So far so good, the only thing that I really dislike is the parking garage. I have to park on the 4th floor. There are so many speed bumps it adds 2 minutes into my commute. This doesn't sound like a lot, but at 345 when I leave for work it is. Everything else has been great and really easy.

If you enjoy poor quality apartments at high quality prices, CityLights is for you! Such a magical place that EVERY unit either has a deluxe view or is considered a deluxe location. If you're an inner unit, you'll have the pleasure of looking into your neighbors apartments through your cheap --- vertical blinds while being slowly driven insane by the constant flowing of a big --- fountain that's supposed to drown out voices in the court yard, but apparently the designers know nothing about acoustics because ALL noise just echos around until finally making it into your apartment. Even with all the windows shut, the fountain is annoyingly loud and you can hear your neighbors across the way talking and kids yelling and screaming in the courtyard. But wait, there's more! If you can get past the fact that you virtually have no privacy, can hear your neighbors patio conversations and go to bed every night hoping the pump in the goddamn fountain goes out, then maybe you'll also enjoy: - Cheap "marble" kitchen counters that are patched up with hot glue - Cheap "manhattan style" kitchen cabinets that are crooked and don't shut all the way - Cheap plastic showers that are a pain in the --- to clean because the dirt sticks to them - Cheap linoleum tiles that are stained from water damage And lets not forget, the lovely neighbors! The community is filled with the privileged OC Bubble kids that will tailgate you up and down the parking structure, nearly smash into you head on when racing around the corners (then give you a look like it's your fault that they were on your side when making that turn), and party until early morning hours on a weekday because ---- it mommy and daddy pay for everything and they don't have anywhere to be the next day. The novelty of apartment community living wears off quick. Do yourself a favor and find a rental off of zillow, craigslist or hotpads. Don't throw your money into the black hole that is CityLights, where rent prices only go up every year.

I was nervous about renting an apartment online sight unseen. Although the floor plan was not completely accurate and had no measurements it has been a good experience. I was warmly greeted and shown around the property. The staff have been courteous and helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It is inteligently designed to be functional and convienient. Having it next to the Town Center is wonderful as well.

Service was prompt, clean, and polite. They were courteous and we were well informed. The issues of move in were all covered on a timely basis. I would highly recommend this location as a great place to live. We are also very close to shopping.

The location alone is worth living at City Lights. I don't even need my car anymore to get all the things I need. Aside from that, the staff have always been very helpful and straightforward with me; even if the service request is as simple as power washing an area because I am afraid of spider webs. There's nothing really too small or large they aren't more than happy to take care of. I've noticed this on their interactions with the other residents as well. Only the MOST impatient and unreasonable tenates wouldn't get along. Except for the occasional discourteous residents who don't clean up after their pets, the grounds are really clean and well maintained. I've never been one to notice gardens and landscaping, but theirs is so nice looking. It's great to live here.

My wife and I have lived in City Lights for over 3 years and there is not a place in Orange County that can touch the quality an amenities of City Lights. All staff are amazing, and the parking garage (mall-like) is wonderful. The maintenance crew is top notch and from what we have seen looking at other apartments, we feel City Lights is God's gift for what we needed.

Highly over rated and over priced. Trashy Neighbors and Hallways. Speed Bumps that mess up your car. You really don't want me to write 200 characters. Cheap interiors. Noise all the time. Too many 'rules' they scream at Me about but allow others to 'slide'.

Great location! Within easy walking distance of some wonderful shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Secure, quiet, and active ... we moved from Georgia and the complex has the feel and energy of Southern California. At warm place that really feels at home.

My overall experience at these apartments was great. Casey in the office is the nicest, most helpful representative you'll ever meet. Only complaint is the amount of noise you can hear from upstairs neighbors but it is an apt building after all.

The apartment at City Lights has proved to be the right choice in terms of the quality of the accomodation, convenience of the location and the overall value. The whole development is maintained to a high standard and the office staff have been very helpful in dealing with the leasing arrangements and ensuring that minor maintenance requirements in the apartment are attended to without delay. The undercover parking arrangements, with the car parked at the same level as the apartment, is the icing on the cake.

I've lived here for years and I absolutely love it. It's quiet and peaceful, all my neighbors are really kind as well! I love how close it is to the shopping center so makes an easy and fun walk down! I really love living here. If there was a three bedroom unit, I would never leave!!

We have recommend to friends, one has moved here. Love amenities and activities created by staff members. Security has responded quickly on some neighbor noise issue and solicitors. A beautiful place to live. Maintenance routinely cleaning common areas and when asked. Living next to Grand Park with many city events including the best 4th of July celebration we've seen from a small city.

Nice unit, grounds overall are well kept, storage units require additional security. Grounds require more than one security guard. Office and maintenance are helpful and courteous, with the exception of Megan, who needs better manners

Convenient, large community where they have many community events, quiet and uneventful for the size. some staff are nice, some are professional - being real estate related. They are not the persons to really rely on.

Community staff goes above and beyond to make sure all requests for service are taken care of immediately. Our community has regular Food Trucks come and the food is really delicious. The pools are resort pools that are well maintained. They have a great system for taking care of delivered packages. The location is great...next door to a park, movie theater, restaurants and shopping within a short walk. Access to a boardroom, movie theater, yoga room and full gym on property.

The apartment complex, amenities, and offices are very clean and nice. The location is amazing with grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment at walking distance. The parking structure makes it stressless for guest parking. The office staff are always very nice and prompt with helping; maintenance are on-point. I would recommend this place to a friend if it was within their price range.

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at City Lights. I renewed my lease once and will most likely renew it again, pending hearing back from jobs. The location is what keeps me here. The proximity to the beach and shopping/dining/tollroads/freeways is ideal. I think the staff is very professional and the neighbors are friendly. I have had no problems living here. One coworker of mine lived here for over 8 years before she bought her own home. To me, that says something!
