I think you are raising prices to quickly and will not be renewing my lease, but otherwise I have enjoyed living here for almost two years. This current issues is my only real complaint. I have always thought that the service team here is top rate.

Overall, living at this apartment complex has been fine, there were a few hiccups over the amount of time my roommates and I lived here but they were all sorted out. The complex is in a super convenient location which is close to my college which is nice. Overall I'd say my roommates and I are happy.

I've lived in my current apartment around 2.5 years, but I've lived at this complex for more than 8 years. At one time I would have recommended it, but the current management is terribly and the units are really showing their age. The location is great, however.

Mostly favorable. Maintenance requests are met in a timely manner and all the staff are very nice. I live across from a park and the vehicle traffic is quite noisy. Other than this I am very satisfied here. Hopefully the rent will not go up again next year as I would like to continue to live here.

City Lights is a lovely environment. Staff is consistently polite, prompt and efficient. It is convenient to shopping, theater, restaurants, the toll road and the I-5. I would recommend living here to anyone!

It has been very nice living here. The apartment fits us perfectly and we have just the right amount of space. The community is very nice and close to everything you could need or want. It is somewhat loud on occasion with cars driving over the bumps in the parking structure, but it is easily overlooked with all of the other nice things about the apartments. Very nice place to live.

Recently moved in. Appliances are old, worn out and far below rental rate quality. Leasing office and maintenance staff are excellent - responsive and effective. Community is very nice and well situated to shopping, recreation and entertainment.

The rent here is way too high for what you get. And even though you've already overpaid for your initial rental term, just hold on for the ridiculous increase if you have to go month-to-month. Also, it is just way too loud here. The parking garages serve as echo chambers and the speed bumps in the garages simply vibrate cars enough to set off the alarms. If you have your windows open in the evenings, it's nonstop noise from the garages.

Only downside is being stuck in the "smoking" building. The smoking policy change occurred two weeks after I resigned for another year lease. Without being told this could/would happen, this issue remains my biggest complaint. The fact that smoke/smell comes up through the lower floors into our apartment is disgusting and annoying.

The community overall is very nice. For the most part the residents are nice with a few of your bad apples. Parking can be hard to come by when you come home late but if you plan for it it's not so bad. I enjoy living here and is the best complex I have lived at.
