Great community

Great location for what you pay for. Close by to all delicious food in Chinatown. Management is very responsive to any complaints and resolves any maintenance issue quickly. I have very nice neighbors.

The complex is well maintained, maintenance is always ready to assist with problems immediately and completed it right the first time. It's a quiet neighborhood! It is a bit pricey for it only being up to a 2 bedroom townhome and no additional storage in the apartments or complex.

The community is absolutely great, the residents here are very friendly I made friends with the maintenance team and my neighbors on the first week I moved in here!. Great activities at random times and some of the most amazing food trucks across from the street I've ever seen! This place describes the word community!

I lived here almost 17 years. This community is Peaceful, Quiet, and Respectful and also close to the stores, schools and bus line. There are no gangsters or drug dealers standing around the property and no issues with crime.

I really enjoyed living in this apartment, and I hope I will be able to stay here for at least another couple of years. The location is wonderful and the staff have all been very friendly and helpful. There have been a few maintenance issues as the person who lived in this unit before me did not take good care of everything, and appliances had to be repeatedly cleaned (or even replaced) before they could be used.

All of my experience with the apartment staff has been positive and professional. Even when things happen in the middle of the night, they repair the problem as quickly as possible, unless it is something caused by city work crews, etc.

The manager is very helpful, the other 2 leasing staff are very unprofessional. The noise on the property from screaming kids to loud arguments every day around 3:00PM while the kids come home from school. During that time made for a very unpleasant experience

The community is really nice and quiet. The neighbors are very kind and I've never had an issue with noise or privacy. I have had positive experiences living here I moved and moved back 3 times it's a great area well maintained.

I am new move in here on November. The apartments are well laid out. Staff is very friendly and available. The community volunteer always here create activities for the children. The grounds are well kept up and attractive. Stores are an easy drive away. There is a walking path close to the apartment building.

It's good.

Living here, you're close to Chinatown, so it's a very convenient location. Maintenance is done on time - even during the managerial off time hours. For an older apartment building, the place is surprisingly tidy. There's not much to complain about, it's a neat apartment for what it is worth.

Lovely residents and staff

There is a kind community within this apartment. The apartment office tends to hold holiday goodwill events from time to time, bringing the tenants closer together. Another thing that I personally enjoy about this apartment are the kind stray cats. The furry animals are clearly well-cared for by the management and tenants all around with their neutered status and people friendliness. I love this apartment's people, staff, and cats!

A safe and well-managed apartment

This apartment is very well managed, especially very safe with video surveillance around the parking areas and the apartment surroundings.. Plus the Maintenance of the apartment is excellent. Tenants encountered plumbing, and electricity problems, even in middle of the night can get timely assistance from the property management.

This Apartment complex is in an extremely convenient location with everything you need in walking distance. Love the swimming pool. The staff is super helpful and always pleasant. We're glad we chose Sunblossom Cottages as my home.

This is a great place to live. The manager tries her best to get everything done for you and she does go that extra mile. Maintenance is always on time! If there is a problem they are out right away. The apartments are clean and very very spacious! The balcony is nice and big and sturdy. The closet is huge and . I just had more family members so will be moving soon. I also wish they had two bedrooms because I would stay as well!

Can't log in resident portal too complicated I'm living here since year 2012, they want you to pay online it's hard to log in I rather pay as normal with check or money order, technology is suppose to make our life easier but my experience is terrible!

Great place to live. Friendly staff, relatively quiet and safe neighborhood for Chinatown area, and walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. The apartments are big and clean, the only problem is out of parking spot at night time!

I just renew my contract with an extremely high rent for this Town Home unit. I almost want to move to other location the reason make me stay another year because I just get a new job offer from a clinic across the street, every day I worry free about the traffic, feeling relax to go my work place.

I just found out that my neighbor has lived here for 35 years! I'm really shocked he likes here so much! He once share his experience, he told me many managers who worked here before and none of them were the responsible one! This present manager take over here 10 years ago then she reform this Apartment complex to a better one and win all the reputation back! I am greatly appreciate he share his experience with me! But sadly he left us forever few weeks ago! I will miss him forever!

I have been living in the apartments for 7 years my husband, like 13 years now... we didn't meet here, we meet at work??... and the time that we live here its been awesome beautiful... we stay here because the maintenance is excellent we call and in 10-15 they are knocking the apartment and if they are not busy they come immediately...

There are so many strangers sneak in the swimming pool every day. The office manager ask those people for Apartment number make sure they are living here but those people couldn't provide any information prove that they live here. The manager should call the police for their trespassing otherwise they keep coming back.

I have lived here for more than 10 years. The office has never close the door with all the staff gone for whole day on non-holiday or weekend. During the epidemic the office has never tried close, it is just not open to the public, but the staff always working normally inside the office. This time they delay the A/C repair during the extremely hot day. This is my first time leave the review, I still give them a 5 stars for hard working over the past 10 years.
