This complex is incredibly Nice! The staff is very welcoming and very attentive to any needs that you might have. You are in the middle of town with things just a few minutes walk. The apartments look extremely nice, neat, and very modern! I would highly recommend

Its good! No bad review here. Only a review from a very satisfied tenant. Best things about living here; working from roof deck, bike trail access, and when a man is lazy, the coffee shop is down stairs.

So far so good. I did not receive the walk through tour of the community with the front office so need to do some exploring myself when i have the time. The pool gets very busy on Saturdays and Sundays but I live right across from it and its very quiet. The units are well insulated from outside nose. The razorback greenway is right behind the complex which is amazing! My dog loves going on walks. You also have everything you need in the shopping center across the street. You cant beat this community's location!

The apartment here is very convenient for me because of school. It is not too far of a drive in which I appreciate. Also, I love that there is everything here, such as stores, restaurants,etc. The staff here is very friendly and always willing to help if needed.

It's good. I like to live here. I have loud sex and no one can hear it. My cats like to run around so the space is excellent for them since it's round. Sometimes, one of them meows to get the other cat revved up for chases. These are great apartments. I work with people paying slightly less who have so many complaints about where they live. Trade your capital for security!

Uptown Fayetteville from when I moved in is very different from what it is now, and it's just not worth the money. I've never felt appreciated in the community, and the majority of the neighbors have this sense of entitlement that is unparalleled. I suppose that kind of personality is expected from a "luxury" living area. But we can't garden. The pool doesn't heat. Everything's under construction. With COVID, I haven't even lived there this whole year so I don't know if there are any problems. Hopefully from the freeze, we don't have water all over the place. There's been a lot more crime since I moved in. And I left the Facebook group because people just ----- about 1.) their packages being stolen and/or 2.) dog poop. Idk how to tell them this, but there's more to life than that. Everything I liked about Uptown is either gone or not being used, so I will not be renewing.

This is a really nice community and great environment to live in. They are always quick to keep things up to date and respond to any maintenance requests, and managers/staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. Frequent social events are held for the residents, and the amenities include an extremely nice gym, a grilling area, and a small garden. Really the only downside is that rent is a little higher than at similar locations in the area, but I personally feel this is a situation of getting what you pay for.

On the outside uptown looks like a great place to live but On further inspection you will be disappointed. If someone lives above you that might as well live in your apartment because you can hear every move they make. For one of the upscale Fayetteville apartments the gym hasn't been updated in once. The equipment is broken, or missing or just lacking all together. I have never seen anymore in the lobby that's because it's not a place for meeting or studying but a waste of space. I would love to stay I love this place and it's worth the price but I can't. Other places offer more for less and with all the new places going up I fear this place will go the way of other businesses that couldn't keep up.

The staff is great and very helpful. The apartment is located in an awesome area. Close to a lot of restaurants, quick access to highway, and right around miles of trails. When the weather is nice, the pool is a great spot to hang out at, along with the rooftop deck now that the renovations are complete.

I love this apartment! The location is amazing, the management is super nice and helpful, and the quality of the building is incredible! I haven't had any issues, and moving closer to the U of A and Fayetteville in general has been amazing.

They keep increasing rent without fail, at the end of every lease term, for people who have consistently paid their rent on-time, in full, for the entire pandemic. Maybe take a moment to reflect on why that would make people upset.

Lack of security - Plenty of theft from breaking into cars, stolen bikes, and in my scenario a literal stolen car. Disrespect from the Office - Broke the Americans with Disabilities Act law by demanding to see certification for my wife's service animal. We provided the documentation from his trainer, but this is an ILLEGAL request. We have had neighbors destroy $200 dollars worth of plants with urine. Instead of the office sending out a notice to stop this, they accused us of not picking up after our pet.

My car was stolen within the first week of living here and was never recovered due to the lack of security cameras. Cars still get broken into on a regular basis (at least once a week), and bikes get stolen often. Instead of using security cameras, their letting a freaking cop live here for free, but he doesn't patrol and you can't contact him even in emergencies (his line goes straight to maintenance on call). The complex manager, ------------------ and leaves her cigarette butts scattered all over the property. Management illegally forced me to provide documentation of my service dog even though it's against federal law to do so. Another college kid resident continues to pee on my plants and management said I was the one that was in the wrong.. not sure how that logic came to be.

This community is very clean. The people are super friendly. Pets are welcomed. The amenities are amazing! I couldn't ask for a better place to live! The security in this apartment complex definitely exceeded my standards!
