It's a comfortable, safe place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful and the community events are nice. We love the pool areas and the work out room. It's nice to have the community notice emails so that people can share events, items for sale, and their business. Helps bring everyone together.

City lights is a very convenient location. I enjoy walking to one of our favorite restaurants or the movies. Walking to anything these days is not the norm. All of the facilities are well maintained, except the hall ways near the trash chutes. We love the pool, BBQ, movie room, fitness room, it is like resort living!

City Lights is a beautiful, well kept community. The grounds are pristine and the community feels safe and friendly. This community offers a variety of layouts for each individual renters needs along with great appliances, upgraded cabinetry and spacious walk-in closets. They have three beautiful pools, a fitness center, movie theater, community barbecue and fun resident events. The location is awesome and within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping and a movie theater. I highly recommend choosing City Lights in Aliso Viejo!

Aliso Viejo and city lights are located in a perfect area. For work, school,and play. I lived here once before, and enjoyed living in the complex. I also enjoy the amenities. Nice gym. Great pools. Next to Town Center and Grand Park.

I really like my place. I like the staff too. Juan is great in the maintenece crew. Maria Faulkner was great when I told her I needed a new washer and dryer. She made sure I got it installed as quickly as she could. Whenever I have had a maintenence issue, the staff responded well. Miss. Danner in the office is always very nice, cheerful and friendly.

My experience has been good, the floor plan of the apartment is great with good closet size for storage. I think the complex does a good job of offering activities including yoga and other exercise classes. Overall good location and nice apartments.

I have enjoyed living here at city lights. I especially enjoy the Pilates and Zumba classes. I feel safe here and appreciate the services offered by the office staff. I also appreciate the communication via email.

Great Experience! Love City Lights! I moved to City Lights about 5 months ago with my BF. We feel safe, glad to be apart of the community and amazed of how close the theaters, shopping and grocery stores are in relation to our home. We walk a lot and do have to get into the car to run errands.

City Lights is located in a safe area and has some really nice fountains and green spaces, with three pools. It's located next to a beautiful park and right next to a grocery store, drug store, and restaurants.

Great except for the steep raise in rent every year. Cabinetry tends to fall apart but maintenance has been helpful in improving it. I feel safe and comfortable here. It's close to everything I need - work, stores, beach. The pools are great in the summer.

Good location, close to a variety of shopping centers from groceries (Ralph, Vons...), clothings (TJMax, Wallmart...) to cars (PeP Boys),entertainments (theater, Barnes&Nobles, Micheals...) and restaurants and Doctor's office... I feel happy and safe living here.

I've been here a few months short of a year. I've liked the layout of my unit, and I love that I have lots of parking for guests and am in walking distance of the town center. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

It has been a great experience from the moment I expressed interest in living here. The grounds are kept clean and it is very safe. Every aspect from paying rent to reporting a maintenance issue is easy and convenient.

It's been great so far, overall friendly staff with good facilities. The non-smoking building is great. It's a bit pricey, and the parking lot gets pretty loud with alarms going off every day, but it's an overall great experience.

I have lived here for three years, and for the most part it's been a great experience. The staff has been excellent, all repair work has been excellent. The only negative is the fear that after this next year, the rent increases will make it so it's time to find a new apartment.

It has been very pleasant. The community is very safe and very beautiful! The only great issues with the complex has been some malfunctions with the fire alarms lately, but other than that it is a complete pleasure to live here.

Overall I have really liked living here. The location really sold me on the place. It's close to work, variety of shops, and it's very safe. Parking can be hard for guests depending on the time but there hasn't been a time they couldn't find a spot. I would like to have better carpet and a better washer and dryer.

CITY LIGHTS IS A QUITE COMMUNITY LOCATED WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO MOST EVERYTHING! THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS STUNNING.I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SIZE OF THE OUTDOOR PATIO AND THE LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT AS WELL AS OUR QUIET ENJOYMENT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT HOME.

This is the best community for renters! I am completely satisfied with my choice of choosing City Lights Apt! It's next to Towne Center which has everything you can possibly use (theater, grocery, shopping , restaurants , spas ,etc)
