The community has been decent since December 2023. I don't understand the elimination of a community garden for a dog park other than saving cost on upkeep which is really ridiculous because the garden can supply people with food if you really think about it didn't have any maintenance troubles really until we got to a big issue with the air conditioner. Living in 78? temperatures inside when we did if we did not leave the apartment was brutal especially on our animals had to buy fans stay in hotel rooms travel to friends houses Hour away to commute back to work. Other than that issue it has been ok. I don't think the pool is swim able all year long like we were told though

Thanks for sharing your feedback! We re sorry about the AC issues you ve been dealing with. We ve made a temporary fix, and our vendor is working on tracking down the leak to get it fully repaired. We know it s been tough, especially with the heat, and we really appreciate your patience. After polling the community, we found that the garden wasn t being used much and had gotten overgrown, so the decision was made to create a dog park to greater utilization of the space. Just a quick note on the pool, it s heated and open all year, so if you have any questions about using it, feel free to ask! I have only been moved in 2 days and I have felt so at home. Everyone is so kind, walking around with their pets, etc. The nature of the area is absolutely beautiful and so fun! I can't wait to spend more time here!

I have lived here a long time. There have been times when things have been properly cleaned, serviced and maintained but that is not what is happening now. Residents are having to ask to have things cleaned. Problems that should be proactively addressed are addressed after the fact and with delays. Lots of unhappy residents at Uptown.

I have loved living here. The staff are kind and helpful with every service I have needed and have been prompt in their response. The spaces are nice to use and it feels like home. The amenities and prices are incomparable for the area.

I've liked living here overall. There are some things that could be improved such as gym equipment, communication, and activities. I would like to see the garden utilized more and perhaps a pickleball court put in.

I believe this community is one of the best that Fayetteville has to offer. It is safe, clean, updated, and has a lot of nice amenities (salt water pool, nice gym, coffee bar, dog park, and garden, as well as being on the trail system).

Experience is good with the exception of the appearance of the property. As tenants of what's known to be the best property to live in , in NWA I'm not confident or comfortable with the property's aesthetic in the hall ways of the units. There has been paint And sheet rock peeling off the walls ever since I've moved in, which has not been repaired. The stairways are always dirty. It would be very nice if the maintenance and cleanliness of the property could reflect the amount of rent and standard of living that we pay for to reside at Uptown. I would like to feel confident and excited about my living space inside and out. It has stopped me from inviting friends to visit my home. This is a very important factor that will affect my decision to stay at uptown.

The community is great and clean. Everyone is very friendly, as well as, very courteous. The gym and pool are great and always kept up and never dirty. Staff is always very prompt and helpful when they are needed.

Uptown Fayetteville is a great community! It is close to restaurants, shopping and the greenway. It is quiet and offers so many amenities. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful.

Legitametely one of the greatest experiences touring an apartment. Fabulous amenitites, animal loving, great staff. A bit of a lengthy application process with more fees than I am used to but totally worth it in the end. This place does their due dilligence and the vibes are just fantastic, lots of working professionals and a beautiful environment to live in.

Both the office and maintenance staff are wonderful! The energy efficient touches also help to keep utility costs down which is a major bonus! Residents could do better about cleaning up after their pets - that is my sole complaint.

Lots of trash and homeless in the surrounding areas. Amenities to small (gym, dog park) to be of any real use. Rent to high for the value. Lots of noise from the road at night makes it hard to sleep well.

Its expensive, but the place is nice. The apartment complex has a great location near my job and any resturaunts or stores I may want to go to + a walking trail. The staff has been very helpful and quick to respond to any issues.

The staff are always courteous and most helpful. Maintenance issues are quickly dealt with. Love the location to restaurants and shopping. Love our individual apartment. The walk in shower and 9' ceilings are what made our choice!
