We love Uptown Fayetteville. The property is a beautiful blend of modern and classic, stylish yet minimalist, and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the community spaces and retail spots. The management and maintenance teams are competent, responsive, and courteous.

Love the open floor plans, the community-focused concept and the energy-efficient design. Also love the "clubhouse" where one can read a book, work out or watch TV. The water feature and rocking chairs are a great place to chill, and high quality eateries are just steps away.

Nice community and staff. The apartments are beautiful and have brand new appliances. I love the fact that it so bright and clear inside the apartment. And it is a walk distance of everything you want.

The apartment is good overall. Friendly office and service staff. Very easy to work with on issues that arisen. The apartments are also in good shape with no noticeable defects. On the downside, the gym is small for the amount of resident that occupy the property. Additionally, the parking lot is a bit of a hazard because of a lack of stop signs and small parking spaces.

It was an amazing experience that I recieved. Very beautiful property with a great price. Staff was amazing. The events were fun and the people around were very pleasant. If the dog park was there then it would have been even more amazing

Uptown FAYETTEVILLE is a great community! My apartment is clean, quiet and I feel really safe living there. Parking is easy to access and well lit. I can't hear my neighbors while in my apartment. Utilities are cheaper because everything is energy efficient. Everyone is friendly and there are lots of get together switch the community!

The architecture is beautiful. I love the salt water pool. The people here are really great. I already made some great friends. The space is amazing. Management has been difficult specifically with handling payments. Other than that my time here has been great
