Staff at Uptown is very helpful and kind. A few maintenance workers were out the day I needed my carbon monoxide detector replaced. I notified management after I put my request in and within minutes someone was there to replace the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors so the beeping would not occur again.

Really nice apartments. Gym and a pool is available. Close to the mall. Lots of restaurants available in walking distance. Walmart and Target are nearby. Parks and biking/walking trails are close by..

The complex is very good. My only complaint is the noise for the price point. I live on the first floor, and I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on above me. The location is absolutely perfect. Love the bicycle trails.

Apartments are nice, I personally have no major issues with my apartment only some minor issues that maintenance has come and handled. I would recommend these apartments if you can afford the rent as the location is nice.

Community is nice but far from luxury. Poor maintenance and constant management changeover. Location is good and the apartments aren't bad but the amount of issues you'll face make this a poor community. For the price it's a lower tier option in NWA.

The apartment and the amenities are nice, and I love having access to the greenway. There’s plenty of great places that you can walk/bike to safely. The noise level here is quite average (I can hear my neighbors but nothing too disruptive). The front office also hosts events fairly regularly, and the few I have been to have been fun! I also like that the complex has an entrance with a light that makes entering/leaving free of the usual traffic that can clog intersections in other parts of Fayetteville. However, when problems arise (which is normal and to be expected) they should be solved in a reasonable timeframe. Since we have moved here our water usage is incredibly high, 9000 gallons a month. Each time I talk to the front office I am told it is out of their hands and up to the corporate office to make decisions. I understand their hands are tied, so my frustrations are pointed toward the corporate office. There is also significant turnover in maintenance so it has been challenging for them to solve these more difficult maintenance requests. They have been aware of my high water usage for over 2 months! This is an issue that is totally out of my control and I would love it for some reasonable actions to be taken. Other than this glaring issue I’ve been dealing with for months I genuinely enjoy living here!

Love this community and the location is great! The front desk staff is awesome. The amenities are also great - the pool, the veranda, gym, and the lounge area. Also, the access to restaurants, trails and shopping is so easy! Loving it here!

Great apartment! Was top notch until Mgr( in 2023?have been through 3-4 since then) fired and now it's difficult to get maintenance on the grounds completed. Grounds were almost pristine until management changed.

First year was fine. Management was good. Once new management came in, everything went to ----. Prices went up, a gas utility and other fees were added. We loved the location and our neighbor, Miss Kay. However, between the new management, raised rent, slow maintenance, extra fees, etc. we would never live there again. 10/10 would not recommend Uptown to other people. Way too expensive for what it is.

Lovely location, great facilities, clean, bright, new apartment. Very scruffy finishes to the paint job, with splatters all around the apartment, in every room, and the floor of the shower is very shabby. But, overall, I'm happy, so far - I don't need a palace, and I'm enjoying my new place.

Very nice apartment and safe. Does get noisy at night because of the road nearby. Only bothers me because I am sensitive to noise. Otherwise would definitely recommend as a place to live and is in a very convenient spot.

At the moment I'm frustrated with not having a working refrigerator/ freezer and the amount of time it's taking to resolve the The pool area needs to be power washed. It's pretty filthy. The peach tree by the swings needs to be pruned. A branch is blocking part of the sidewalk. The dog area needs a water source and a light for night use. The breeze way outside of my door needed to be power washed after the previous renters moved out and left garbage that leaked all over the walk way. I cleaned it the best I could with a bucket of water and a broom but a very noticeable stained area is still there. issue. Other wise this is a nice place to live.

It's looks very nice and is in a great location. It is close to grocery stores and shopping areas, while also being easy to access the main roads to get to work and to travel. The staff member I interacted with was very nice.
