I just moved in to Lake Bradford apartments. Jean, the property manager was extremely helpful throughout thr rental process. The apartment is in excellent condition. Kitchen in two bedroom apartment is large and a lot of storage. Maintenance helpful and quick to respond.

Have been very happy living here. I feel very safe. Any time I have had a maintenence lssue it has been fixed immediately. The office staff is amazing. My only problem is that they up the rent to the point where regular residents can't afford to live here anymore. I went from 925 a month to 1050. a month in 2 years. I have to move this year. I don't know where I can go. I'm 66 years old

It's an older apartment but everything has been updated. Management and maintenance have been great - very responsive. It's in a great area near Little Creek Amphib Base, Chick's Beach, and the Recreation Center.

Well kept and clean complex. Friendly and helpful staff. Walls are thin but with the tv on you don't really hear your .neighbors. Maitance is always prompt getting to my place and fixing the problem in a timely manner.

Beautiful newly renovated apartments and the apartment complex are just as beautiful. Maintenance and staff are AMAZING!!!!! Located in the heart of Chics Beach and really not far from the Oceanfront.

We absolutely love this complex! The staff are the most wonderful people and always very welcoming and helpful! We have been here since 2019 and really enjoy it. It's very close to our friends and family!

Was looking for an apartment near the water, but I didn't want to live on the oceanfront anymore. I was ready to move away from the all the tourism in that area. Saw this place o line and decided to drive out here to get a better look. Really likes the area and that it seemed pretty laid back. After talking to the management here I knew I was going to apply. Once I put my application in, I was contacted almost immediately to try and get everything situated. Very easy process. Now that I've lived here for a couple of weeks I can tell it's quiet and safe. Definitely happy with this decision.

I love the convience of this location. The neighborhood is very quiet and always clean. I feel very safe here. I would reccomend this complex to everyone. The staff is on top of everything and I know I can call them anytime.

AMAAAAZING PLACE!!

I have lived in this complex for a little over 8 months. I’ve HIGHLY enjoyed my experience. The staff is SO kind and always willing to help. I never have any complaints. I’ve never had an issue with loud noises, abnormal smells, parking etc. 12/10 place!!

A pleasant experience. Solid value for location and overall quality of apartments . Very attentive staff and well- maintained property. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a fairly-priced, good quality living situation and not too concerned about amenities like pools, weight rooms, etc.

The community is nice but everyone is very to themselves. Sometimes people will talk other times people are rude and loud. The apartment is very nice but the walls are pretty thin so you can hear people sometimes or they can hear you.

We do not want our resident's peaceful enjoyment of their home compromised by a noisy neighbor. We also follow up on noise complaints to make certain the problem has been resolved. We feel our buildings are of solid brick construction and noise complaints are typically uncommon. If you have brought your concerns to the office, I assure you they will be handled promptly. Great apartment complex. I would suggest that tenants that pay ahead for the months rent be given a discount or some incentive. There can also be more in Olmert from the magnet with raffles and other community prizes that could be won.

Staff is very professional and fast to fix anything. The area is very pleasant and close to anything. Though more can be charged for how nice it is, the rent is extremely reasonable. I know I constantly recommend Lake Bradford to anyone looking for places.

Great. Staff is responsive, hard working, keep the grounds clean, enforce community rules fairly and quickly. Nothing too rowdy ever happens and everyone keeps to themselves. Maintenance and inspections are conducted quickly and thoroughly ensuring nothing ever becomes a bigger issue. I'm very happy here.

Quiet community with no real noise pollution concerns. My building is farther away from the main street so even with the windows open you can't really hear any vehicles other than the occasional amateur drag racer. 2 grocery stores, a bus stop, the beach, and small strip malls within walking distance. State park within biking distance. A few other smaller parks within walking or biking distance as well. The bus stop is also serviced by route 35 or whatever the summer shuttle is if you want to catch a ride to first landing state park or the oceanfront instead of the bay. Comfortable place to live, gets FIOS, not expensive like so many other places.

It's a very nice and clean community. It's in a good area, beach is not too far away. Landscaping and buildings are kept clean and well put together. The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly!.

Great community with outstanding service

Even though there have been minor issues as of late, not to the administration fault at all but rather unconsidered fellow tenants, I still hold a high opinion of Lake Bradford. My concerns have always been promptly followed up, maintenance is quick to address and fix issues, and staff is polite and friendly. I particularly enjoy the closeness to Chicks Beach area, I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a well kept and quiet place to call home.

The area is nice and love being close to the beach. There are also shopping centers near by within a walking distance. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and safe area that's close to the beach.

5/5...Love the area, it is quiet, it is close to the beach and other activities. They have a very friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met. I havent even bothered looking to live anywhere else for YEARS

We are minutes from Norfolk Naval Station and around the corner from Little Creek Amphibious base. Virginia Beach Town Center and the Atlantic Oceanfront are less than 15 minutes away. We are also in the areas best school district (Hermitage Elementary, Great Neck Middle, and Cox High School). You can't beat it!
