The grounds are nice, and there is plenty of parking both free and covered. The biggest issue is the other residents, this place is full of old people with nothing to do but go out of their way to be nosy and petty to their fellow neighbors for no reason! In my building their is a very nasty old couple who police the parking lot like attendees, if anyone handicap parks in the handicap spot (even with a verified pass!) they will call the metro parking, come outside and wait for you then yell at you and ask you what your disability is and why you don't look "disabled" they also call in any cars they haven't seen before to the police as stolen and abandoned, so even if your friends cars are in the free parking for a night the police will probably come by to check because if they see it they will call it in. Its annoying you can be a perfect resident, make no noise, mind you own business and people will still go out of their way to complain about you and be petty. The whole place is full of mean old people like this, seriously its a nice community but its NOT worth all the horrible miserable old people living here.

The problem with trash collection needs to be addressed, went to take the garbage out last week,when I opened the gate to get to the dumpster a raccoon ran out of the trash area so quickly,he stepped right on my foot,to get away,scared me half to death. He ran right down the sidewalk up into the woods. The dumpster was so full,people were leaving their trash on the pavement. This issue needs to be corrected asap...

The property is lovely and the apartment I moved into (phase 2) is modern and bright. I rented without visiting first and there were no surprises. The pictures from the website represent the community and the apartment well. I was very impressed by the leasing agent I worked with (Emily). She was confident in her answers to my many questions and helpful in every way possible. She did what she said she would, when she said she would do it. That's worth alot when renting an apartment! If you're looking for great service and a quality home, I highly recommend this community.

Very helpful leasing and maintenance staff. Can get busy at the beginning and end of month, especially in the spring time. Approvals for certain things can take longer than hoped because they have to request it to their larger company and wait for emails. Pool can be nice but is busy. Very kid-friendly main apartments. Lots of construction this year so far. Complaints about other apartment holders sometimes may go unresolved for a while.

I love living here. It is beautiful. The staff is terrific. My current neighbors are quiet. I have only one concern. Grounds deserve mostly a five star rating except some dogs do their business close to the patios and walkways. This place is beautiful when the grass is green in front of the patios.

We've only been here a couple weeks. Moveing in without a previous tour, I was pleasantly surprised to find everything was as nice as it seems in pictures. The walking trails are great, you feel away from the city. Pool is clean and well kept. Hear very little noise from our upstairs neighbors. Albertsons next door is great for last minute menu items. The people are very friendly and my kids love getting to pet all the dogs.

We love this area. We were very thankful to have found something so nice and in such a beautiful area until our lease date was set to expire (mid-August, 2018), and we were given the offer and chart I am attaching a copy of. ONE additional month ...$5,296, two slightly lower and so forth. Management apologizes for their inability to offer anything lower on a renewal or lease extension for our three bedroom, two bath apartment (current rate $1,561). If we had known this was how a lease extension and/or renewal worked with this Scottsdale company (Wolff Company, LLC), we would have never moved in.

Great. I can hear the people above me and the trucks outside. Wish that would have been an initial thing mentioned to me before signing the 13 mo lease. Other than that, I love the building, people, and area. Noise is my only concern at the moment.

Great place to live! Office & Maintenance Saff are great!!! Apartments are nice (Phase II are Really nice). Hiking Trails are right outside my door. Our dogs (mine+neighbors) get along great. I don’t have to worry when I take a trip, just lock up and go.

Cigarette butts outside on the grass and sidewalk in our building, The young guy just sits on his patio and flings his cigarette butts out into the grass, Which my child reached down and picked up the other day and that is disgusting

My experience here started off pleasant but as time has gone by its got worse. The staff is great but for the rental rate and quality of build i would not recommend this place at all. Rude people in the community thinking they own the place, head on collisions barely missing each other in the parking lot cause people cut the round abouts. Speeders doing well over 10 mph, super noisy apartments especially when heater turns on and believe it turns on often as the apartment is super drafty. Without the heater on you might as well sleep outside cause its just as cold inside as it is outside. Keep Canola oil handy cause your water heater overflow pan needs it to keep the smell of raw sewage out of your apartment and pantry. My list can go on but i love the staff and realize its not in their control just wish the property owner would step up and do something about issues as id never recommend this place.

Other than our car being stolen from right outside our apartment and the lack of cameras/security, our experience here has been great. It would be nice to have had management help with the situation a bit more, the only reaction we received was being told that there was no cameras and to “have a nice day”. Not really the best way of handling a situation, especially since there had been reports of other people coming into the complex at night before to dump trash and stuff. We’ve also seen cars scoping out the area really late and it’s always nerve wracking.

Great! I love the grounds and dog park for my Goldendoodle. I love to hike and walk in which the path system is well laid out and easily accessible. The apartments are clean and up-to-date. The lodge is beautiful with a rustic feel. The pool is clean and pleasant to be at. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely place to live. Amenities, upkeep and management are top knotch. Noise level very minimal. Very diverse community, ageeise which is nice. Activities for all sges too. Love the fitness center and walking paths.

I have lived in different apartments in the past and this is my all around favorite. Everyone in this community is great from my neighbors, to the wonderful office staff and maintenance. If I ever had a question or an appliance to be looked at, the office girls and maintenance were very prompt and attentive. This place has beautiful landscape and the upkeep in this community is outstanding. I'm happy to call this place home.

We have been living at Pine Valley for about 6 months now and we love everything about it. The staff are all very friendly and efficient with anything we need. There’s an awesome dog park and a decent play area for the kids. It’s a very family friendly establishment and the floors plans are just big enough for our small family. We look forward to stay and Pine Valley for the next couple years!

We've lived here since Sept, 2017. Love the Apt complex and amenities. Very friendly helpful staff have made our transition very comforting. The property is clean, well groomed. Always parking available never a shortage of space. We've been very happy living here.

We have been disappointed with the quality of the apartment when compared to the rent we pay. It looks good, but that's all. The quality of the apartment is cheap, and you can hear your neighbors more than normal apartments. The parking is a constant battle since there is limited open parking unless you pay extra for a parking spot.

Moved in because I got divorced and needed a place that took dogs and was close to nature. Sense moving in my car was stolen, garage was attempted to be broken into twice. Would move if there was something better out there but you’re locked into lease and going month to month is not affordable. It seems like you get penalized for trying to buy a house. In essence if you want to buy a home it better close on your lease termination date or you are kind of out of luck. It’s all about the cash in my opinion!
