They get you in and then leave you hanging. Minimum effort across the board. Dog Crap is all over the sidewalks. They never call you back. The courtesy "security" officer doesn't answer or call back. You pay too much for what they provide.

I was incredibly impressed by the leasing agent who gave me a tour of the community. Unfortunately, I was not convinced to rent at this time due to the seeming lack of upkeep of the facilities at large. With refurbishment, this could be an amazing complex.

Overall, it has been good. I have enjoyed my time here. It is a convenient location and I like how close I am to everything. Recently, a lot of work has been done on the landscaping and repainting of the building that I appreciate.

I've been living in the community for almost 5 months, so far it's been a really nice place to live, leasing office holds many events, although we have one neighbor that's not been the best courtesy wise and just overall a pain. That part is avoidable so try to view the apartment unit before signing the lease.

It's fine, but for the price you pay you're better off renting a townhome or a house. The amenities are cool, and the location is ok, but for $1,300/month minimum (not including the fees they don't tell you about until you sit down to sign the lease), you can get a bigger place all to yourself. Overall though it's ok, no serious complaints, I just think for the price point you can get something much better.

The maintenance crew employs minimal solutions for the issues reported. Our living window needs to be replaced, but is has not been done for 6 months, so we are left with a continuous fogged up view. Similarly, our bathtub needs to be resurfaced, but maintenance only applied strong cleaners with no success. The open stairwells have paint and debris on the stairs and floors.

This apartment offers a very nice interior and I feel close to a lot of fayetteville. The measures taken to aid residents during bad weather like tornados or bad snow conditions could be better as there wasn't much done to prevent any problems.

Not bad. Some things could be better maintained, such as paint jobs and building maintenance, and I have also observed a turnover of employees. The apartment overall is nice, but I've had some odd interactions with staff here.

I feel safe and secure and there are many conveniences including parking and common areas for all residents to use. The pool and outdoor areas will be excellent in the warmer months and the easy access to the Greenway is appreciated.

The community is in a phenomenal location, very close to the highway. I've had a very negative experience with basic amenities; my AC was broken for a month from late spring to early summer, leading to some days where my apartment was nearly 80 degrees. The staff(which I've heard turned over) was not helpful and flippant with my concern on fixing in a timely manner. I've had service requests not actually be fixed but marked as complete, shoddy repair work where the area wasn't cleaned up, and just negative experiences with regards to maintenance work.

Not great not awful. Of no fault of the management company, people continually park their vehicles in areas that they should not. Apparently we don't tow around here, but I think that should change. Furthermore, if I'm paying almost $1800/month on rent and utilities provided by the apartment complex, it shouldn't take over a week to replace a battery in a smoke detector. I have 2 cats. The time table on that repair could potentially severely damage their hearing abilities.

There have been 4 different property managers in less than a year here. Maintenance all quit bc of current staff. Frequently lied to by staff and feel unsafe here. There was a shooting and staff lied about it. 3 people have died on this property. 2 in the last year. Started charging for broiler when it's only used to heat the pool in winter months but they don't even heat the pool and charge everyone the same exact amount. New property manager yelled at maintenance team for no reason in front of residents and it was really bad look for her. Also, if you do month to month it is not month to month you have to give 60 day notice and will still be charged.
