I am very satisfied with management and staff at this community. Their service for repair is fast and professional. It is convenient for me to shop in grocery store or go to a fitness center with bus stops in both direction so close by.

Building Management is great. Service is done quickly and effectively. There is a limit on parking and towing is enforced in the area in general. Pricing is pretty fair. I recommend this apartment complex.

Friendly and courteous staff, with maintenance and other issues addressed promptly. By far the best staff of any place I have lived. The grounds and facilities are very well kept and maintained. This is a very good community to live.

No visitor parking and not parking available as well is really ------- cousing and friend car got towed because they don't have the permission tag so I have to pay 230$ for each car. And manager don't do anything to fix this problems .

OMG. I know some people must rent here because of the lower price. I was forced to find this because I couldn't qualify for a nicer apartment because of my disability income. My co-signer at a much better place had to drop out at the last minute, so I needed a place fast. If you are desperate, do what you need to do. Otherwise, run as fast as you can. This is the most horrible place you can imagine. The unit was filthy when I moved in, the dishwasher had standing slime in the bottom, it took 3 weeks to get another one. Maintenance is so bad they cannot fix anything right. The tub is so nasty and old that I can't even take a bath. The manager is so rude and will not listen to any complaints. There are 2 sex offenders here and criminals mostly live here, as well as illegals. The crime is so bad I don't feel safe walking to the mailbox. Some tenants are given special privileges and can act any way they want. The whole place is trashed out - broken mini-blinds, sheets thrown over windows, broken glass everywhere, liquor bottles and trash thrown down everywhere. There is no "patrol" and in the 5 mos. I have lived here, I have heard 6 separate incidents of gunshots. The next door neighbor and his brother committed armed robbery and the younger one is still allowed to stay here. They are in violation of 17 items in the lease. I just went to ask to go on a month-to-month basis and took the lease which stated the notice to vacate with 30 days notice had to be on their form and signed by them. The manager started screaming and said they had no form. I wrote one out and asked her to sign it and she said she wasn't signing anything but would put the notice in my file. Said if I wanted to move, just move and she was too busy with other things and screamed to get out of her office. I have never been one day late with rent and made no complaints at all except to ask for repairs. I asked for a walk-through on move out so they could see the apartment had not been damaged and she refused. Which means they could say the place was damaged and not give me back my deposit. The water is never hot, barely trickles out and has been off several times. I have to boil all my water. The electrical wiring is so bad I got shocked on my stove twice. It was so filthy when I moved in too. This place is nasty, management if horrible, the grounds are horrible, trash everywhere, dumpsters overflowing, dog mess everywhere, dirty diapers thrown everywhere. I have seen 2 dead bodies just across the street. I have had to call the police twice because of criminal activity and loud noise and even the police are afraid of this area. Just be careful and know what you will be getting into. I don't know where these great reviews are coming from, but from some of the language, I know they are mostly from the manager, who is -----. I moved here and signed only a 6 month lease after I saw the unit, thank God. I cannot wait until March - I have been so miserable and depressed.

Love it here

This place is just amazing. The apartments have really amazing landscaping that gives the whole place a very open and rustic atmosphere. The flooring is all wood and ceramic, which I have not been able to find anywhere else at my price range. I love my apartment!

manger speaks no English building in general is very poor maintained there is pipes leaking on sidewalks. which make it hazardous to walk without falling sometimes stair steps break and takes week even months to fix which is dangerous for people specially women and kids its only replace when someone threatens to sue. this place is infested with roaches and all sorts of pest not even pest control can exterminate them. the apartments are not air tight which makes air condition run forever and your electric is very high air conditioning are full of mold that cause asthma on baby's and young children neighbor's play very loud music and leave trash outside. there is kids running around vandalizing all the properties. there is people selling and buying drugs. including gangs on the building .the parking gate is always broken which people break into vehicles and steal them.the laundry machine are really old and tear you clothe apart, and its very dirty most of the time.just a few weeks ago we had lights replace because people were getting robbed. the maintenance crew cant fix all the problems so they just stay as is. when there is a complain manager does not do nothing about it. personally to me they only seem to care about the money and not the tenants. there is also discrimination on your skin color. rent is very high and unpredictable every time there is a new manager the rules change to there advantage. manager has no control over building i hope this facts help you find the right apartment don be fooled with a smile and a year lease.

Run

I lived there for many years and moved because of new management. When I moved out I left a shower curtain by accident and they put a 600.00 charge on my credit and never called or mailed me about a balance nothing was mentioned in my exit walk through. The management SUCKS to be polite about it and they are slow to respond to anything relating to up keep, roaches, roaches, and more roaches ....oh yeah please know if they are needed to verify your occupancy they take there sweet time about it.... in my case 2 1/2 weeks. Not a good place and the neighbors are worst, no one works (staff or tenets), they are loud, rude and, kids and teens are not supervised. RUN away from Little Mexico AKA Sun Blossom Cottages.

the worst place to live!

I was attacked by a mexican guy who was living inside the apartment. He touched me and if there were not an mexican lady with me that time, I might get injured or roped or even raped by him. It happens at 7:30 at night. When I tell the manager, she didn't seem really care bout my security. All she cared was the money I had to pay. It's very immoral. It's the worst place ever you can live! Please trust me! I'm just a student who lives there and tries to go to school!

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!!!!

This is the WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD to live. I only lived herea few short months, but in that time period a window was broken by someones BAD child, my ceiling started falling in & they wanted ME to pay for it. Lets not forget, I left my apt for a couple of hours and when I came back APPARENTLEY SOMEONE had tried to get in because a piece of a key was stuck in the lock (I HAD TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDN'T DO).Lastly, when I told them I was moving....I came home to the maintence man IN MY APT AND THE CLEANING LADY. No one informed me that they were coming, I wasn't moving out until that Friday and this was on a Monday around lunch time. I guess if I wouldn't have had to make a stop home, my things would have either been set outside or worse thrown/given away. They will also cut your lights off withiut you knowing, and your bill will go from $30 to $100 in one month. They have a person riding around on a golf cart, but what kind of security is he if #1 he's old and #2 he has no gun, no kind of protection for the residence or himself. NO ONE SPEAKS ENGLISH, AND THEY ARE VERY VERY RACIST!!!! Its sad to say, but if you aren't of asian decent....you get treated like TRASH!!! When they don't want you to know they're talking abotu you, they speak in their language. I would tell anyone, DON'T MOVE HERE...even if management changes, DON'T DO IT!!!!! ITS HELL ON EARTH!!!!!!!!!! lAST BUT NOT LEAST...The only pet you can have are CATS!!! That's probably so if they run away they can catch them amd EAT THEM!!!lol!!!

consider as a bad apartment

Hell place, period. Amigos talking, bbqing all day long during weekend. My friend's mom has been robbed in the apartment at night; her brother's car has been broke in. Road condition SUCKS!! Worst road interface I HAVE EVER SEEN, if you don't believe, take a tour over there, and you are going to slow down your speed untill 3mph in order not to break your suspension. The price isn't reasonable either, you could find a better one in China town.

You could do much better for the price

This place isn't the most expensive apartments in the area, but it's not the cheapest either. For the price you'd expect alot better. The hot water was broken for 3 weeks just last WINTER; imagine trying to take a cold shower during December, and today all water's been cut altogether. Management is rude, and just about everyone there speaks broken english.<br><br>Besides this, a section of the apartments suffered structural collapse; come right now and you can see it. I have the pictures to prove it.<br><br>Security wise, the outside lights are always out, and there have been break ins of both apartments and cars. It's not too bad, and my apartment hasn't been broken in to, but I know for a fact that one of the manager's cars have been broken into before.<br><br>Overall, if you don't ever have to deal with management for any reason including repairs, and you don't mind the safety issues, then this place would be okay. Definitly not worth the money in my opinion, and I'll be moving out as soon as my lease is up.
