There are many apartment complex in the same area but I just like living in this complex, not because it get anything special but all my family and friends are live here. What a blessing to be able meeting with my family when I get home.

Thanks to the maintenance workers here, no matter how hot this summer is, they never delay all the repair job. They working hard every day under the hot sun. I afraid they'll get heatstroke. I hope other residents give them a break, do not compliant or scold them for trivia.

My mother has been living here for a long time, she is not well recently, so I moved in to take care of her. This is a really nice apartment, the neighbors are full of human touch, they helping each other, They help take care my mother when I'm away. Many thanks to them and all the staff here.

I've lived here for so many years and I've seen in this community be the best and safest compare to other same category community around. Courteous staffs always help the residents whenever we need! 5 stars for them

Many residents love this community but they can't explain the reason! I think it should be the safety of the community and good service attitude of the staff. That is the reason why the residents live here for many years. Myself leave 5 stars for overall.

I don't know why the A/C in my unit always malfunction at mid night. The one who fixed the A/C never checks it carefully so never solve the problem. Last week's weather was very hot and the A/C broke down in the mid night, I couldn't sleep all night! I hope this will not happen again during the coming summer time.

I read a lot of these kind of surveys on line, they always commend how good is the community, people never tell the truth about those communities' flaws. I live here and it's not means without any problem. The parking lot is dilapidated. A lot of building are ruin as a result of age and neglect.

After I move in here for years, this is the first time I called for repair. The maintenance repair the A/C quickly. The Management office did call for follow up after the repair. I appreciated they doing a good job in my unit.

The repairmen continue to repair and renew the entire building, noticed a lot of changes and getting more and more upgraded, Hope to stay here for a long time and more and more comfortable.

My relative told me it's hard to find vacancies in this community, I am so lucky get one unit available during January, I never think twice made the decision to move in here right away. After move in, the services and staff never make me disappoint!

There are too many abandons dogs and cats in this community, I know the leasing office did call the City come to pick up some of them but after a while there are a lot of new one came to the community again. those animal's excrement pollutes this community badly. I saw the maintenance team keep cleaning those animal excrement everyday but this still not a good solution to resolve this issue.

Last week, the freezing weather caused the hot water pipe burst in my unit. The Maintenance and the office staff ignore the cold and drenched body repair the leak immediately. I am appreciate they resolved the issue quickly. Thank you for their hard working and excellent services.

This is my 17th Christmas living here. I feel very warm to see the Christmas lighting decoration in the community. The only regret is that the office never hosts any festivals event, this disappointed to all residents. This is only my suggestion, I hope the office will create some event in the future!

90% of the residents here speak Spanish, so glad the management has a specialist who knows Spanish to solve the problem for us very attentive and quick. will be here for a long time.

I love to live in this complex because all the people work in this complex is all nicely and if something happen in the apartment you report and they come to fix hurry they don't put for the next day.

Casa de campo de vida familiar muchos muchos años y siempre feliz aquí. Oficina muy agradable y buena ayuda. Cada vez que necesitamos reparación, son agradables y vienen a arreglar para nuestro hogar. Vecino bueno aquí y todos mi amigo. Cierre el viaje al trabajo. Hogar mucho espacio en el interior y mi familia ama. La gerente Hindy trabaja aquí mucho tiempo y mantiene un buen lugar. Diré que te encanta vivir aquí también.

I had to move for my job and I wish I did not have to. This apartment was always kept nice. The office staff was always good and professional. The maintenance workers always take care of any problems quickly.

The apartment have a great location, close to westpark toll. Compare to apartments I lived before, Sunblossom cottages have a much better and responsive management. The community have lots of security camera installed, all functioning well, it makes me feel safe to live here. The manager and maintenance staff are friendly, they take care of my maintenance request always in a timely manner.

I've had no problems since I moved in. Friendly and very helpful office personal. Maintenance comes quickly and fixes things the correct way the first time. I'm happy here and have met some nice friends.

This is a nice location I like this apartment the apartment stuff is great I just have mice problem is I want lighter and just to be covered I don't know where they're coming from even though I keep on buying mouse traps I don't know where they keep on coming from it's a big problem

Manager shows me around the property and the Unit, she doing something make me feeling so touch! I dropped my mask by accidentally and she immediately go back to her office get a KN95 mask for me! We are planning just take a tour , undecided to rent the unit! or not ? But after we went home , we decide go back put the deposit today!

The management and maintenance team at Cottages are super friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is very convenient to the Sam Houston Tollway Beltway 8 and shopping . I really like this community and would recommend to my friends.
