The staff is amazing always welcoming me with such enthusiasm and willing to go above and beyond to help my time there. The swimming pool are great and very up to date. We definitely recommend to always visit with the manager when she is would make sure you get all the help and information needed.

Moving here has been the reset my nervous system needed from past negative apartment experiences. The staff here are all wonderful, kind, and organized. The area is quiet. Maintenance responds quickly and efficiently. A rare gem in apartment complexes.

Great apartment complex, they take pride in everything for the most part. There are something's that could be done better but overall I have no issues with the place. The manager is always willing to help you with any issues or questions that you may have regarding the apartment or your lease agreement.

Prime location. Close to everything. Safe neighborhood. The only downside to the apartment complex is the limited parking spaces. If you work a night job, or get home past 9 PM, you won't find a space near your building.

I've been a resident for about 11 years, the community is great, the maintenance team is amazing and handles all work order request in a timely manner. The office staff are great as well and have been courteous, professional and communicate all concerns and updates regularly. Hindy is doing a great job! Thank you Hindy for being kind and patient. I love living here. I have lived here for years and love how close we are to shopping and the freeway. The staff is great! The maintenance team works real hard, Salvado is new here and he is so helpful and the manager is great. We are so glad she still working here. Everyone is so helpful

Great place to live. Very quiet and clean. I would totally recommend this complex. I have enjoyed my time here and office staff very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is clean and its area was a great catch for me.

Sunblossom Cottages is the best. The leasing office is amazing. Maintenance people are outstanding. Maintenance is always done on time. Overall I would definitely recommend living here. We have been here for over 16 years

So far things have been great, the community is awesome for the most part (exception for those neighbors that don't pick up their dogs poop). The staff is great! Maintenance has been amazing at addressing any of our concerns. The leasing office staff has also been super helpful whenever I burst in with my random questions. Overall we've really enjoyed living here. Rent us a bit high that's my only gripe but overall we love it.

So far so good! Leasing office staff is great especially Hindy whom I've had the most contact with. Maintenance was fantastic I submitted a work order and less than 30 minutes later they were at my door to complete the order!

Perfect service. I requested service at 10:00 AM in the morning and they came fix the problem within 15 minutes, the team got on time and fixed everything I needed and assure I have no other problems. Left the place clean and solve the issue within few minutes. Thank you.

Overall great community. The maintenance staff is attentive and I like the leasing management. The pool is nice and they have not really been any major concerns with the unit that I am in. Love this place.

Love the staff a few property improvements are needed. Making the review answers minimum 200 on these things are a force and I am sure it makes you lose data . I have had a great experience living at this property. I have lived in 3 different apartments throughout the city and this property is by far the best. While I believe it is expensive, I think considering the market here I get good value for what I pay for compared to other properties.

My uncle and I have lived at Sunblossom Cottages for 28 years and have seen Property Managers come and go. If it had not been for Hindy, her pleasing personality and willing to go the extra mile ? I would not have stayed. Last manager was less than to be desired. After Hindy has been here she has made the office more appealing and approachable to both residents. Maintenance team does a great job of keeping the grounds and buildings looking great and functioning properly. Thank you the staffs hard work and pride in the complex.

I lived at Sunblossom Cottages for almost 6 years and it was a fantastic experience. The leasing staff and the maintenance team made the experience even better. They were so helpful and responsive and addressed any issues I may have had in a timely manner, though I rarely had any problems to begin with. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a safe, comfortable space to call home.
