These apartments are amazing for the management but the rent is pricy Hindy and her staff are amazing! It has been lovely to live here. It's spacious and very clean and comfortable. Appreciate the staff's hard working provide a comfortable environment for the resident!

I am very satisfied with my apartment. Staff & maintenance have been really great as far as I'm concerned. I value my privacy & the other residents are pleasant but respect that I'm a private person. I would definitely recommend Sunblossom Cottages to anyone looking for an apartment.

I've lived here for 15 years! I've witnessed the hard working and contributions of the manager here! I was planning to move out last year, because Lam ( the bad staff in the office) claimed he will be the new manager or someone come to replace the original manager. Honestly, if Hindy weren't still working here, I would have moved out long ago!!!!

The entire management team is always helpful and supportive of any issues I may have. They take time to listen and respond to any concerns. The grounds of the community are well taken care of which is nice when taking walks to look at.

I've live here for 15 years. I think this will be my last year due to the rent keeps going up every renew term! I ask my niece to typed this for me, I am greatly appreciated the manager do and help me resolved the issue. Me and my husband didn't speak any English and the manager she can communicate with us in Vietnamese! She is multilingual I really don't want to leave here but I have no choice due to the high renew rent!

So far so good I have no issues outside of noise sometimes but overall it's an enjoyable place to live. It has come a long way from the rough and rugged neighborhood it used to be. Management is wonderful as well.

I moved here in March of 2025. I have felt at home ever since. The office staff make you feel like family. It's quiet around here and I haven't had any issues with any of my neighbors. This is a great place to live! Highly recommend.

The property has improved tremendously since I first moved in, upgrades have been made, crime and drama is way down as well as a lot of involvement/care with/to the residents and I truly believe it's due to the property manager!

overall it's pretty quiet, can get noisy at times with the kids that live in my building. It could be a lot better if the kids keep the breezeway clean and free of toys, trash, chalk off the breezeway.

good community

I return home from work late and left my key at work. I called the leasing office, the answering services take a while to response and submitted my request. After 15 mins I saw a lady came toward me and confirmed my ID's name is match the contract then she opened the door for me! This is greatly appreciated! I didn't know she is the property manager because Lam claim he is the manager. Now I know she is the manager since the year 2010! Thank you Hindy!!!!

The leasing office staff was one of the best parts of this experience. their experience and knowledge of the area was very helpful. Wonderful location. Close enough to the Sam Houston toll way and China town but also away from the noise. Very clean and well kept.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Sunblossom Cottages. Staff is courteous and professional. Property is clean and well maintained. Have not experienced any issues thus far. Parking lot never repair but this is minor issue. There is always security presence.

I love my apartment! It's spacious and there's plenty of closet space. I love how quiet it is here. The pool and grounds are always kept nice. I rarely have work orders but when I do they're fixed quickly. Hindy and Juan are the best office team. Hindy is always happy, patient, and friendly no matter what's going on. I couldn't ask for more.

I have been living at Sunblossom Cottages for 12 years, and honestly, everything has gone very well for us?from the administration to the maintenance. The manager is a very pleasant, kind, and helpful person?and, above all, understanding. Furthermore, the maintenance service is excellent; although we have encountered very few issues, the service provided is top-notch, and the quality of the unit we live is outstanding!

Clean, quiet, roomy, a great maintenance and management team. Close to convenience stores and super market. The only thing we worry is the safety of our cars, there have been some break ins on last year but I think the manager did something to resolved the issue! Overall we are very happy to live here.
