It was absolutely good experience here in City lights. Every one from staff is kind and co-operative. I am happy for all the service I got so far. I already have referred this for couple of my friends and will refer in future as well. Thank you so much City lights. I will miss you from next month. I have to move in Minneapolis otherwise I would have liked to continue here.

Horrible experience. Maintenance can't fix anything. Instead, they come in and snoop through your home (I have surveillance proof). Management, aka Jennifer Trick, will falsely accuse you of things and then harass you by phone at work..

Fantastic community to live in. The amenities are beautiful and the staff is wonderful. My wife and I have lived her going on 9 years and have always enjoyed our surroundings at City Lights in Aliso Viejo. We look forward to many more years as an alternative to home ownership.

Beautiful and well maintained complex. Very quiet and seems very safe and pleasant and quiet and I love the fountains and the pool is fantastic and the amenities seem awesome. I hope I use the gym and the movie theatre room is a nice addition to the mix.

This community is very well maintained and very beautiful. Its a great community but we get sporadic Cell phone service here. I didn't know it was going to be like this. Also, the electronic access gates haven't been working for the past 3 days.

We are "snow birds" who have been coming back to the Town Center at City Lights since 2007 using their corporate rental program. A superb property supported by a professional, extremely responsive & customer focused staff. We will be back!

In the process of moving I found it easy and convenient. The location makes it easy to shop and entertain. I also like the proximity to public transportation. This community supports a non vehicle lifestyle very well. I also enjoy the gym, pool, and posted events that are available.

Apt's are costly, Inside Apt we have old appliances. Tour the Apt which you are planning to lease or rent. don't go with model or similar Apt. some walk ways are clean some walk ways are dirty. Overall APT community is beautiful. you have beautiful park near by.

I have lived here for 3 years and been satisfied most of the time. The noise level from neighbors is high and the community grounds need to be maintained more, especially the pet areas. It is nice that the building are being repainted, but the hallways and stairs need to be pressure washed badly!

Overall good experience, but the maintenance response times for clogged sinks and "Non-Emergencies" is way too slow. 3-4 days with a clogged kitchen sink is unacceptable. Office staff is a bit "whatever" about the slow maintenance response times. I get the feeling it's been this way for a long time and they've gotten a bit complacent about it. Too bad.

We love it. Everything we had an issue with, the staff always took care of us in a timely manner. Very friendly and we never have to wait for any maintaince to be completed. Very quiet and clean as well.

The grounds and amenities are nice. The front office and maintenance staff are kind and competent. The management here us among the worst I've ever seen. Very discourteous and lacking in common sense.

Great location to movies, toll road, restaurants, etc. Trash chutes and doors are loud in middle of night when residents drop trash at 2 am.. and should have soft close. Office staff is professional and always nice. Service calls are responded to fairly quickly.

Its a great spot, clean, seriously maintained-fresh energy, pool, equipment maintained. Management does a great job tending to keeping the areas -exterior and individual apartment areas updated and in working order.

You will receive outstanding service and excellent customer relations at City Lights. It's located in a fun neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Neighbors are enjoyable and the apartments are very dog-friendly.

It has been a good one. Except for the common areas cleaniness. The schools are great, and the shopping is wonderful. I like the staff's professionalism. The staff was the main reason my family and I moved here, besides in-house washer & dryer.

It has been really nice living here. Staff's really helpful and very friendly. The apartments here has that "home" feel to it. Out of all the apartments we tried to look at, City Lights is definitely the best one. And I'm not saying this because I live here, I live here because I think it is the best one and has the best value for our money.

Great so far. All my questions have been answered on the spot. Any help I needed was immediate. Everyone has been friendly, especially with my kids which is always a huge plus. The community page is probably one of the best things I have seen.

Overall experience has been mostly pleasant. The apartments are in good condition. I understand there were many updates and fixes to the apartment to better the living conditions since I have lived here, however, I do not like many apartment visits.
