, I must say this community has gone above and beyond my expectations and negative thinking of apartments. We are so happy here and will probably stay for at least a few years. The management staff are always on top of things, we had an issue on a Sunday morning and the maintenance staff were there very quickly and it was fixed within 2 hours. The grounds are clean and always have beautiful blooming flowers and trees, a great pool area, gym and dog park. We are right by the main entrance and I thought it would be loud but its not. We have great parking and this community is close to everything. Restaurants, movies, shopping and most importantly our schools. We are both in school and its perfectly convenient to drive to class with hardly any traffic getting there. I would highly recommend this place to any of my friends, family or co-workers. AWESOME place to live!!

Overall a very nice community. Pool is a little small. They will tow your car if you do not have a sticker or a parking pass. The local tow company trolls the lot 24/7. They towed my friends Handicapped van while we were getting her son up to my apartment. I had a pass and went down to put it in the window. Its as if they were waiting for us to get inside. $160.00 shot

I highly recommend not moving here. For several reasons: Most weekends we woke up to beer cans/bottles strewn around the parking lot, maintenance is unreliable - they called and gave us a time, I took off work to meet them and control my dog, they never showed. This happened several times. Our ceiling leaked when it rained, we called maintenance in, they allegedly repaired the roof, yet the water stain on the ceiling continued to grow, each time we called they informed us they were monitoring the situation. The office staff is very unprofessional and unresponsive. My husband and I were so unhappy with this community to the extent that we moved out paying the $250. After moving out I mailed my keys to the property managers. They claimed to never receive the keys and continued to call and harass my husband and myself several times a day. We ended up taking the spare key we kept (incase we were ever locked out) and making copies. After we thought we were finally done with dealing with them they sent a bill for $600 to replace the carpet!! UHHH are you kidding me? There was absolutely NOTHING wrong with said carpet. They then could not provide proof the carpeting was stained.

I haven't rented here. Never got that far. The "leasing center" (only number provided in the ad) specifically told me a price for a 2 bedroom, did a long sales talk, and worked on me until I scheduled a "tour". I'm moving into town so I gave up my afternoon and drove 45 minutes each way to keep my appointment. When I got there I was told sternly, that the price I was given was for a one bedroom and not a two bedroom apt. The place is not in the most desirable neighborhood, so the original price I was quoted by the sales team did not seem out of line; whereas the actual price, in this location, was not competitive. When I questioned the person who told me my information was wrong, she said this never happens and I had obviously misunderstood or heard wrong. Except, I don't do that. I'm a legal secretary by trade and I don't get things wrong when speaking English over the telephone. That's Day-One stuff in my line of work. So beware, don't waste your precious time and gasoline jumping through Amberton's hoops. They just want to get people in their lobby like a cattle call and they will lie to do it.

I liked Amberton when I first moved in, but now I am leaving because the price keeps going up nearly $100 bucks for rent each year, and unfortunately I still have old/noisey ammenities and my place is not getting any bigger. With that in mind, I'd rather pay this hefty price for an apartment that is worth the money. I'm also disappointed in how living here has gotten worse as far as management is concerned. I got a new job and started in the middle of a pay week. I only needed them to hold my check for 3 days and they refused. Not type of grace period. I have never been late on a payment to them ever. I would recommend, but only if somebody was okay with living somewhere with unreasonable rent.

The management need to consider lowering the rental, great residents are moving due to the high rent.<br><br>Likes and Dislikes: I dislike the inconsiderate residents and their pet poop, I like to landscape, gym, pool and the sauna. I like the staff because they are real people with genuine compassion.
