I have lived here for 20 years, transfer from the 1 bedroom to 2 bedrooms. I am satisfied for most of it except the rent, it's a little higher than other area of apartments. Hopefully in the future, the renew rent is reasonable.

Some good some bad. Parking lot need a makeover as nasty most of the time. Need a cleaning crew. More handicap spots. Tired of writing this. I don't have 200 words to give you. Rent increase is unfair. My renew rent is more than the new move- in !

It's a kid family environment which is really good. The maintenance works hard to keep the clean and in working order. They have a nighttime security officer on site every night which has been nice.

The rent is increasing every year it will probably be my last year here. I like it here but I can't afford to stay if rent keeps increasing. There are so many other great apartments community option around this area and the rent is much lower. The reason I like stayed here for so many years because the staff and maintenance team always resolved issue in a time manner. I'm not asking for the rent not to increase, I understand that is the inflation, but also not to increase it so outrageously!

This is the best and nicest place I have lived since moving back to Houston. The manager and Maintenance staff have been very good and are quite prompt with taking care of any issues. I am very satisfied with everything that is going on at the present time. Please do not get rid of or let this manager leave!

We've lived here for about 9 years now and have never had any issues. The office and the Maintenance staff both are always great. We recently had a couple issues we called and spoke to Hindy the manager and she had maintenance knocking at our door within an hour. Very quiet neighborhood and happy to have found this place all those years ago.

Rent goes up appx50-$80 a year depending on the floor plan and the previous rent. Nothing new done to the amenities, & no remodeling to those who've lived here 9 or more years (paint, counter, appliances ETC!!) shop around, definitely not worth the price!! Overall never had any issues with management. This is the only reason I stay here but not the high rent!

I have been pleased to reside here for 22 years because of the security of the community and affordability of the rent. But the recent increases of rent have been a real burden for me. I am not sure I I will be able to afford the Rents here if a substantial increase is imposed.

Very nice community. I'm enjoying my stay here. I have had a couple of maintenance issues that were resolved quickly by the staff. No other issues. The pool is very nice. The grounds are relatively clean.

Some of the residents didn't obey the rules in place like parking. They allow there guests use the resident parking with no resident parking sticker. Some occasions the pool is not cleaned. Other than that, its worth it.

Very good location that is close to my job. Also very close to a grocery store which is nice if I need a last minute ingredient for dinner! The outdoors of the property are kept up with and look nice.

Over all good place to live. But for the price per month I would have expected the finishing work of the construction would be better. Poor trim work and Sheetrock work. The corners on all the walls inside the unit are old and poor craftsmanship.

The office staff is great. The apartments themselves really need some updating though, The biggest issue I'd say though is the fit a finished in the apartments. Using appliances from what look to be the early 90's . All in many aspects your overpaying for the units here with what they offer even you could live at other complex with much nicer amenities and finishes in the units for a more updated and price worthy apt. However in the end the office staff makes it a great place to live. Hopefully they will update the unit it's soon so you truly get what you're paying for!

I love living here at Sunblossom Cottages. The office staff is very friendly and makes you feel valued as a resident. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and respond quickly to any requests I put in. I have lived here 12 years and have really enjoyed it! My apartment has an upgrades counter, laminate that make it feels like a modern and new apartment! Thank you to the staff for all they do!

Cute cats. Nice staff and community

Cute and friendly cats. A majority of them are already neutered. You can tell that the staff and residents take good care of them. Staff are friendly, quick to resolve any issues - especially maintenance. Community is great, and they tend to hold events that benefit the community.
