I really enjoy being so close to AV Town Center, i like the pet friendly atmosphere, and appreciate the care that goes into the maintenance of the overall property and scheduled property maintenance. I have also enjoyed the layout of the buildings and being able to walk through the community paths

My experience has been very pleasant. The office staff have been friendly and helpful. It is pet friendly and a very nice place! Easy access to all the shopping mall which has everything from places to eat, movies and groceries. Is a very safe community and security can be seen on the premises.

Researched all communities in the area with available apartments in the price range and location needed. Value and location surpassed expectations. Service and knowledge provided by Assistant Manager Ruben confirmed my decision to lease at City Lights.

Shopping centers are very closed, had 10 water leaks since I moved in rent goes up every year at leas 8% or so..... There used to be more events for the residents, I hear there's no budget, but I still pay my rent every month. I even have an storage with you guys.

I love how safe & easy my apartment is. I appreciate parking on my level that I live on. I appreciate how nice & helpful the maintenance staff and office staff are. I love living on the 4th floor with vaulted ceilings, my beautiful kitchen, & my big walk-in closet!

We are new to the area, had to find an apartment in pretty much one day, seemed like a good choice. We like that it is walking distance from the town center and park. Do not like the constant construction going on.

I have been here for almost one month now. The apartment complex is extremely pretty, very very well maintained, has a great gym, swimming pool area.The same floor parking lot is very convenient too.

I feel like I am living in a resort! The area is beautiful, both within the community and outside of the community. I love pulling out of the parking structure and seeing the mountains in the distance. I save a lot of money and hassle living so close to a shopping center. I rarely drive on the weekends anymore, because there are so many options of things to do right down the hill. One of my favorite features at City Lights is the parking structure. I love to cook, and the additional Guest parking spaces allows me to invite friends over for nights of good food and good company!

I moved to City Lights in January of this year. I was fortunate to find an apartment that overlooked one of the pools. The proximity to the town center is awesome. I can walk over to see a movie or grab a bite to eat. The office staff has been so nice and on top of things. Someone thought I had parked in their spot and left me a nasty note. I brought it to the attention of the staff. They took care of everything very quickly and discreetly. Te maintenance staff has been phenomenal. I've had a few problems and they are always prompt and thorough about fixing whatever problems I have. They even cleaned my sink after it wouldn't drain and there was lots of food stuck to it.

My initial experience was excellent until 2009. After 2009 the service level have gone down, activities are cut e.g. circuit class, kick boxing. Too much noise and too many out side people around the pool and parking lot.

It has been great except for your automated payment system that I only used once and it cost me a penalty of $100, which you need to pay me back. and why do I have to pay an additional $6.00 per month because you had to hire more personal to keep the complex cleaner, that needs to come out of your profits not from as the tenants, we already pay you a rent to cover all your cost, in less you can show the tenants that the complex is loosing money.

One thing to note about this community is that they are CONSTANTLY doing maintenance. Whether it's painting the buildings or cleaning the parking garage, expect a notice and expect to have to move your car at least every other month. It can get pretty annoying, but I suppose it's nice that they care about keeping the community looking good. Now if only they could get rid of the spiders and click beetles that I see in my apartment once a week, everything would be great.

My husband and I have enjoyed living in City Lights. Overall great experience except for a few times not friendly maintenance staff. We live on the first floor looking out into the driveway and every night cars park along the drive with hazards on while talking on the phone because they don't want to drive into parking garage. It becomes very annoying and although the curbs are painted red this isn't enforced at all. Also is dangerous for cars coming and going because they have to go around the parked cars.

I really like living here. The staff is by far the most courteous, professional, caring individuals I have ever met. It is not a show it is extremely genuine and it shows. Not just one person but every single individual I have met so far has been extremely helpful. Chantal, Laura, Ruben and Colleen, just to name a few...thank you very much for making City Lights a wonderful place to live. I uses to live at the Madrid property for 7 years and I was quite happy there until it was sold. I became upset with the service and the lack of upkeep of the apts and grounds. I love it here and enjoy living in Shea apts.!

Overall I'm satisfied. I got a great deal for my place through the online process but since then have increased by almost 40%. I would continue to stay if the rent increase isn't a huge jump. My neighbors may be my only complaint. Loud parties on balconies. Kids skateboarding outside my window late at night. Just not as relaxing as I have had in other apartments I've rented with.
