Not a bad starter apartment but not somewhere I would stay for more than a year. I constantly see residents moving out. The apartment itself is nice but I had broken air conditioning several times and once that leaked dirty water in the closet, damaging my clothing. The amenities aren't well managed. For luxury marketing and prices I would have expected better.

Great place to live. Very convenient for everything my family likes to do and quiet. Location makes easy access to interstate and travel to rest of NWA quick and easily accessible. AND near the greenway.

I had somewhat a rough start. No one walked me through the unit which led to wifi not being properly set up, resulting in 2 weeks of no internet. The unit has a lot bugs and flying insects. My dog was infected by fleas. He has not been to any outside parks other than the surroundings of the community. Street noise is at a noticeable level. Some parking spots are facing my bedrooms directly. Need to improve privacy for 1st floor residents. Maybe reassign parking arrangements.

Uptown is located in a convenient location in North Fayetteville, the rooms are very nice and come with lots of amenities, and I like that there is ample parking, a pool, a gym, and an outdoor patio for reading and hanging out!

The move in process was great. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They definitely made the move in process very smooth. The apartment is in a great location. It's close to a lot of shops and restaurants. My unit was clean with very minor scratches, which is to be expected.

Amazing staff and friendly community. I love that all necessities such as entertainment, groceries, restaurants, and more are accessible within walking distance. My favorite is going for a bike ride at the trail next to the community.

Great experience with great maintenance crew. Everything about Uptown Apartments is high quality from the appliances to all the amenities. Pool is great and gym is great. Lots of apartment sponsored activities.

This is a great apartment and the staff was helpful during the first week. When I started looking everyone was very knowledgeable and could answer every question I had. I would highly suggest living here.

I love the people and the community, however the office team is nothing but rude and abrasive every time you try to talk to them. I love the amenities, but the pool water is often cloudy and gross. I've enjoyed living here, but the quality of the paint and walls are definitely lower than expected.

Everything went good, I have zero complaints to address at moment. The community seems very peaceful and welcoming. If you are choosing a place, I highly advise this area due to everything that is around for food and entertainment.

The apartment is in a great location, with amenities nearby. The complex community itself is very nice. Having moved from out of state, it was a seamless process and the leasing agents were very helpful and responsive.

Safe, pretty, comfortable, convenient, accessible to major highways and events. Excellent staff. On campus cafe and shops. Plenty of parking. Extra parking is provided free across the street if needed. Uber and taxi service used daily. Delivery service daily by all major companies and many restaurants.

I like living here. The apartment is great. The gym is very well equipped and the pool during the summer months it's an amazing addition to this compartment. I like the idea of coffee in the front office. Sometimes I use this option when I run out of my own coffee.

The aesthetics of apartments is nice but affordability is a major issue within this community and region, especially for a college town. Management team has been incredibly flexible and gracious when leveling rent increases for me personally. However, I am not convinced that this is sustainable.

Interior of my apartment is well maintained. The ground are not well maintained - overgrown shrubs, dead lamdscaping, weeds mot removed and mulch washes awzy and is mot maintained througjout the year. Tenants are permitted to use balconies as storage units-very unsightly. Abandoned motorcycle has been on the premises for 2 1/2 years despite multiple reports to mgmt - parking lot/sidewalks are not cleared after snow/ice storms. Rent increases are at least 10%, higher than rate of inflation.

The Uptown apartment has a great location for accessibility to North Fayetteville and the highway. There are some great amenities for an apartment complex. The maintenance team is very responsive and quick to assist with any issues.

Nice apartments with a great gym and pool area. They recently created a dog park which is nice, but it doesn't have turf so gets muddy frequently. I love my loft apartment with the big balcony. I wish the large windows in the loft had blinds. It gets really hot up there during the summertime.

This company takes great care of its residents and not only has great response times for things such as Maitenance requests but also answers questions in a timely manner. I am very grateful to have found this amazing place and hope to be here for a long time!

It is a beautiful place, well-kept, and in an ideal location with access to the greenway barely a minute's walk from the front door. Nearly everything you could need within a mile of walking distance. Inside, noisy neighbors can keep you up all night with their noise because of how easily sound travels inside the building. Not sure if the walls are thin or hollow or if the noice travels by vibrations, but you will hear banging all the time from within the building.

I love living here. The staff is amazing and so are the friends I've made in the complex! The pool is like a resort and there is a garden that we can pick herbs and vegetables. This is one of the best places I've lived!

I love Uptown! The office staff are extremely helpful, prompt, and friendly. Located in a very safe area, and convenient location for many things. My puppy and I love having easy access to the trails.

We love how updated the apartment is. That is one of the main reasons we chose to move here. We like the environment, close proximity to restaurants and/or places of things to do, and all of the inclusions.
