I absolutely love this community! It is very clean, very quiet, and the staff here is absolutely amazing! The manager is awesome and very helpful and professional! The leasing office staff is very attentive and responsive- they fix issues very quickly! The maintenance team is 5 stars! I've been here for almost 16 years and haven't had any problems.

The community is located near all you need to from shopping to public transportation. The staff on site is also very caring and understanding on your needs and concerns. They will help you with whatever you need. The maintenance staff also is very responsive to the needs of the community. Repairs are made in a timely fashion and done correctly the first time. Some of the larger maintenance items do take a little longer but it does get done quickly. I sure do recommend you looking into this community.

Overall my husband and I have enjoyed our time living here and the staff at the office are very professional and the maintenance crew are the best. The recent improvements to the parking lots and repainting of the parking lines have really enhanced the complex

Friendly staff and well maintained community. Would recommend to any new prospective residents coming to Houston and want live by the Sharptown or China Town area. In addition the neighbors are also courteous and look out for each other.

My experience within my stay at Sunblossom Cottages has been absolutely amazing. The office staff are very knowledgeable and attentive to you. The maintenance staff are phenomenal as well. Safe community and quiet for the most part.

I have only been at this community 1 year, but staff has been very helpful, kind, and considerate of my needs. The building is very safe and the parking lot needs resurface. I'm enjoying some people I am meeting always seem to be pretty happy And upbeat with their environment. Only a few grumpy people, but I just kind of blow them off.

The overall upkeep, appearance and general feeling here is good. I live here since year 2012, Last year the management attempt to replace a new manager here, she didn't treat all the resident nicely, I saw more and more residents are moving out. I am happy the original manager is coming back!

The property management is friendly and answers any questions I may have. It is a fairly quiet and calm community. The sidewalks could use some work as they do not have very much handicap accessible sidewalks.

The staff is extremely professional and very detail oriented. Not only is the area looks nice, but the attention to detail on this community is amazing. The amenities are great, the security is great, and overall, the neighborhood is amazing along with many places to explore outside of the neighborhood.

I really love living at The Sunblossom Cottages! It's quiet and feels like home. The location is super convenient?close to shops, restaurants, parks, and transit. I can easily walk or bike anywhere, which makes life easy. The staff are always kind and quick to respond, and the building is well taken care of. Everything feels safe and welcoming. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to have fewer surveys?but that's a tiny thing compared to how much I enjoy living here. I'd definitely recommend Sunblossom Cottages to friends and family!

Great place to live with a great location. Less than a mile to shopping, restaurants. Close to China Town. Central air works great in the Houston heat. There is even a bus stop outside the complex and very convenient for getting to the Downtown or other attractions!

I have nothing to say at this moment! The renew rent is much higher than the new move in! Every month we pay rent on time never create any issue in the community, I've living here 16 years! I like the manager and the maintenance team but not the corporate management office!

The apartments are nice however I don't believe they are worth as much as the rent other apartments in the area are cheaper. I wont stay if the rent continues to increase I feel like if new tenants get the perks of the rent is lower! when an current renter pays on time consistently something should be done for them as well.

Great property and service team. The pool is nice. Pretty much everything is around this area so it's a great area to live. Having a pizzeria and a market store is also convenience and a plus it just within 5 mins walking distance away!

Sunblossom Cottages is very well maintained, both inside the apartment and outside. Any problems are immediately taken care of. It's a very good place to live. I've moved in here last year . I've never regretted living here.

Clean and neat Apartment complex, beautiful people in the office, you ask and it gets taken care right away ,every Wednesday landscape crew are working on the grounds taking care of the grass and trimming bushes and trees etc.

The staff is amazing always welcoming me with such enthusiasm and willing to go above and beyond to help my time there. The swimming pool are great and very up to date. We definitely recommend to always visit with the manager when she is would make sure you get all the help and information needed.
