FANTASTIC apartment community for me and my 2 kiddos! Close to their schools and they get on the bus at the apartments. Fun trails behind it, beautiful scenery and landscaping, maintained apartment community. Great location in the Spokane Valley.

The communication is excellent. The office staff always take care if there is a situation. I do wish there could be another pool. Sometime is too grounded because the residents invites too many people and the one who lives here has no long chair to find. Also, the parent has there kids in the pool with there BIG blowup water toy. NO room at ALL.

Highly recommend living here. Professional, easy application process, friendly staff. The grounds are beautiful, gym and pool are very nice along with a community garden and a dog park. Cute little Kid friendly play ground area.

I love my apartment! It's contemporary and bright and beautiful. Everything on the grounds is always clean and well maintained, I feel safe at all times of day, and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

We went to tour here as a prospective renter, and after our tour experience with the leasing agent Kaitlyn we knew it was the perfect place and signed right away. The amenities listed online are all accurate and it looks like a fantastic community that we are excited to join!

PVR is an outstanding choice if you're looking for a quiet, laid back atmosphere. The staff and maintenance are truly outstanding. They get to know you by first name and genuinely care about your happiness. Like anywhere, there are pros and cons, but the beautiful community and exceptional service makes PVR really feel like home.

Is always clean and well kept. The staff is absolutely amazing as well as maintenance! We just renewed for another 14 months. Our dogs love it here since there's a dog park and awesome walking trails. We love our neighbors. We just love being residents in PVR

So where can I begin I called the office to reserve the theater room on a Sunday actually last Sunday Mia answered the phone and was more than happy to help me and she also said if I had trouble figuring out the movie theater to call her which wouldve been Sunday on her day off needless to say we needed help I called her and she was more than happy to walk us through how to work the movie theater shes great

Pine Valley Ranch has beautiful grounds. Everyone on the staff here is awesome and more than helpful. The location I do love as you are not too far but far enough away from all the noise and commotion going on in the city.

Amber, Mia, Kaitlyn, and Rachel are the sweetest girls you will ever meet. Not to mention the maintenance team, Matt, Aaron, and Eli are Rockstar's at their jobs, too. These apartments are beautiful and worth every penny of their price tag. I hope to live here for a long time.

I have lived at PVR for 14 months. It’s a beautiful place to live. Maintenance is right on top of fixing requests. I thoroughly enjoy living here. The staff is so friendly! Walk in to the office and you’re greeted with a welcoming smile. Love it!

So far it isnt a good one. I do like the apartment. It is very beautiful but if everything works out I wont be here much longer. The staff are pretty nice doe the most part. It is a closer to shopping centers and grocery stores.

Everyone around here seem to be very friendly :) the maintenance team does a fantastic job any time they are summoned. The grounds are kept very clean and tidy as well. The amenities are great!! The gym has everything you need. The pool is a 3-5ft deep so that is also nice for swimming. Lots of seating around the pool and they even has a outer room to rinse off in. There is a little library box next to the mail boxes. Its always fun to see what people have brought out.

Highly enjoyed our time renting at this community. Our neighbor below was a bit of nuisance due to her afterhours noise complaints. However since that wasnt a fault of the staff, overall we would recommend the community to others.

There is a problem with UPS and Fedex being delivered to the wrong address, or not being delivered at all. It is a daily problem. I'm not sure it is being addressed forcefully, but it should!!! Otherwise, the community is a pleasant experience.

We are very happy living here. The apartment is wonderful. The apartment above us has some young kids and they make a lot of noise when they are active. We are ablle to tolerate the noise for the most part.

I absoultely love living here. I feel I get my money's worth from my apartment to the amenities. I couldn't think of a better place to live. The maintenance team is efficient when it comes to any issues I need fixed. The leasing office has been so very kind and I feel like they really do appreciate their tenants. The community I live in is AMAZING!!

I have only been here a few weeks. I am very happy so far. I am looking forward to the warm weather to take advantage of all the property has to offer. I am so happy with the balconies. I have a cat so I like pets, but I hardly ever hear any of the dogs.

Moving out of LA to come here for work in Spokane was the best decision I ever made. Now finding Pine Valley Ranch a place to call home has even made my day to day experience more exciting, promising & rewarding. Love my beautiful apartment, the open space & nature being literally just a few steps from my door. The management staff & especially Rachel are amazing!
