Uptown Fayetteville has a great atmosphere and community. The location is great and the amenities are nice. Everyone is very friendly and I always feel safe. The close proximity to walking trails are a huge plus.

The grounds and amenities have gone downhill since moving in. For the NWA area, the apartments are overpriced, especially considering and the issues with properly heating/cooling all areas of the apartment, the lacking in grounds upkeep compared to when I moved in, the flooding, the weird smells, the rattling above the stove when it's windy, how slowly progress is made regarding some amenities such as the rooftop, grills, fire-pits, and garden. Summer pool parties get too crazy on the weekends and aren't family friendly.

It is extremely nice and well kept. Everyone who works at this apartment complex is very helpful and always nice to speak with. The complex is quiet and secure. Although many of the amenities are currently closed due to the virus in the world right now, I am excited to experience them once they reopen.

As soon as I walked into the leasing office I fell in love with how modern and clean everything is. All the staff members, especially the maintenance staff were very attentive to every need by quickly responding. It feels nice to feel like your safe in such a welcomed community. Andrea has been a great manager and truly cares about your concerns. I enjoyed living here for a year and a half.

This is a beautiful facility with perfect surroundings providing natural beauty on the trail, a community garden, the spacious pool and large deck for entertaining. We are welcomed by office staff and maintenance staff, and treated like family.

Everything was great in the beginning. Then my rent increased $100 unexpectedly, my dishwasher has broken 3 times after fixing it each time, the dryer broke, and the washing machine broke. For the rent I'm paying here I can rent a larger townhouse.

My experience at Uptown has been pretty positive overall. Although the condition of my apartment was not satisfactory when I moved in, the team did a good job to fix the issues. In addition, I have had minimal problems since then, and both the office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and good at their jobs.

apartment looks are great, quality is poor, more specifically window, wall and door insulation. AC filter also bad quality. the community and amenities are great, pool gym and terrace. Some of the grills are damaged.

So far it is has been great. Staff has been easy to work with and very responsive to e-mails, which has been helpful with planning a move from afar. The community itself is really nicely laid out and offers some great features such as the heated pool, gym and easy access to the storefronts.

The team here struggles with understanding resident's basic needs and being informed on various laws (OCR, ADA). While the location is absolutely perfect, unfortunately the construction is not of the highest order, with noise from neighbors and the outside being the most problematic. It is like living next to a bowling alley and a shooting range (not that there's gunfire nearby, but that's how loud the upstairs neighbors sound), with conversations also easily heard by outside passersby. There are a high number of car break-ins here (not surprising, considering the location), but the property has not installed security cameras to help stem this practice or assist local law enforcement. We will not be renewing our lease and will be moving as soon as our lease is up, a decision we made only 4 months into the lease.

The apartments are very nice with updated finishes and amenities. I live in the tower and love the added security of a limited access building and elevator. I only moved in recently so I can't comment yet on many of the amenities but so far the staff and residents have all been very nice. I was moving cross country so was unable to visit Uptown before renting. Wes made the process very easy and comfortable for me. He even scheduled a video call to give me a walk through of the apartment and property before I made a final decision. My only real complaint at this point relates to living in the tower. Having lived in a secured building before I assumed there would be an intercom and buzzer system for visitors and deliveries but there is not. This has proven to be extraordinarily inconvenient. Any visitor, furniture delivery, food delivery, etc. must be met in the lobby. Maybe others don't find this as difficult as I do but I have relied on delivery services almost exclusively for my purchases in the past and am finding this a very hard adjustment. Overall the property is great and the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend living at Uptown.

I like the fact that the apartments are centrally located. I like that they accept pets in this community. There is lots of parking. I am staying here until my house is built and the management was willing to work with me on a shorter contract. That's why I chose this apartment complex

The apartment is stylist and the neighbors and staff are so friendly. The community itself has a very modern look as well. My favorite amenity is the pool and bring so close to the trail. The swings are nice and I use the gym a couple times a week. I've really enjoyed living here!
