Management runs this property very well and they are very responsive. Any questions or concerns I've had have been addressed quickly. The grounds are kept very well, and the apartments are well cared for. The appliances in my apartment have all been very good, and the storage space is well laid out and very adequate.

Wonderful Location and Staff!

I've had a truly pleasant experience living here. The staff works so hard to keep up with maintenance and provide residents with details about upcoming weather advisories and how they will be handling them. Jean always knows my name when I stop by the front office to load my laundry card, and they always go above and beyond by leaving little treat bags by your door for various holidays. They truly are one of a kind!

Cute Spot Near Chic's Beach

Lake Bradford apartments is a great little spot just 1 mile from Chic's Beach. Its only .5 miles to Commonwealth Brewery. The community is always well kept. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I never had issues with noise or never felt unsafe. Overall a great place to live!

I loved living at Lake Bradford Apartments. It’s located in a great area, the outside landscape was pretty and well maintained, Jean was SUPER responsive and helpful with anything I needed, and maintenance was extremely responsive to any issues I encounter. The one bedroom/one bathroom apartment I lived in was the perfect amount of space for me. The neighborhood was quiet. I saw a total of three bugs inside my apartment for the entire 1.5 years I was there. I already miss living here so much!

Great location, value for price, and excellent conditions.

Five-Star Apartment Complex - Close to Chicks Beach - great value for the price... The apartments are updated and in excellent condition. I lived on the first floor and had no issues with pests, considering Virginia Beach is known for it... Shopping areas nearby are a plus! Close to bases... It is a safe location, and perfect for taking a short walk to the local Breweries (two nearby). The front office is awesome and guarantees tenant satisfaction... I would move back here...

This is the best apartment complex in virginia beach. It is affordable, clean, and the staff is amazing. Any maintence issues are fixed the same day and the staff gets back to you on any other matters within a reasonable time frame. I am so pleased with my experience at lake bradford. Love this complex!

I've lived at Lake Bradford for a few years now and can confidently say they have the best staff! This has been one of the cleanest complexes I've lived in. The grounds are always maintained and I hardly ever see trash in the area. The hallways are cleaned regularly and smell fresh. They are truly on top of it. Anytime I need anything the staff is always eager to help and I always receive a personal greeting whenever I see them around the grounds. I've really enjoyed living here!

Best Value in Virginia Beach

Best value in the city! A quick walk from Chicks Beach, two breweries, Aldi and Kroger. The apartments and landscaping are very clean and well maintained by the amazing staff. Don't waste your money on amenities you'll rarely use. Instead put it into experiences you can enjoy in one of the best neighborhoods in Virginia Beach!

The community is clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There are issues with people smoking pot that I do not appreciate. Also the tenant who lives underneath us is prone to violent arguments with his partner that keep us awake at night. Because this happens at night, there is no recourse with the property manager as the office hours end at 5pm. The units are not very sound proof. There are zero amenities like a pool or fitness center. This is a great neighborhood, and that's what keeps us here.
