The staffs are very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is very convenient: it is close to many stores, restaurants, and a major trail running through Fayetteville. Also, the neighborhood feels safe. However, note that the quality of the apartment is not the best. I've lived in many apartments and Uptown didn't use the best materials to build these apartments. Many things (e.g., window sills) seem a bit flimsy and the floor is not level at some places in my apartment. The floor also seems to be easily scratch-able -- the previous renter likely had a dog (saw some dog hair when I moved in) and there were some minor scratches on the floor here and there.

Overall experience with leasing wasn't good, wasn't told I would be in the same building with pet owners prior to signing lease, I should have had that option of knowing. Apartment wasn't clean, safe.

Great property with great amenities! They are friendly and quick to fix needs. They care about the environment and have a recycling problem and community garden. It is close to the walking/biking trails.

Great community. There were a few minor issues in the beginning, but the apartment listened to my concerns and corrected them. The staff and renters are friendly, nice community. I enjoy the community events that the complex host biweekly, which is able to help me meet other people and connect. Any maintenance issues i have is addressed immediately. Just a great place to live with no worries or issues.

Just two weeks into living here we had someone have the audacity to remove the cover and self tow my husbands motorcycle, because we were parked in her parking spot. We were not informed about when moving in.

I have lived at Uptown Fayetteville for almost a year now, and I have loved living here since I moved in day 1. Here's a quick list of some of my favorite things about living here: -Positive, responsive, and friendly management and maintenance staff who are always happy to help you out with any concerns -There's a bus stop right on the street where the community is located, which gives easy access to public transportation if you need it -The Mud Creek Trail connects to the apartment community and there are even Spin scooters you can rent to give you greater access to the Fayetteville trail network from basically right outside your apartment -The sound isolation is superb. I would have to be really trying my hardest in order to hear anything from my upstairs neighbors. -There are tons of ethernet ports in the living room and bedroom, giving you options for setting up your ideal configuration. You also have the option of having a fiber internet package if that's something that interests you. -My apartment seems to very well insulated. Heat/cool air seems to stay in the apartment for a long time before I have to turn on the heat/AC. If I ever find myself in NWA again in the future and I am looking for an apartment, I will definitely be coming back to Uptown Fayetteville.

Amazing experience here at Uptown Fayetteville Apartments. Not only is the apartment in a perfect location to my job and central to groceries and stuff, but the staff was incredibly kind and caring. Never at an apartment when I asked if they allow plants did the staff member reply so enthusiastically about it, even saying that others in the community do great plant work (showing that he actually noticed and spent time at the apartments) and even said that it would be a positive thing and I would meet like-minded residents sharing my passion:))

Uptown Apartments have done a great job by having many fun activities and events for the residents. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. There are a lot of dogs as well, which my dog LOVES! I have really enjoyed living here!

Bad 1st Impression

Looking for a place to live so I can be closer to Mom. I saw the garden and fell in love. I stopped by the leasing center today and walked away with a bad taste in my mouth. The 2br unit with a loft and patio sounded perfect. I live in a city with much higher rent costs, so this place feels affordable. The woman in the leasing center didn't ask any questions, didn't ask if I was interested in renting, didn't offer any information, didn't tell me about the amenities, didn't try to schedule a tour...nothing. It started to get awkward. I got the feeling that they weren't interested in renting to me. Things got pretty weird when the topic of dog poop came up. One of the leasing consultants went off the rails - it was the only time she spoke at all. I left empty handed. It honestly felt pretty crappy. I had already sent pics of the garden to my partner, who would love a full sun garden. Sigh.

Uptown fayetteville is a safe apartment complex with a lot of amenities. I particularly appreciate the on-site gym. However, a few of the businesses originally open within the complex have recently closed, which makes this location more distant from some features such as a coffee shop or local shopping, as compared to some other apartments closer to the heart of Fayetteville. The apartment is somewhat more pricey than it could be, but the level of safety can't be beat, and they are probably the most modern and well-maintained apartments in the city.

The cost of living in NWA has increased, but this apartment is not worth what it is currently listed for. I pay $1025+$95 service fee per month. Currently the listed price for my unit style is $1275, not including the $95 service fee. This is an outrageous rent increase in the span of six months.

We absolutely love living here!! The pool and the garden are our favorite places to spend time!! When my kids come to visit they never want to leave! I also love how pet friendly the community is here,seems like everyone has,or at least has a love for dogs here! Love it!

It has its ups and downs. It's a very nice complex with nice units and great amenities. Apartment staff is very nice and professional. However, maintenance teams have access to your units, with no ability to opt out. Residents can come off as entitled. Beware of Karens.

Best apartment community around. Great staff, fantastic units and great location. Best of it all. close to food and entertainment. The amenities are also top notch. Lift coffee is great for meeting or just having a good place to get work done. Great place to live

The space is clean and good quality, and the people are super friendly. Over the summer, I met tons of new people at the Uptown pool and saw some of the same faces every weekend. It was really fun to get to know people organically and experience community like that.

So far it has been an amazing experience! The staff are super sweet and helpful. My unit is absolutely wonderful and the glass shower is great. Everything was clean upon move in. The pool is also great.
