Wen is amazing and timely with getting maintenance requests done. He is always willing to help and even leaves suggestions on how the problem won't be happen again. He is also respectful of your space!

Amazing office staff and maintenance crew! The manager working hard to create the events for residents. I feel very safe living here. Neighbors are great and everyone seems to be happy to be here. Location is amazing with many things to do

I've living here since 2008 but this survey page only allows selection from year 2010 to the present! Year 2010, HIndy took over as manager and everything changed for the better. She values all the resident, she followed up on all our feedback and resolved all the issue in a time manner! The main reason we're continue staying because of this great manager!

I love the place , community, office staff is great , the maintenance staff' is very knowledgeable, they taking care of issues that may arise, the community property is clean and well maintained. Everything is nice here but the renew rent going so high for a one bedroom unit

Staff was super friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. The property is very well maintained and the amenities are well kept and functional. The community is friendly and it is very quiet at night.

I like living here. The building is well taken care of and it is a wonderful staff. The grounds and the walking path are beautiful. I love swimming in the pool, it is a great place to meet neighbors. The only complaint is that there is not enough covered parking spot for the resident!

Overall wonderful complex with great amenities. The maintenance crew works very quickly and are friendly. The leasing manager are soooo sweet! Also, for the complex to be soo big, it's very quiet here

The staff at Sunblossom Cottages makes living here worth it. They are very helpful and kind. From the maintenance staff to the office staff. Only thing complaint they've made transferring to a 2 bedrooms apartments so complicate. I still waiting for the 2 bedrooms unit to become available.

I enjoy the space inside, and outside my apartment at Sunblossom Cottages. Walks to the very nearby Bellaire Park, the coffee shop and restaurants all within blocks make this a great place to live. Healthy shopping choices are close and easy to get to.

It was pretty good until recently, it's of new residents that leave trash outside front doors, grilling on BBQ right by front doors and smoke goes into neighbors homes, and is a fire safety hazard, people have dogs and leave them outside most of the time and dogs barking late at night, people have farm animals inside the apartments and let them outside and chickens and ducks come into my garden

This is a great community, lovely staff and the most amazing location. I'd love it if it was a bit more quiet since I work from home otherwise it's truly a comfortable, neighbor friendly place to call home.

I moved in in this SunBlossom gardens since 2023. Until today I have nothing to complain. I am happy to get the office calling and caring about how to report work request, how to clean and takecare the apartment.

I've live here since 2013. My experience so far has been great. It's not too loud it's peaceful, convenient and close to My work. My neighbor we know each other for many years, they are friendly and very helpful. I really don't have any complaints about anything so far.

I live here almost 12 years. Very nice community that is located in a great area. It is close to the clinic and all grocery shopping is just around corner. Very clean place that is kept that way from Awesome staff. The office staff and maintenance are great.

I really like living here.

I do like living here. The manager is excellent and the maintenance staff are the best. The community is ideally located and pleasant. I have been living here for 17-years,but am afraid I might have to move because of the high rental rates. Compared to other complexes that don't charge as much. This is a very nice apartment complex.

For the most part, the office staff is helpful and listens when I've had concerns needing attention. The neighbors are generally good as well. The location is a big plus and I've had a good enough time to stay longer which is probably the best you can hope for in an apartment complex.

Es un lugar tranquilo, hay muchos ni?os. Los apt son acojedor teniendo claro que son un poco antiguos. No hay ruidos molestos ni musica alta hasta tarde. Un poco de gatos por los alrededores y se permiten mascotas siempre y cuando esten vacunados. El mantenimiento de la pool es diario y no es tan profunda lo maximo es 4f.
