Hindy in the office is great. She's always been the one to take care of us, no matter the weather, good or bad, she will come up immediately to solve the problem as soon as you call! I've heard some rumors that the head quarter management office doesn't like her and is always want to send someone else here to substitute her position! I want to find out why? I hope this is only the rumors!!!

This is a nice apartment complex. Everyone in the front office is happy to help in whatever way they can. Calls are answered quickly. I have had almost no problems since moving here. Hindy is a capable and good manager.

I have lived in Sunblossom Cottages for 18 years. I originally planned to move out in 2010. but a new manager came that year this make me change my mind and I decided to stay until now! I really want to give this manager a two thumbs up! No matter how bad the weather is, or how strong the snowstorm, she always by the side to help the residents! I know many other managers hide away from the bad weather stay at their comfort zone and ignoring their residents' safety or any bad condition! Kudos to the manager, Hindy! ??

We have no complaints except of some people sometimes driving too fast in the parking lot at night. But we have a very good people as staff working here. They always nice and polite. The maintenance team always do a good job.

Overall great community. The maintenance staff is attentive and I like the leasing management. The pool is nice and they have not really been any major concerns with the unit that I am in. Love this place.

The community is very nice . It is quiet , close to a lot of stores and feels very safe and secure .The only downside is lack of parking space every night, especially during this holiday season, the neighbor brought in too many their visitor having party here, those visitor parking here without any visitor parking permit and take up all the resident parking space. I hope the management office should resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Overall living here has been a very positive experience. The team takes really good care of the property and maintenance is extremely responsive. In my experience, they respond to all the maintenance requests within the same day. My only complaint is the insufficient parking space. I saw some neighbors brough in too many visitors, those people have all taken over our residents parking space. The leasing office require to limited the number of visitors otherwise it is not fair to the other residents.

Great community they may just need more staffing. The staff seems to be working very hard! the manager and the one maintenance man I see are always working hard to meet the exceptional customer service . May just not be enough time in the day/ hands to help.

I've lived here for a good while, for personal reasons I was considering moving. After I talked to the manager I changed my mind and decided to stay. I can talk to her about anything. She is always open, willing to help, and always listen your concerns and address any of my concerns. Maintenance concerns are a "No Hassle" deal. There's absolutely no need to worry about anything being fixed in a timely fashion. A great team like this is very hard to come by.
